Want more space and privacy than a vacation condominium can offer? Rent this furnished cozy single family home with three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms and central A/C to keep you cool and comfortable. An open plan living / dining / kitchen area provides plenty of room and convenient access to a private screened patio with ceiling paddle fan in the rear of the home. All bedrooms feature ceiling paddle fans and new queen sized mattresses. Residence is located on a corner lot with a large landscaped side yard and off street driveway parking.
The value added benefits from this rental flow from it's ultra convienent location! Situated on a quiet residential street in Jensen Beach, the property is less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island for swimming, sunning, and fishing, and just 5 minutes from downtown historic Jensen Beach with delightful restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. Even closer are Frances Langford Park with sports fields, courts, and children's playground, and just one block west is the waterfront Riverside Park that features a fishing pier, music events, and the Children's Museum. Two public access golf courses are within 15 minutes away for those that like to find their Florida sand on the links!
The residence is equiped with a 40" HDTV in the Living Room and a 24" TV in Guest Bedroom #2, cable TV, Wifi, DVD player, and printer. Kitchen is well appointed with multiple large and small coffee pots, Oster blender, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven. Main bathroom has a walk in shower and both guest bathrooms have a bath tub.
Family table games and sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, and bocce ball are available. Two bicycles are available for use. Beach gear is available including towels, beach blanket, umbrella, beach chairs, paddle ball, and boogie board.
Pet allowed with approval. $500.00 non-refundale pet fee.
