The views are by far the best part. They're truly stunning - it's really worth paying extra for the mountain view.
The parking garage was spacious and easy to reach (with a car elevator!)
The hotel is very bare bones: no reception, which is fine, but there were also no glasses in the bathroom, no bath math, and no AC (so the room was super hot in summer).
4.3
The view and location, the automatic blinds and sensor lights. The room design was great, and the bed extremely comfortable.
Services have a way to go. The food in the grill restaurant was disappointing. Uncooked chicken in the caeser salad, salad not chopped properly.
Also the checkin remotely can be convenient, but it’s not very welcoming. If cutting reception costs maybe an offer of a free arrival tea or coffee would be a great substitute.
No espresso maker or tea or even a glass for tap water in the room is disappointing.
No face towels, tissues or moisturizer were provided.

Loved the location and style of the property. It’s in a beautiful Swiss village with incredible views.
The staff wasn’t the most friendly.

the location and the view was wonderful , absolutely I would come again

position in the center of Adelboden and near the ski stations
tiny and oppressive rooms , without the possibility of moving , temperature too high so difficult to sleep in the night with no air,

Easy online check in and check out. The stuff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly.
Very loud place, we didn't have a good sleep there. The amenities are super basic and there are definitely better places for families. For us this was bit a good value.

very clean and had nice views and light
no place to hang clothes

I liked the alternative and modern concept of the hotel. Large & comfortable bed. Tip: absolutely book a mountain view room on a high floor, it's worth the money.
A chair and a small table in the rooms would be hightly appreciated. I couldn't use my laptop properly and having a snack on the bed was uncomfortable. If you want to stay in your room for a while, you are forced to sit or lie on the bed, because there is no chair and there is no way to get one.
The drinks in the bar are overpriced, so better go to the neighbourhood to have your drink, you will save money. Example: Aperol Spritz is 12.50 CHF. Neighbourhood: 9.90 CHF.

the view
everything was great

The location is unquestionably in the perfect atmosphere. The room with a view is the case here. We indulge in the swiss paradise vibe. The bed is comfy, and we just spent time chilling and Netflix and woke up with the view.
The bathroom can be provided with a floormat, and the carpet floor is the only small thing we are not comfortable with.

exceptional, one of the best hotels in town.

Extremely helpful staff, amazing food and view(!)

interesting minimal design, but what woudl one want more - a bed and a huge window facing the mountains, really cant ask for more. For longer stay it may become a little annoying but for only a few days, i'd really recomend it.
everything was Ok - the check-in/check out system is a little confusing and not really explained in advance. Oh... and somehow around 3 in the morning someone tried to enter my room (I guess the code system, no reception and free entry in teh building does not really help). What' troubling is that there is no direct way to contact the reception or anyone (no phone in teh room or an emergency button something)... fortunately whoever tried to enter decied to try somwhere else eventually...

- Location
- View from the room (mountain view room)
- Terrace of the restaurant/bar
- Comfortable bed
- Design
- Cleanliness
- Breakfast is not amazing but very fair for CHF/USD 14.-
- Facilities in the room (there is literally nothing else than a bed and the bathroom)
- Staff was rather unfriendly
- Price (CHF/USD 200.-) is from my point of view too high for what it is (value for money)

The location, the beds were comfortable, the staff very friendly, easy to manage the reservation online and add other services. Very nice view to the mountain, large choice of beers at the bar, you get a guest card valid for several attractions in the region. Good place to spend no more than 2 nights.
The hotel is too expensive for what they offer, the breakfast is very basic and you need to pay extra to have it, the rooms are quite basic with no toiletries, slippers or anything else. The breakfast can be definitely improved and also the menu of the restaurant could offer more options. They over price the rooms for what they offer, for the same price you have a room with more elements in any capital of Europe. Maybe prices could be revised
