This was the most disappointing holiday inn I have stayed at.

No hot breakfast or hot water in my room. There was no maintenance on site to fix issues. This is a problem.

Pretty cozy and close to a lot of places.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time at any hotel. Everything tasted great, especially the gravy biscuits!

The room could’ve been better. We had a family of four with only 3 towels to start with so we had to go grab more. Then the faucet handle was broke and kept falling off each time you had to turn on water but at least it still worked so we didn’t report it. The trash bins were super tiny so we couldn’t really clean up after ourselves like we wanted to and had to end up leaving a lot of trash/boxes on the counters.

Good access for local hikes!

Great place to stay if you want to hike at Dupont/Pisgah Forest. Decent buffet breakfast and comfy room.

Superb

These were the best beds of our entire mountian vacation. The room was so modern. Electric curtains and all. Room was quite large. I didnt grab any photos though...it was a quick stay over. But very nice.

Breakfast was a downer. We did come down during the last hour and there was no eggs or bacon left. Had to rummage for scraps. I had bisques and gravy. My hubby was Irritated in this part of our experience as he had no food choices. Kids decided on ceral.

There was a footprint on our comforter. At least it was at the bottom.

Perfect couples getaway!

We stayed here when we went to Pretty Place Chapel in South Carolina. This was a perfect stop before heading out the next morning - only about 30 minutes away. The staff we encountered was excellent. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great…and there’s a Starbucks right across the parking lot. We also got a great dinner recommendation for the Brevard Diner right down the street- it was excellent!

We had some issues with rowdy neighbors above us and noise. Once that eventually calmed down we were happy.

Great place to stay, breakfast was not as good as I had hoped.

Bed was super comfortable, hotel was clean, staff were fabulous.

It wasn't the worst but I didn't care for the breakfast. Turkey sausage is gross, no matter where you get it. Bacon was plentiful but extremely greasy and slightly undercooked. I prefer scrambled eggs but the omelets looked fine. I like a good breakfast potato, too.

The receptionist was very friendly. I asked for late checkout and was immediately granted without any questions. The room was very spacious, modern and clean.
