Wide room in the middle of Bourgoin but lot of pigeons around

Room was with wide space, bed ok, in the center of town, good furnitures, good idea to use skateboards as a stair to go in the bedroom, bathroom ok, once I understood, easy access through a building corridor.

I asked two times the invoice for my company and was promised by the owner who told me after first time he would have prepared in the evening but did not happen. Then I re-asked with whatsapp (the channel of communication I had with the owner which I never met) but received no answer after three days. I gave up. For this reason I decided to write an overall negative rating, even if the owner was responsive to my messages in the first day. The instructions I received for picking up the keys were only in french language and I don't speak french.. The wifi: I tried a lot of times to enter the password but with no success (too long password without an ID code to simplify the access).. I surrended and used my cellphone data. Then the worst thing at all: the place is infested all around by pigeons, crawling overnight on the big window facing the bed and on the roof, causing you not to sleep overnight if you have problems in sleeping. Then lot of pigeon/birds escrements around in the entrance and the stairs. If you add that a fan of the bathroom the last of the two night did not stopped because it was malfunctioning, I did not sleep even half an hour all night and went to work more tired than I got in bed the evening before (note: I do acknowledge that the fan was to be repaired by the owner to whom I told of the problem, so I hope this will going to be repaired). Anyway if I will have to return to this town i will not come back.

Really comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment was great, it was very comfortable and clean and the decor was lovely. The host stayed in contact with me throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. It was a brilliant apartment, good space and close to shops and restaurants.

Really nice the apartment itself is perfect

We stayed with 4 the couch that sleeps 2 is a bit narrow and hard fine for one night
