Our stay was a memorable one and we will carry these happy memories with us for a long time.

We reached the resort on our own (self-driven), a little behind schedule. We were greeted by the GM (Mr. Ratheesh Nair). They were expecting us. The check-in procedure was a breeze and was expedited by the Front Office Manager (Ms. Shalini). The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. Room: The room was well appointed and the airconditioning, linen, toiletries, and mini-bar were well equipped. F&B: The buffet meals were well placed. However, the menu was the typical "pan-Indian" one. We were looking for typical Kerala cuisine, so we restricted ourselves to "a la carte". the staff gave us good advice on what combinations, and portions to order, and to put it in one word the food was "outstanding". Activities: Mr. Ratheesh and Ms. Shalini gave us good advice regarding the timings and what trips to take and that came in very handy in deciding the trips to take. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was efficient and the rooms were kept nice, clean, and well-equipped. Indoor Activities: The pool table, badminton court, and board games were maintained very well.

This sentence is not about what we did not like, but more of a suggestion. There was no bar at the resort. As a result, one has to carry one alcoholic beverage along and consume it in the privacy of the room. it is suggested that and liquor licence be obtained and a bar be set up.

Good for a relaxed, leisure trip.

All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating towards my pet. Extremely friendly staffs. Hatts off to Pradeesh for protecting my dog from the local dogs during the trek. Treking was amazing.

Facilities like swimming pool, badminton could be better. They can also arrange some activities around the Kabini river.

Pet friendly, all staff were really good and helpful. There is a river flowing behind the resort, which is one of the highlights. Overall, it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.

staff was very courteous; helped with all our requests and always had a smile to offer! special call out to Matthew, Kishore, Vishnu, Anoop, Nitish and Riteish from the staff - they made our stay even more special with constant support!

The resort is located right next to the Kabini river. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Calm and peaceful stay.

The restaurant service is slow and slightly on the expensive side. For a resort of this value they need to expand their menu.

The total property area does not meet my expectations. The cottages are too nearby near and don't have a good balcony view.

Resort, which is having 10/10 rating for all.

Kids friendly. Apoon, gave a good city and night safari tour. Padros, did a fabulous job to decorate the room for our anniversary stay. Chefs were open to cook what ever we needed. Don't miss the lunch at Ashwathi bhavan, which is few kms away from resort. They have the best Kerala meal.

Exceptional

The staff are exceptional, kind and very hospitable. The resort and the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff accommodated our requests and went well and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The resort has many facilities and games. You can take a small walk by the Kabini river in the mornings or evenings, there are also safaris that you can take to see the wildlife and the tribal way of life. The food was also very good and there were a variety of things you can order. The fish fry and gravy are a must try! On the whole, we had a great time at Kuruva. Thanks to the staff for making our stay memorable!
