Location was great for all we wanted to do. Kids loved the pool. It was a decent size apartment for the 5 of us.

The apartment that we stayed in was not the apartment showing on my booking. I booked nearly 11 months prior to travelling so was a little disappointed to arrive to something different from the pictures. the fridge didn't keep our food or drinks cold and we had to throw things out daily. Our milk actually went off and our drinks we had to put in the freezer to make them cold enough to drink.

The room was immaculate, lovely and relaxing living area and the main bedroom upstairs with the ensuite was sublime to have our own area as our daughter had her choice of rooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Only things that were missing was no lift to get up 6 flights of stairs for a 7 night stay, had to do quite a lot of up and downs. I am lucky that we brought a smaller car for the trip as there would have been absolutely no way I could have got our car into the car parks. Took a lot of maneuvering to get in and out which made going anywhere a big effort.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, clean and nicely decorated. Handy location for shopping and entertainment and beach. Easy check in/out and good communication from owner.

Lots of stairs - this is noted in the accessibility section of the ad but not otherwise mentioned. We had apartment on the top floor and so had 6 flights of stairs to carry suitcases etc up. Just something to be mindful of.

Overall, a good value for money apartment.

Nicely re-furbished and updated apartment, even though complex is older. Spacious and well equiped. Located in close proximity to walking paths near the broadwater.

Basement car parking space allocated was inaccessible. Apartment complex positioned on very busy road.

Room wasn't cleaned before our arrival and there was hair all over the floors of all different colours.

Nice room, great kitchen facilities and laundry facilities.

Internet was very unreliable and kept dropping out, and we spent a fortune in mobile data packs to make up for it. Not stated anywhere that there is no elevator, and the room was on the top floor. Important to know if you have people with disabilities in your party.

There were good and bad points, as noted.

The location was good, handy for things we wanted to do and close walk to the beach. I did like the 'loft' bedroom and the unit was spacious and clean. Undercover, secure parking was good though somewhat tight and lucky we don't have a huge car.

When we got there we tried the instructions for the gate. Multiple times. It did not work, we had been travelling long distance and done some activities and I was hot, tired and had a headache. Had to try to find a phone number and ring to be able to get the keys. The stairs are a little steep and slippery with the carpet and more than I thought there would be. The upstairs shower did not have a soap holder at all so that is very hard on someone with a bad back. A simple $2 over the shower holder from the cheap shops would make things way easier. Something so small and cheap but it was very inconvenient! The stove needs an instruction book we had no idea how to use it and had to google it. We also were supposed to fill in paperwork for the bond, however when we went to put it in the box on our way out on the first morning, the code to the box would not work. Very frustrating.

They allow you to book up to 6 guests, which we did but only had 4 towels when they said they supplied towels. . only had 4 lots of cutlery and plates . One of the bedsheets had mould on it . a dead spider in the kitchen drawer and dead cockroaches, in the kitchen. . no spare toilet paper supplied Arrived to check in at 1400 which was our allocated check-in time weren't allowed to check in earlier. No reception on site and keys and paperwork were left in a safe box a pin was emailed to me, but this one didn't allow us access. Had three contact numbers, and phoned all three numbers with the first number phone not answering any calls. The second number phoned was the site maintenance, telling me to call Tamara who was the first number I tried to phone. Then he told me I must be putting the pin incorrectly into the safe when he was asked to confirm if the pin was correct after numerous times telling me it was my error for the safe not working was unable to confirm if the pin was correct. Told me he would try to call Tamara as he was unable to help. Phoned the third number and they answered but she was at her day job and was unable to assist and also said she would phone Tarmara. Tamara eventually called back we have to break into the return key box to get the master keys to let ourselves in as told by Tamara. All fire safety exits were unable to be used as emergency exits without having key access. When trying to talk to Tarmara about issues she told me that it was strange.

Great location, friendly staff, everything you need.

The place was great, and the staff responded quickly when I made a request.

It wasn't clear when booking that there was no lift and this was an issue to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs as I had just had surgery. So if you are unable to climb lots of stairs this would not be the best location for you.

The property was big enough for 5 teen/adults and everyone had their on space in regards to bedrooms, was good proximity to surfers paradise which was also great. The property was modern and comfortable

There wasn’t enough living space to comfortably have everyone together in the loungeroom/kitchen, the owner also came into the property while we were out without notice which I didn’t like.

Beautiful cozy apartment in the middle of everything GC has to offer!

Comfortable apartment with lots of space for a family. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is an awesome deal in the heart of GC. Close to everything including airport and theme parks. Very clean and well presented modern home.

There are no elevators in the 3 storey apartment and we were on the 3rd floor. It was a challenge climbing up/down with 3 kids and luggage. The security keys for garage/parking gate are very poorly positioned. We had to park and step outside to access on few occasions. The parking spaces are too narrow and it was a challenge driving our Ranger in/out. But overall, we loved our stay!

Cheap for a last minute stay.

Location was out of the way, but on a main road. It was quieter than I expected it to be though. , but was otherwise clean. It was reasonably equipped. The bed was a bit hard.

Reception was never open during my stay. I was expected to leave a bond, providing written credit card details in a lockbox that any other guest could see (I didn't ) The apartment had an old, musty smell. Three flights of stairs were a bit of a trial.

Must be lovely in summer but not winter and not for business when you have a lot of luggage

Nice location, friendly staff

No lifts. Our apartment turned out to be on the 3rd floor., up steep narrow staircases. No staff available to assist. No heating in the downstairs bedroom. A pity because we really liked the staff.
