Very expensive - not worth it!

Bed was comfortable

No coffee in room. Promised breakfast wasn’t provided as vendor did not deliver goods. Poor excuse!

Hotel price was slightly better than other hotels. Location was good.

Coffee was good.

So called breakfast was granola bar or oatmeal mixed with hot water. No utensils in the kitchen. You must ask for kitchen items usually found in an extended stay hotel.

Very comfortable, nice location. Modern and nice.

Breakfast was fine if you don’t want a hearty breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Just what I wanted.

Would stay again. We recommeded it to the people we were visiting.

Clean and ready when we arrived. Easy location to find. Simple and basic needs met. Coffee!!

Breakfast offerings were a bit weak. Nothing left in the fridge but some eggs. I don't know if breakfast was part of the room rate but it was not the greatest.

Not a good choice stay

Location to Bluffton. Friendly staff

Non functional bathroom sink. Had to change rooms & it got worse. I couldn’t sleep well due to the extremely loud air conditioner. I also fell out of desk chair that spun backwards from a slippery faux wood floor.

location good.

Definitely no frills! No coffee at breakfast for over 30 minutes, no in room coffee pot, bar soap like plastic, no conditioner, pillows too hard, terrible breakfast options, tailgating in parking lot, smoking right outside entrance allowed.

Excellent location for our needs. Front desk check-in people were wonderful. Room was ok, but not any more. Breakfast really not much at all. Internet service awful and Front desk not available for help in the evening and, following morning, was told to call tech-support for problems with internet connection. Overall, value just wasn't there for what I paid

Nice place to stay for extended stays.

Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Coffee, tea and water available at all times. Studio room was well equipped with a full fridge, double burner, and microwave and household essentials were available on reuest.

The breakfast could be enhanced as it was single granola bars and no fruit.

It worked until I found another place to stay. It was just to industrial. I felt institutionalized.

Never had the opportunity to try their breakfast as I leave for work before it's set up.

Room was extremely small for an extended stay and felt like an institution-dorm room. No carpet at all, faux hardwood throughout the entire building. To be honest the whole building felt very sterile and not comfy/homey at all. Also, It's very hard to find the building from the main road due to trees etc. You can't see the Hotel sign until you're right on it, everything is set back and hidden. IDK why the south "HIDES" all of their businesses' but it seems to be the norm. It's extremely frustrating to travel 12 plus hrs and not be able to find your destination.

I would stay at Extended again and highly recommend

The location was safe and quiet. Breakfast was good. Customer Service was excellent!!! We had to leave early Saturday morning, we had an emergency with my 94 old DAD. Had to cut our trip short, enjoyed our stay.

If we could have stayed longer. Loved Bluffton and we were going to the Shrimp Festival. in Hilton Head. We Missed out on our little get away.

Nice, comfortable stay!

Very clean and friendly staff. Full kitchen in the room. Very comfortable beds. Staff is very accommodating!

I wish they would offer the dishes and pans at check in. You have to call to have them bring them up. They brought me toilet paper but I think you are expected to buy your own. Like a rental.

The staff was great!

Shouldn't be a chair at the elevator entrance. Don't need someone sitting with there head at someone's crotch level.
