Decepcionante

La ubicación

El personal del hotel hacia mucho ruido, no respetaban el sueño de los demás. EL PERSONAL SE LA PASABA GRITANDO, PLATICANDO, PASABAN NIÑOS CORRIENDO. No había aire acondicionado y el cuarto es muy pequeño.

La ubicación

No tuvieron agua durante la estancia en el hotel, limitandose a decir "son cosas que pasan" discúlpenme pero en un hotel no son cosas que puedan pasar el agua es indispensable sino estan en condiciones de brindar un buen servicio qué no lo ofrezcan!

Zona segura, atención genial

Genial en cuanto a precio y comodidad, zona muy segura, cerca del andador y del museo Leonora Carrington, volveríamos seguro. Habíamos leído en las reseñas anteriores que las camas y almohadas no eran muy muy, íbamos preparados para ello pero fuimos muy gratamente sorprendidos, obviamente tanto los colchones como las almohadas fueron nuevitos y muy cómodos. La ducha genial, los perritos muy amables, la wifi bien fuerte. Atención al 100, gracias!

Hubiera estado genial ofertar también champú aparte de gel de ducha pero la verdad es que por el precio no se puede pedir más de lo que ya está ofertado. Así que todo muy bien.

Por el precio no esta mal, pero en temas de servicios les falta

La ubicación es muy buena, caminando unos cuantos minutos se llega al centro, la TV es SmartTV, lo cuál es 1 punto a favor, regularmente los hoteles con un costo bajo no la incluyen

El horario de limpieza solo es por la mañana, en los días que estuvimos no limpiaron la habitación, pedimos 1 papel de baño y nunca nos lo proporcionaron, tuvimos que comprar....también es un poco tedioso tener que dejar la llave cada que sales, es el primer hotel donde nos toca tener que hacerlo, se entiende que es por el tema de extravío pero en ese caso uno sabe que se tiene que pagar.

Quiet and clean hotel very close to the art museum

We were in SLP for the wine festival and this hotel was only a short walk from the event. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant on premises was good. The facilities were very clean and the parking was on site. Glad we stayed here.

The bed felt more like sleeping on a box spring or board.

we have arrived at 18.00, the latest check in time, and they told us that our room is not availble anymore as it was not prepaid and they sold to other people. Did not even try to contact us by messaging. horrible experience.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was good for me.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good value for the price!

Very centrally located! Close to the historic center of town. Lots and of warm blankets as the new nights were cold.

Toilet was too close to front wall. It required a balancing act!

The location is save and beautiful

The room had a bad smell, very noisy guests and staff would not ask to be quiet. We were woke up at 5am and 6am because of this

Top rate service in an economical hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place is a ridiculously good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No problems for us. It is a short walk into city center, but that was easy and pleasant.

Superb

The staff at the property is very helpful and friendly. They have daily cleaning and everything was spotless. That said this is not a fancy hotel but for the money paid it is very comfortable. As a bonus they have 5 very friendly and cute dogs around the reception! The restaurant downstairs has nice selection of local dishes and coffee.

The only downside is that WiFi is not very reliable, enough for most things but challenging for video calls.

Great option in SLP

I liked everything about it! Very friendly accommodating staff, there is parking on site. The room is comfortable. The location is outside the city center but it's a very nice walk there.

Be mindful and close the curtains firmly if you're like me and like to walk around the room naked haha:)

Charming hotel with good value

The location near the calzada was great for walking to the historical center. The staff was friendly and the dogs helped make the place feel homey.

The hot water was hard to come by in one of our rooms. Also the beds were very firm in one room, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

Very good

The staff, the location, Wi-Fi and the facilities are good for what you pay. The point that there is a parking inside the hotel plus the hotel is very close to the downtown is great.

The noise. You can heard everything from the others rooms. So maybe you can sleep well. In my case i used to so it has not hit me too much.

recommend strongly excellent location, friendly people, very good value for money

Location is perfect for easy and secure walk into town .. 10 mins along pleasant Calzada. Perfect location for Museo Leonora Carrington. Very friendly & helpful folk.

Small bed, need more blankets, cold!! Not many places to store, hang stuff. Noisy.

Honest and care!

Central located, clean, parking on the property, safe, staff very helpfull! Super value! On my way down south on march I left a ser of wireless earbuds! They keep them for 6 month!!! And returned to menon my way north!!! They are so helpfull and honest!!! The location is perfect! Best place to stay in San Luis Potosi Full stop!!!!
