Great location right in the middle of all the excitement and the array of eateries in Little Italy and Chinatown. Very comfortable beds, clean, well equipped bathroom.

La ubicacion es magnifica para quienes van con poco tiempo y queiren lograr hacer de todo , a solo una cuadra esta el subway . Para la ubicacion es muy buen precio , la habitacion es pequeña pero no vas a permanecer en ella entonces para que algo mas grande. Siempre tienen snacks en el dia , el colchon es comodo , la calefaccion. Nos gusto mucho , teniamos temor por la puntuacion en booking pero no tuvimos malas experiencias.

L’emplacement à moins de 10 minutes du métro, le starbucks à côté pour le petit déjeuner. Pouvoir laisser les valises avant de partir pour l’aéroport.
Chambre un peu petite, pas de place pour ranger les affaires. Lits double petits pour deux.

Le prix! Rien de mieux (chambre à 2 lits double pour moins de $200 CAD la nuit...). Le site: bien placé, à 2 minutes de marche de la station de métro Canal. Beaucoup de commerce et restos autour. Quartier agréable. Lits confortable. Propreté.
Chambre plutôt petite mais pour le prix on ne s'attendait pas à une suite royale! Salle de bain vétuste avec équipements qui devront être rénovés...

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu bemängeln.
Das Personal welches Nachts and der Rezeption arbeitet ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich und sollte zurecht gewiesen werden. Kritik und Sorgen wurden nicht immer ernst genommen. Zudem kam von der Leitung ein Geräusch, welches man als laut und sehr störend bezeichnen kann. Das Bad zeigte noch weitere Mängel auf. Die Internetseite des Hotels zeigt ein sehr verzogenes Bild eines eigentlich sehr kleinen Zimmers. Die Betten fallen sehr kurz aus und bieten kaum Platz für zwei Personen. Eine der Bettdecken war voller ekelerregender Flecken. Ein weiterer Mangel war die Raumtemperatur. Trotz des Heizkörpers sank die Temperatur sehr stark, da die Fenster so undicht waren, dass die kalte Luft nur so reinströmen konnte. Diese Amplitude führte zu starken Schlafproblemen. Die Wände waren kaum schalldicht

A localização é excelente com acesso privilegiado às lojas, restaurantes, galerias de arte e outras que abundam em Soho, incluindo Little Italy e Chinatown, e acesso fácil aos meios de transporte para se deslocar em NY, embora possa ir a pé a muitos dos pontos de interesse da cidade. O staff é super simpático e atencioso.
A climatização pode ser melhorada em particular as janelas para um melhor isolamento térmico e acústico.

Buen detalle de cafe y galletas, descuento en un starbucks a dos cuadras (que no utilicé)

La ubicacion me parecio buena. Esta en un barrio agradable para caminar y con facil conexion de autobuses, taxi y tren. Enfrente hay unas cafeterias y a pocas cuadras esta Little Italy, a otras mas ya Chinatown. En una caminata paseas por diferentes culturas y ambientes, me gusto eso.
El baño es comodo , tiene bañera y buena cantidad de shampoo y jabon liquido.
A la mañana hay un termo con cafe y masas en el lobby.A la tarde tambien.
Todos son amables.
Hay buen control del equipaje que uno deja a resguardo despues del check out.
Cuando llegue a la hora del check in la habitacion no estaba lista. Volvi 3 horas mas tarde y tampoco estaba lista.
Ofrecen cafe en sobres para cafetera con filtro, pero nunca estaban esos sobres en la habitacion, habia que pedirlos.
Se olvidan detalles. Creo que tal vez hay poca gente de limpieza y no llegan con los tiempos.

Fiz check out ao meio dia, deixei minha mala e um pasta no maleiro do hotel mas quando retornei por volta de 6pm a pasta havia sumido. Ainda estou aguardando um posicionamento do hotel e reembolso dos itens que foram roubados.
I checked out at noon, left my suitcase and a briefcase in the hotel luggage rack but when I returned around 6pm the briefcase was gone. I'm still waiting for a response from the hotel and a refund for the items that were stolen.

El personal es muy amable, casi todos hablaban español además de inglés, nos daban recomendaciones y nos respondían con mucha amabilidad si necesitábamos algo. Las camas eran cómodas y el ascensor amplio. Pedimos que nos pusieran una nevera en la habitación y nos la trajeron.
Incluía café y dulces por la mañana y cookies y limonada por la tarde. Todo muy bueno.
El espacio en general considero que era pequeño para ser una habitación de 4 personas y sus maletas. Tuvimos que pedir la nevera, no estaba en la habitación al llegar nosotras. El servicio de limpieza nos cambió sábanas, toallas y papeleras pero no limpió el suelo.

Juste la clim un peu bruyante et très forte mais c'est le cas partout à New York. Nous l'avons éteinte par moment.

muy buena atencion del personal, y excelente ubicacion si queres estar en el soho
la limpieza no me pareció buena, los cuartos son muy chicos, no tiene lobby ni baño en el lobby, hay un solo ascensor x el que tbn sube el personal de servicio por lo que es muy larga la espera.
las sabanas de mi cama estaban llenas de pelotitas, tuve que pedir un cambio el dia q llegue.
y la calidad de las instalaciones me parecieron muy malas para el precio que pagamos.

Great location, excellent check in and check out, reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made iur stay enjoyable ! Comfy beds and pillows too, hot water in shower with lots of pressure !

I booked the room on behalf of my son and his girlfreind. They were happy with the stay. Great staff first of all! Also a really good location. Daily treats such as coffee, bottled water, cookies, limonade :-)

The staff was really nice and helpfull, the room was a little bit small but we were prepared for it and it was OK. We left in the morning and came back in the evening. In the morning there are fresh cooffee and pastries and in the afternoon some cookies and lemonade. Location was really good (close to different subway stations) and we felt safe here.

The location is very comfortable , very close to Little Italy and Subway stations.
I did forget my Bose headset and I realized it when I was at the airport .
The personnel at the Hotel has been very helpful for me , honest and fair.
I set up a pick up at the hotel and sent them via UPS.
They have been the proof that in this world,fair people still exist.

Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch in the mornings. Staff were also super friendly.
Location is excellent, short walk to Canal Street station on the metro (R & N trains as well as the 6 train). Lots of shopping in the SoHo neighbourhood (Aritzia, Reformation, Glossier are all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel).
Beds were slightly too small for 2 people to share! Place is slightly expensive as well but I guess that's just New York City for you :, )
Everything else was great though.

the location was convenient to SoHo, little Italy, and Chinatown
the staff were disinterested in being helpful. we were there 4 nights and had to request service on the 2nd day. our sheets were never changed and none of the staff seemed to know what the housekeeping expectation was.
