Sehr schönes 2-stöckiges Ferienhäuschen

Ein 2-stöckiges, neues und sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit Balkon und super Aussicht aufs Meer. Oben Wohn-, Küche- + Balkonbereich, unten 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche. Alles auch sehr sauber geputzt. Gefiel uns super!

Modern building with shaky structure (literally)

New build, well appointed apartment, clean and warm. Easy beach access and not far from restaurants and points of interest in Gisborne.

* The location, the building is close to a road leading to Gisborne port around the corner. The building shakes and windows vibrate every time a truck goes past, we’ve been awoken at 4 am by busy truck traffic going to the port. * No dishwasher in the kitchen which I found surprising for a new built. * staff coming in while we had a Do not disturb sign up, privacy invasion * the pool was out of order during out stay, disappointing as it was one of the reasons to chose this property.

Chose Top 10 Waikanae because of the beautiful well kept and maintained facilities and the locations as well as the staff I came into contact with during our stay.

Good apart from the road noise.

Good location near beach and walking distance to town. New and modern. Staff very welcoming and efficient.

We stayed in one of the two story apartments. Unfortunately they are right next to a noisy main road and property shook with vibration when the trucks passed. A sheer curtain in the living area would have been beneficial for privacy as everyone walking past could see in.

The icing on the cake!

The view was spectacular. Lovely shower. I slept on the pull out couch and was very comfortable. My other 2 colleagues slept in the rooms and they loved their beds and rooms. The location worked well for us.

One of our ladies found it difficult to sleep with the road vibrations. Thought there should have been more work done to reduce the doors rattling. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I thought.

Ā few flaws but overall a wonderful stay

We loved the view!! Overall the apartment was clean and tidy and the recycling facilities were a great touch. The side lamps in the room were great and the staff were friendly also. We would recommend to friends and whanau and will be back.

There were a few, but minor flaws.. When we arrived, we removed our shoes and made our way upstairs - the floor felt like it hadn't been swept properly, like their was sand or something. It was a little inconvenient not having a washer/dryer in the apartment(which I didnt check beforehand), or having the staff change our tiny rubbish bags each day. The Netflix didn't work at all either. These we just minor things, and overall we had a wonderful time!
