Poor staff behaviour

The ac worked well and it's in beautiful Arambol

The staff made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was given a decent discount online, which they were not willing to accept initially and wanted more money for. I had to point out on their page that it said the ac room (they wanted to give me the basic fan only option) and showed the discounts applied by booking.com. I was also woken up to be given a blanket during the night which I found a little odd

Ok experience but I wouldn't recommend it

The room was spacious and very comfy bed. The internet work okay for India and there was a few of a beautiful tree.

When we arrived the receptionist was not nice and told us to pay a bit more for the air conditioning. He said he will refund but he didn't. the Bathroom of the room was a mess when we entered. They didn't gave us Paper towel neither soap till I asked. They were rude.

Totally recommendable!

We had a big room to rest at. Everything was clean and the area was quiet. The personnel was very accommodating with some requests we had and provided us with hot water for our teas and the use of the laundry machine to wash all our clothes. It is a great option in Arambol and we highly recommend it!

I would have love to be able to have a kitchen but, unfortunately, there is none. There is one but it is where they prepare the food they serve to clients and I understand it is not for public use.

Perfect

The price is lower than surrounding guest houses, so I expected lower quality, but i can tell you i was absolutely amazed. Great peaceful location, rooms are big and comfortable, private canteen, very clean. Nice touch that Indian guest houses so often forget-net window to protect from insects and alow fresh air during the night. A/c, and probably even a washing machine is available for guests. Nice little stroll away from the beach. Absolutely recommend.

Safe and nice hotel in whole Arambol

Everyone is nice place is nice good vibe safe and staff is very friendly I was here for 30 days and everything is perfect

WiFi is very bad it disconnects every 15 min each time

Friendly staff, the rooms are gorgeous and made for relaxing 💆the ambience and decor are very peaceful, must visit hotel AYM in Goa. Very lovely, I visit again and again surly, relaxation point.

The ambience, decor and cleanliness are perfect

This is the perfect getaway place for tourist visitors and business professionals. Very courteous staff, facilities, room services are par excellent. The food is delicious. I would love to take accommodation in this place whenever in Goa (Arambol and refer to friends and family.

Excellent hospitality and nice spacious rooms

AYM resort is an excellent property to stay and relax. Everything is managed correctly and checked throughout the stay. The Hotel staff is well-trained. Its proximity to Arambol Beach and choices for shopping and entertainment locations make it a genuinely convenient choice for all guests travelling for business or leisure. Staff and general customer service are outstanding. I stay at this Hotel many times a year for work. It is an oasis of calm, and I always leave feeling privileged to stay here.

I took almost an hour to reach the hotel from the airport, but you can ask the hotel and they can arrange a pickup from the Airport. The restaurant staff is well trained but a bit slow in service Maybe the backend is slow.

pleasant and quiet

Location: I stayed in a separate building of the AYM Hotel, a little further from the beach than advertised. There were no food facilities on the premises, but I could make coffee and tea in the room. There was an A/C, a fridge and a shower heater, but the electric system overloaded quickly with any one appliance turned on. On the other hand, I only needed the lights and ceiling fan, which worked as long as there was electricity in the area.

Except the problems with the electricity - which I expect to be solved in the future - my stay was pleasant.
