The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!

This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We had 4 families with children that spent most of our time outside by the pool. This rental exceeded our expectations. The host was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were top notch. We would highly recommend this place!

Despite sky-high expectations, Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, very well maintained, abundant flatware and dishware, splendid pool, superb outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living space, 4 (!) refrigerators, 2 ice makers, 8 flat screen TVs, central sound system. Each of the 5 master en-suites is luxurious. Great location, and the beach set-ups are very convenient, The best compliment I can offer is that it was as if the owners left it exactly as it is when they stay there.

This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach.

My husband I travel with the same group every year and stay in the same neighborhood! We booked this last year during our trip when we walked by it, we have been so excited to stay and it lived up to all of our expectations! Communication with property manager was phenomenal! This house has EVERYRHING you would ever think you needed!! Kitchen was stocked beyond any rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion was to have a door with keyless entry where the patio sliding door was for the couple staying in the guest house. We didn't want to leave the sliding door unlocked at night. In the morning we had to wait till someone woke up or we had to walk around the block to the front door. We were so sad to see it already booked for our week next year but we will return for sure! Hoping all future guests take good care of it she is a beauty! Thank you again!

The house was very nice with a very equipt kitchen.. The outdoor space was amazing with lots of seating. We used the very modern grill a lot. It was a short walk to the beach and having our own unbrellas and chairs put out daily really pampered us.

The house was everything it advertised and more. The house was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, trash bags, etc all there and available. Had a great time. The property manager was extremely easy to get a hold of and replied back almost immediately. Had an issue with the grill and it was looked at within the hour and fixed within the day. The location was a block away from the beach. The chairs were set up everyday along the water. Clean water, and very clean beach. The house pool was well heated and very well maintained. By far this was the best experience we have had with a rental. Will absolutely stay again when we look at our future vacations.

Our entire family truly enjoyed Emerald Oasis. It’s like a home away from home, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space is terrific, whether grilling, swimming or laying in the sun. Short walk to beach and easy walk to dining options. We LOVED this property. Every room was a master room. The floor plan was incredible as it allowed for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The kitchen literally had everything from a bar to a pineapple digger. The outdoor patio was big, clean, had a nice gas fireplace and the pool was the best we’ve had because 1. It was a saltwater pool and 2. It was SO warm, perfect for the 60-68 degree winter weather. The beach was only a 2 minute, easy beautiful walk and there were tons of beach stuff in the garage like wagons, coolers, etc. The guest house was perfect for older teens or for a couple and was a nice addition to have. We really really were impressed and the photos do not do it justice at all. The location was super convenient as well. I would highly recommend!!!

The walk to the beach is super short, the location is outstanding. The manager was responsive with any questions that came up. Wow! What an amazing home. It was beautifully decorated, the heated pool was wonderful to warm up after the cold ocean, and there was enough space for the 14 of us to be together but also have our own space. Julie was phenomenal and was available whenever we needed something. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach as well as coffee, restaurant, and shops. Must stay here on your next trip to Destin!

We could not have been more pleased with this place. Everything was as advertised. The manager Julie was awesome to work with. Everything you need for a great family vacation is at this house. Leave all your beach stuff at home because they provide it all. We don't want anyone else to find out about this place because we want to keep it for ourselves. Beds and bedrooms were great, plenty of stuff in the kitchen, pool is amazing and the beach is close. The only negative is you can't see the beach from the house but that is a very small negative. Our family will be back here after we have grandchildren.

My family and friends had the best time ever staying at this property. We were there from April 10 - April 13, 2021. Our only regret was that we didn't schedule the vacation for a full week. The accommodations were spectacular. The home was clean, and extremely well cared for. I am a really picky traveler and I felt like I was at home from the arrival to departure. The kitchen appliances, dishware, utensils and more were high quality and more than enough that you didn't need to wash utensils for each meal. The entertainment was more thank enough that you really didn't need to leave the premises at all, however should you decide to do so, you could literally access the beach in a 5 minute walk, the beach was clean and the sand was beautiful.
My favorite area of the home was "outdoor living;" kitchen cooking, dining, watching television, fireplace and swimming was fantastically fun! The outdoor area provided a little something for everyone.
Each bedroom was spacious well decorated, clean and comfortable. I could have easily stayed in bed watching movies one of the days while there but instead we ran around to make the most of our short visit; shopping, dinning, beach time, and even a little work time.
We enjoyed our time so much that we have already booked the home for the same time next year.....only we will stay for a full week next time :)

This house is amazing!!! The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure the guest are well equipped and comfortable. There were 22 of us and never were we overcrowded or in each others way. The kitchen has every utensil we needed and more. Extra beach chairs were awesome for beach use and the 2 washer /dryer combo is a total game changer. The outside Kitchen/Lounge area is amazing. We had a catered Shrimp & Crab boil by a locally owned company Rocco's which I would highly recommend. it was complete from set up to clean up and priced on point. Rocco and Shawn were amazing, the food was incredible, and the layout is perfect for a catered in boil. The pool is the largest in the area complete with an outside bathroom and way nicer than the community pool. The guest house is as gorgeous, private, and complete every amenity needed. Lastly Julie is amazing to work with. She was constantly in contact, very informative and on spot with the only issue we had with the outdoor fireplace. It was serviced and fixed with a simple reset. This will be our go to property with large groups in the future.

We had a few hiccups once arriving but The management company bent over backwards to remedy them. I could not have asked for a more responsive team than Julie and Kyle. This house was truly the lifestyles of the rich and famous. There was nothing we could’ve asked for that wasn’t there. The amenities were amazing. The owners of this house could be a little more welcoming with unlocking more of the cabinet space for groceries etc. for a large group of people. Hopefully, that will be taken care of in the near future. That being said, we would rent this fabulous house in a heartbeat. Thanks again Julie for being so attentive to our every need!!!
