This charming, light-filled three-bedroom house is located at the edge of Cedar Park, a great location for Austin visit. It is 10 minutes away from light rail that will take you directly to Austin downtown. 5 minutes away from Lakeline Mall and HEB supermarket. Easy access to Hwy 620, Hwy 183 and Tollway 45. The property is fully furnished. It is a three bedroom house and has two bathrooms and very accessible .

While the location and neighborhood was nice, the place itself could have been cleaner and more complete. 2 of the 3 bedrooms only had a thin sheet on the beds and no comforter. A towel hook was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom and there was no bath mat to stand on outside of the shower. Many of the dishes were dirty in the kitchen and we had to wash all of them before using. The swing set is very rusty and the grill was also too rusty to use. There was random objects laying around which is hard when there’s babies there.

Our stay was very pleasant. We came into Austin for family weekend at the University and choose to stay in Cedar Park as apposed to downtown Austin which can be very congested. It was just a 16 mile drive to our daughter's dorm. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and very close to an HEB. I originally got the dates wrong by one day and was able made the change without any difficulty. The house was for the most park just like the listing. My only complaints would be that there was not a working smoke detector as stated for safety. Just a mount on the ceiling and the rest of it was broken and on a shelf in the garage. The other would be that the coffee maker still had used coffee filter and coffee grinds in it which should be part of a cleaning checklist especially since you are being charged a cleaning fee. Overall though, it was pleasant stay that served our needs.

Spent a week here while visiting my daughter. It worked out perfectly for our needs, but it obviously doesn’t have the personal touches that many other Vrbo and abnb’s have. That being said, it really did work well for my family. The yard was fenced for my dog, the master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The bath update is great! I appreciated having the attached garage as well. With a little more personal attention it could be a really fabulous place. I think for the price, it’s a very good stay and way better than a hotel.

Pros: easy access to everything, quiet neighborhood, excellent stock on laundry, cleaning, & paper supplies, was nice being able to park in garage! Cons: smoke detectors were not functioning, needs a thorough cleaning under beds, corners, ceilings, vents. We needed handicap accessible, this isn't ideal. No grab bars in bathroom (neither toilet or shower. Front entry inside home has 2 steps down. One going to bdrms the other to main living. Weeds in Lawn were over a foot tall when we arrived Tues. Someone did mow on the 3rd day. The playset in the backyard needs trashed, nothing like the pics. It was very convenient and close to our family, but will probably not be using this particular property again.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Was very local to everything that we came to do. Michael was very responsive and even allowed for an earlier check in which was possible for the dates we chose. Home was nice and clean. Check in was easy. Owner was a little excessive with the noise warnings. He mentioned noise at least twice in text, and posted a note on the door saying loud noise will not be tolerated in this neighborhood. Kind of felt like they just want you to sleep and get out.

The property is pretty basic and doesn't offer much extra, but it is clean and has what you need. I did have some concerns however; the smoke detector was not installed and didn't have batteries. It was just laying on a shelf. The front door lock was very old and weathered. We had a lot of trouble with the lock. The bathroom and refrigerator had a lot of products left from previous guests. Probably not a big deal, but if I didn't bring it I don't use it. Finally, the guest beds didn't have a top sheet, only fitted and comforter. Unless they wash comforter after each guest I question how clean that practice is.

This home is about 15 minutes from the Austin Center for Brain Development where we take our young son who has a brain injury from a drowning accident. The home was perfect and the host was very responsive. We accidentally locked the keys inside one day (sorry about that!) and he was quick to bring us a new key. We hope to stay again when we come back to see Dr Crawford.

Property sits on a quiet street close to 620 and Anderson Mill, so easy access to all points in NW Austin. Cozy and nicely appointed with large walk-in shower in Master Bath, King bed, comfortable living room, functional kitchen with fully-stocked pantry, two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a second colorful bathroom, and a nice fenced yard with patio and grill just off the kitchen/dining room. Far nicer than staying in a hotel. Check in and out was easy and very smooth and the owner Michael always responded to messages very promptly. Very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to others.

I will stay there again!

This home was perfect for us. Our son and his family live close to this home but their apartment is too small for us to stay with them so having this VRBO was wonderful. The play equipment in the backyard got a real workout and the comfortable benches provided a spot for the adults to enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals at the house and eat together. And at the end of the day our son's family went home to their own beds. It was a win, win for everyone. The home was super clean and had great towels, bedding and such. And the shower in the master suite was awesome! We will definitely use this home again when we come back to Austin.
