La présentation du buffet du brunch
9.0

Really quirky and great decor. Tasting menu was fabulous in the evening. Lunch menu was limited. Wouldn’t be a place for children

Everything. The Chateau is impeccable. Full of class and wonderful beautiful artistic touches. Generous rooms and extras. And a team that took extra special care of our family with a 2-year old. And the gastronomy was delightful. Highly recommended if you are ever in Nantes.
Not being able to stay more than one night. It was service experience perfection.

excellent chateau, staff was amazing and food was the best
9.0
The design, the staff and the level of service, the size of the room and the comfortable bed
The restaurant is not active. It was possible to sit at the bar, but not so comfortable for a meal and the selection of dishes at the bar is very limited

the property is incredible. stunning, and so many things to do and discover on-site. we stayed at the 1001 nights suite, highly recommended; the last building standing after the castle was burnt in the French revolution.
The staff was amazing! Laurent was great as well as all of the staff who attended us during our stay.
We will definitely return!

Beautiful room and lounge, restaurant with a good quality of products.
Disappointed about the spa: the private hour was not worth the money, and no possibility to refresh (quite a suffocating experience).
The service in the restaurant was kind but lacked seniority and real knowledge.

Everything was fantastic, highly recommend this brilliant castle. Amazing food, lovely rooms, everything is exceptionally chic.
I will be back there in summer to see gardens and other facilities.

Exceptional staff, Beautiful property and beautiful grounds.
The room was very hot with no way to cool. The window did open but was quite small and did little. Stay was in October, it was not hot outside.

An unforgettable luxurious night in a stunning chateau. My only regret was that I did not get to stay longer than one night — I will absolutely return. The chateau is easily accessed by taxi from the train station. From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (even in English), and the entire property is stunning. I treated myself to dinner at the restaurant, and had one of the best meals of my life. I deeply regret only ordering the four-course menu instead of the seven-course. Give this chef a Michelin star! I also enjoyed an hour in the spa (40 Euros I believe), which was extremely relaxing — you get a private room with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Make sure to leave time to explore the property, which is quite large and designed for visitors. I have been thinking about my stay here every day since I left, and I cannot wait to return.

We loved the restaurant and the setting.
works we’re going on but we were not notified of this on booking

Beautiful Chateau, lovely room and helpful staff. Location was convenient and not far off route. Breakfast was good, if not a little expensive.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on a Sunday as was the Spa. An evening meal was provided but the cost was high for what it was, the price seemed comparable to restaurant prices.

The Chateau was really beautiful and the grounds around the property. The staff were lovely
The fact that a 5 star hotel didn’t have aircon and we didn’t find out until we were taken to our room was a massive negative for us (albeit the fact we stayed at the hottest time with 38 degrees). Unfortunately it was really hard to enjoy our stay given this and we really struggled with the heat throughout

Everything. This Chateau is absolutely beautiful and nothing was any trouble for any member of staff
No restaurant being open on a Sunday or Monday

Luxury palace with all you need for a comfy stay. Very friendly stuff and superb room.
No AC and it was 38 outside. However, they told us it should be installed by next summer season.

The castle is beautiful. The owner decorated it like a gem. The rooms have everything it’s a beautiful place with a great garden.
The staff wasn’t up to the standards. After a long drive they told us that we can’t have dinner because it was fully booked so we had to eat in our balcony ( the balcony is beautiful). As guests of this hotel I think they should have done an effort to serve us dinner especially since they are no restaurants around.

The staff, the grounds, the common areas of the castle (a very nice bar where we were able to enjoy some food and drink), the comfortable bed - we had a lovely relaxing time and would stay again on our next visit to the area.

Interesting meal experience, tried the tasting menu.
Room access - needs to be made clear that spiral staircase needs guests to have a mountain climbing qualification.
