Nestled within the beautiful Chamonix valley, just 4 minutes’ drive from the Les Bossons glacier car park and 5-8 minutes’ drive from central Chamonix, this modern 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom chalet sets the scene for an exclusive year-round stay.
Inside, no expense has been spared in equipping and styling this beautiful chalet, with free WiFi, flat screen TV and toasty underfloor heating providing welcome home comfort. To the inviting ground floor, a chic living space with l-shaped sofa and chimney is accompanied by a mini home office and a sleek adjoining kitchen diner, with full-height ceiling and doors leading out onto a sunny decked alfresco dining terrace.
To the ground floor and half landing, are 2 bedrooms, a service bathroom and a modern family shower room. The first bedroom comprises of a spacious en-suite with double king-size bed and terrace access, whilst the 2nd comprises of a studio room with double sofa bed, small kitchenette and access to the lower terrace and garden. To the upper floor, an en-suite double king-size bedroom with outdoor access features alongside a family shower room and a recently updated 4th bedroom, with double bed and balcony access. A private laundry room can be found to the chalet’s basement level, alongside a private garage. The sunny private garden also offers an extra uncovered parking space.
The chalet is situated within the well-serviced resort village of Les Bossons. Guests are a short drive/train ride away from the local amenities and top visitor highlights of Chamonix. At Les Bossons, 5 mins by car from Chamonix, a car is essential as the chalet is a bit on hillside and small road.
