About this house rental
Welcome to Satellite Beach’s mini resort style Beach House with a salt water heated pool, Tiki Bar and RV or boat parking space. Located within walking distance to the beach. In short driving distance to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Bars, Restaurants and many activities. We are located in the southern end of Cocoa Beach where you’ll find more private and relaxed beaches. Nearest airports are Melbourne, MLB or Orlando, MCO. Uber & Lyft available. Our ultra eclectic, newly renovated, chic Beach House, is a 5 minute stroll from Satellite Beach's shore. Enjoy the spacious and open layout with a split floor-plan allowing privacy for the master bedroom from the guest bedrooms. Laminate floors throughout with tile in both bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern cabinetry, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances including a microwave. Enjoy the relaxing heated pool, tiki bar & outdoor seating-eating area. The perfect getaway. Please note: Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests may occupy throughout the stay (unless discussed/approved & additional fees paid in advance). No Pets (allergies). A Security Deposit is required for every reservation per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit & honor rules. Guest have access to all parts of the home including the laundry area and garage for equipment storage. You are welcome to our beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys. This Beach House is located on the south end of the Patrick Air Force Base, the southern end of Cocoa Beach, less than a 10 min. walk to Pineda Beach Park. This Beach Park is not very busy, has parking, showers, bathrooms and covered picnic tables. There are many other Beach Parks, Bars and Restaurants within short driving distance. You’ll enjoy a more quiet, relaxed and private feel to your beach trip. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance heading south on A1A. Many other Restaurants, Shopping and Activities within short driving distance. You will find brochures and suggestions for all kinds of things to do in the area once you arrive. You’ll be 20 minutes driving distance to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. You’ll be 10-15 minutes driving distance to Coconuts on the Beach, the Cocoa Beach Pier and many other bars, restaurants, shops and activities heading toward the north end of Cocoa Beach. 1 hour driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios and many other Orlando Theme Parks and Activities.

Home was extremely clean and welcoming. Very comfortable. Pool is divine and location was ideal for our family. Selena is an excellent host. We recommend to anyone looking for this location.

2nd time staying at this chic house...and it's even better with the property owners changes. Love the less than 5 min drive for beach access. So close that we watched a SpaceX launch from the Cape. The house was very well equipped. Even the tv had a super media package. the heated pool was a double bonus. Communication with property manager was excellent, responsive, fast, and answered question on first reply. Last comment: wished the house was an RV so that I could take the house on the road!

This house was perfection. The decor was fun and bright. Exactly what you want in a beach house. The pool! Oh, the pool! We barely left it. We absolutely loved the setup out back. We definitely want to come back for another girls trip very soon. We may even invite our husbands! Selene was a wonderful host and so thoughtful.

We had an amazing visit, and Selene was a wonderful host! Our three boys had the best time playing in the pool, and we were so close to the beach, a great playground, yummy restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach. Quiet neighborhood, listing was spot on. We’ll definitely items be back!!

We had a wonderful start at the beach house which surpassed our expectations - a very restful stay and a great base for exploring the area. We all loved hanging out around the pool to relax at the end of the day. Selene was a great host and very responsive to our queries. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect in every way. The pool and yard was quaint and relaxing. The house and accommodations were just enough for the six of us. Breakfast by the pool or on the covered patio made our start to the day great. The house was immaculate. The decor was Beach themed. She leaves a basket full of goodies, a binder with everything you need to know and very useful points of interest ( stores, restaurants and attractions). We will definitely stay in one of Selene’s properties again!

This house is everything you see in the pictures. The owners have gone the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect
What a cute house in a great location. The house was decorated in such a fun way and was perfect for our needs. Selene provides enough to get started (ie laundry det, dishsoap, etc) and the place was very clean. The backyard is such an oasis. My boys (ages 10 and 12) loved the pool so much and it was so nice to have it right in the backyard. We also loved all the little lizards who all had names within a day of arriving! Pinella Beach park is a quick 5-6 minute walk and was a great beach to hang out at, never too crowded. The Cocoa Beach area was a 15 minute (ish) drive up the road and provides a completely different beach experience than the beach by the house - both fantastic. Selene provides a great variety of beach and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas to make it easier and more fun.
Eating - we discovered some great places: Up Cocoa Beach area, try 4th Street Fillin Station. Bring your appetite! Great food, great atmosphere and amazing desserts. In the other direction, we found Long Doggers, another cute place with amazing food and fun atmosphere. There is a grill at the house as well, which we appreciated.
We had a couple questions about the house and Selene was incredibly responsive and gracious. What a great hostess!
If I had to give a "con", it would only be that if you are sensitive to road noise, the house backs a very busy road which can be noisy. However, I will say that after the first day we didn't notice anymore because the house is so relaxing and the backyard a complete oasis.
Highly recommended and can't wait to visit again. Thanks Selene!

This place was amazing in every way. Excellent attention to all details making you feel at home. My grandchildren loved the pool area and the short walk to the beach was very easy. Owner was very attentive to our needs and also very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

Chic beach house and is close to the beach!
Super fantastic house. First, the front yard landscaping is tastefully done. 2nd, the house is "chic" as mentioned in VRBO. And it's a very well done "chic" with just the right touches to make the place "glow". 3rd, the house is less than a 10 min walk to a beach that was never crowded during our 4 night stay. 4th, there are enough beach toys to open a beach front store...plus a wagon to get them there. The crusiser bikes are a nice touch as well. And to top it off a super grill.
The backyard is mis-named...it's not just a backyard, but rather an outdoor living space complete with Tiki bar, right sized pool (with chairs in the water), fire pit, and multiple sitting areas. We couldn't wait for happy hour, maybe that's why it happened earlier and earlier during our stay.
Communication with the property manager is crucial for a hassle free stay. An Selene was one of the best we've rented from. Every note was answered quickly with useful information.
For those who are retired or active duty military, the Patrick AFB BX is less than a 10 min drive.
Bottomline...hope you ignore my review as I don't want competition when it's time to rent again! :)

Time to get out of Wisconsin!
What a great experience. This is the second time renting in this area. After last years "B-" rental from a different host, we were a little hesitant to try it again. Selene was a perfect host. Her home was beautiful. The pool was great. Thank you once again Selene.

We enjoyed staying at the beach house for a week in November. Selene was communicative and quick to respond to any messages. We didn't have great weather but when we were able, we really enjoyed the backyard and pool area. House was clean and fairly well stocked. Only improvement I would like to see is kitchen could use some extra silverware and towels and we only had enough paper products / garbage bags to last 2-3 days and we were staying for 8.
But overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great little getaway
We loved staying at Selene’s property! The house was clean, stocked, and super close to everything we could have wanted to do. Selene was a great host and super understanding of things out of our control. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Cute house, very comfortable, centrally located
We stayed for 5 nights and loved our stay! The house is so cozy and stays cool on those hot summer days! The pool was so convenient for us and our kids to use whenever and of course they wanted to swim every morning when they opened their eyes! Lots of extras are provided and Selene was so sweet and helpful!

Selene’s place was BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely loved it. It was quiet and had EVERYTHING we needed and more. She was also available whenever we needed her. Definitely going to be coming back in the future . Even has stuff for kids ! Thank you so much Selene!!!

Our Favorite Yet
I’ve rented a lot on Vrbo but this has been one of my favorites and one we’ll be coming to again! Extremely clean (my top priority), many well thought out items for convenience, and a super nice property owner. The whole experience couldn’t have been better. We had a lovely time and the house was perfect. We especially enjoyed the heated salt water pool and close walk to a beach access. This area is less crowded than Cocoa beach but close to it, just what we wanted. Hands down we’ll be back!
