We stayed at Brad's home for a mother/daughter trip. There was 10 of us total and the house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. A quick drive to the lake and store made it even better.
The girls enjoyed the hot tub while the moms sipped wine on the comfy couch. We had one issue with the electrical outlets not working in all of the bathrooms, but Brad was quick to get someone out to look at it. Unfortunately they didn't work again the next day, but we found ways to make getting ready work, even for 10 girls. All in all we loved the house and I would definitely stay there again. Brad was great to communicate with. Thanks for opening your beautiful home.

I went with a group of 7 couples - friends from all around the country getting together and a lot of us our first time in Tahoe. This house was perfect for our group - everyone had their own beds and the common space/deck were great places to hang out, and couldn't beat the location (~5 min drive to Kings Beach, but also a quiet neighborhood good for short walks and hikes). Brad was an awesome host - super communicative, open to flexibility in check in and check out if it made sense, and provided a lot of great recommendations for things to do prior to our stay. Definitely recommend and hope to go back again!

We had a girls weekend at the Tahoe vista property and had a wonderful time. The oven wasn’t working which was a bummer however the owner did everything he could to get someone out to fix it. He was always in contact with me and wanted to make sure we had a great time. I will definitely book this property again.

Brad's place is perfect for a large group! The place is spacious, well decorated, and has a fully stocked kitchen and game area (shuffle board, board games, etc.). We also loved the location - it's 10-15 mins to North Star and 25-30 mins from Palisades, so it worked well for our group that had both Epic and Ikon ski passes. The couch is also super comfy. Would highly recommend!

This review is very annoying....I am being forced to comment on two things we did not experience...like check-in and contact with property manager. I am forced to give only 1 star but NOTE THAT THIS IS MEANINGLESS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

A group of 10 girls enjoyed this wonderful home for my sister’s bachelorette weekend...very spacious with plenty of beds and seating for all of us. Super clean house, new linens and towels, and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great for lake access. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Holiday house review
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The house was easily accessible and it was really nice inside. I loved the updates. The beds were comfortable unlike some VRBOs I have stayed at! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked. All in all we had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughters bachelorette party with friends and family. Also Brad was very responsive to all my questions. Thanks again for that!

Family reunion
We had 15 in total staying for a family reunion. Check in process was extremely easy. Communication with property management was smooth and responded quickly. Plenty of space to enjoy meals and activities. Sufficient kitchen ware, utensils, towels, cleaning supplies etc. etc. extremely pleased with everything. The only issue we ran into which was minor, is that the bear bin was full and we had more garbage to put in. Luckily, I saw the garbage truck and ran down a few bags to allow to put more in. I would have liked to be closer to the lake, but location is good, neighborhood is good, quite. Lovey stay.

Spacious home near Lake Tahoe's KIngs Beach
#1 comment is that the owner (Brad) promptly responded to every e-mail. The great room is comfortable & ideal for family games and just conversation. 12 person seating at the dining room table was great. Large deck & spa provided seating for all, too. Kitchen well-equipped with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils. Beds very comfortable. En suite master bathroom upstairs does not have a door separating bedroom from toilet. May not matter to you, but better to know. (Owner states some remodeling to address this will happen next year (2021). Home location is in a well kept quiet neighborhood. Added plus is that it's close to grocery stores, beach and bike & jet ski rentals. Our stay was in July. Home remained cool and comfortable day & night.

Amazing house for families and friends!
My family of five stayed with two other families for a total of eleven people. There was plenty of room. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, games for all ages, and had a pool table upstairs in the loft. The house is super close to the main thoroughfare, the beach, grocery store etc. Brad was incredibly helpful and responded immediately to my questions. He also checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home.

Great family home!
We had a 3 day weekend in Brad's beautiful home and there was enough space for all adults + 3 active toddlers. The rooms were large enough to hold travel cribs, enough living room space for the kids to roam and lots of community kitchen space to have meals all together. He provides many toiletries for all bathrooms and there's plenty of kitchen supplies to cook all weekend.
The only item to mention is if you *need* internet, the internet is very slow/spotty but not at fault of the Owner - It's just the location and internet service avail for the cabin so if you're planning to work while in Tahoe (I hope you're not but one of our guests was trying to work!) then this may be a challenge.
Overall an excellent and fun stay!

Perfect home for a family vacation
Our group (9 adults + a baby) had the best time at Brad's house! Upon arrival it was so warm, cozy and clean...we immediately settled in and were able to relax. The bedrooms are spacious and we really appreciated all the small details (plush bathrobes in every room, shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, etc.) The hot tub was amazing, and at least once a day someone was questioning how it was possible that the towels were so soft. We even had a couple back and forth messages with Brad during our stay and he always replied quickly and immediately helped us with anything we needed. We'd love to rent it again! Thank you!

Beautiful house near skiing and trails
We had a group of 12 who fit comfortably in this beautiful house. It has everything you need for cooking. We made multiple meals and never ran out of plates or mugs for coffee. The Tahoe rim trail is within walking distance. The driveway has a steep grade, so in the snow our non 4wd cars parked at the bottom. We hope to be back again!

Comfortable and beautiful Cabin
We had a wonderful time at the cabin and were extremely impressed by the property owner Brad. Hard to know where to start.... the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had at a vacation rental, nice quality sheets and memory foam toppers. The cabin is very well maintained and has all the amenities one would hope for in Tahoe. A very large 75” tv, a wood burning fireplace, hot tub, balcony, well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The cabin is tastefully decorated and was very comfortable the whole time we were there. It was plenty of room to sleep and hang out with 8 adults. We had a few minor issues during our stay (tv losing signal during a winter storm) and the property owner brad was very quick to get back to us and take care of any problems we had. We all agreed this was the best cabin experience any of us have had and will likely stay here again. The cabin is located in a nice neighborhood that is very accessible even in the winter because they plow daily all the way out to highway 89. It’s very easy to tell the that this property is more than just a paycheck to Brad and he cares about his guests enjoying their stay.

Will be back
We had a great stay and we will definitely be back. Location was awesome…….we hiked the Tahoe Rim Trail which is right around the corner, spent a day at Kings Beach, and went shopping and had a great meal at Northstar Village which was minutes up the road. The house was spotless which made our stay comfortable. We had privacy which is exactly what we wanted from our mountain escape, yet you are still close to everything which is very convenient. This is a great spot for a larger group b/c everyone can have their own room/space with good sized beds and a nice family room/kitchen to hang out in. The spa is also a great feature, we just didn’t have time to use. We will be back

Just Okay!
There were a few things that made our stay a little inconvenient. We had to deal with roofing and spa inspectors showing up without notice and that's due to the fact that the house was listed for sale. Not to mention the satellite/cable tv was not working which put a damper in our first NFL Thursday night football game. Also there was a note in the fireplace not to use due to repair issues. Sandy communicated some of the repairs needed to be done but nothing was said about inspectors coming. We were a little startled.. But on the bright side the location was awesome and the house was equipped with just about everything especially the kitchen. There's enough dishes to feed an army. We did run out of paper products-toilet paper,paper towels... And there was a shortage of towels. We did enjoy the spa though. Overall it was an okay stay. It seems this house needs a little more work than it looks!

Lovely visit
This house was perfect for my family. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to cook and relax with three infants; it's a short drive to beach time, hiking in the woods, or more extensive activities. We will (hopefully!) go back :).
