Wonderful

It was very spacious and clean. I loved the layout of the property it was plenty of room for our family of 4. It was short distance from the water park and shops. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the huge master bathroom.

Only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have many channels on the TV for the kids to watch while we were their I would recommend having more kid friendly tv channels for kids.

Our stay was enjoyable. Changing to two twin beds in the 2nd room.

The house was nice and the neighborhood was good. The garage was an added plus.

I have two (2) children and there was only one fullsize bed. However, it said there would be two twin beds. The house had a bad draft. The cold air was come out of the light switch by the front door.

A wonderful experience, can't wait to visit again.

Great place to stay. Love the location and spending time with the family. Friendly staff. A lot to do around the mountain. Love love love the jacuzzi in the room!!!

We didn't have blankets for 2 nights, only sheets - had to call house keeping.. Grill handle came loose and came off - had to call maintance. Toilet chain came off in toilet - had to fix that myself. The AC could only go to 68, needed it a bit cooler for the day time.

very comfortable villa, the breakfast and lunch restaurants were very good

close to JMU, we stayed here over graduation weekend. the villa was clean and well appointed; it had a garage which helped as the driveway was so short our suv stuck out into the road

golf courses were pretty but recently aerated and this wasn’t disclosed before playing, fees were high considering the conditions; our key cards were not initially configured correctly and we could not access the villa gates which closed at 9pm so had to drive to the check in building the first evening to have them corrected

We had a amazing time and plan to return again this summer!

We arrived late evening so there wasn’t a line at all. I was checked in promptly and the front desk lady was very nice and extremely informative.

Convenient location, great resort with lot of activities.

Constant WI-FI problem, hard to complete online work. The problem was reported to staff, but there is no solution after 6 days. If you count on some sorte on-line meetings, Zoom...etc Regal Vistas is not the right place for you.

disappointing

the vista was absolutely beautiful the check in staff were wonderful

unfortunately we had a horrible experience at one of your restaurants. it was a nice sunny fall lunch with a little breeze and we wanted to sit outside. our waitress was Pat a middle aged lady who seemed very annoyed right away that we wanted to sit outside. we also asked if we could put the umbrella to our table up and she stormed off to get help and was very unfriendly to us. we were staying to celebrate our daughter’s twentieth birthday and could have easily drove down to the restaurants off of 81 but we wanted to support your local establishment. Pat made the entire experience awful for us and we felt as though we had done something wrong. after at one point she stormed away and hollered back at us that it would take a while to refill one drink my husband decided to kindly confront her and ask if we had done anything to offend her in which she said no and explained this was just her personality. She apologized and we did leave a tip for consideration of her job but she is a horrible example for your resort. you literature expresses your concern to make all guests feel welcome and treated for five star service but she definitely did not represent your resort well.

Nice despite the issues mentioned above.

I like that we were placed close to the pool.

We stayed at the Regal Vistas property. Upon entering the master suite bathroom I noticed someone had opened the starter pack shampoo/conditioner/hand soap opened the soap washed their hands and dried their hands on one of the wash cloths then threw it on the counter. They left the soap wrapper in the counter by the wash cloth as well! Also in the kitchen someone had used one of the hand towels to dry something as well that was also thrown on the counter. The coffee pot was missing along with one of the cutting knives from the knife set.

Summer vacation water park and fun games with some wine tasting too

The location to everything and the house was spacious and a quite location

Would be nice to have a book of information at the property or given information from the reception. I had to ask for a calendar of events and only knew about it because I heard the other receptionist giving it out.

Keys kept getting disconnected due to trip forth not having reservation correct. I boooked 6/17-6/21 and they sent me a reservation stating check out on the 6/19 which deactivated my keys and they I had to call over and over to get them to make sure my reservation was one complete house instead of broken into two and they could have communicated that with the resort instead of me having to hang up call the resort and then trip fort all over again because the resort didn’t see my reservation.

No internet until the next day when maintenance reset router locked in a closet. Waterpark hours are too limited. Recreation Center dark and dated and requires more money for pool and hockey play.

Everything was great. The lines was long for some activities. But Massanutten is always a great escape.

Front desk was hard to get in contact with. I was double charged for resort fees. They corrected their mistake a day before check out.

Liked the extra room the vistas provided

The carpets were discusting!!! Dirty, stained and completely unacceptable!
