Additional Notes:
We are a local property management company. So if there is anything you need before, during, or after your trip, please let us know!
This home does not have air conditioning.
Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.
Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

For our annual ski trip this property was a perfectly located home base. It was 10 mins to big sky resort and 4 minutes to the best restaurants in the area. The house had plenty of space and we really appreciated the spices, condiments, coffee filters, and other small items that are often not provided. We also left a few items that we didn’t get to open as well hoping future guests may want our extra martini olives or bourbon cherries…. The only downsides are that there is NO HOT TUB at this property and it is down the road only open in summer. The other miss was that the gas grille is on the lowest level and was covered in snow drift, and the kitchen and living level is the level above. We chose not to dig out the grille, but we did use the main deck to have a beer and relax. We loved the property and it was comfortable and would consider again for future stays.

This may be the best appointed rental that we have stayed in. This place had everything that we needed for our stay up to and including games to play when your legs give out from skiing. The hosts were responsive and the check in and out were seamless. Aside from that the location is great if you are looking for a quiet stay away from hustle and bustle of the Town Center and Mountain Village. Right next to the golf course which means that you are right next to the groomed xc ski trails, literally walk out the door, cross the street and click in to your skis. These trails are groomed by Lone Mountain Ranch so don't forget to get your trails pass online from them. In 15 minutes you can be in the parking lot at the mountain where you can enjoy what is arguably the best skiing in the US. I've been skiing Big Sky since the late 70's and they just keep raising the bar.

It was love at first sight. The grandkids ventured through the house stating this was the best ever. There was 8 of us. Everyone had their own space and yet we had room enough at the table to sit down for dinner. A welcome note with my name on it was a sweet touch. Kitchen was fantastic. We had quick communication with the property owners. It was all around a very lovely place to stay.

Great location! Great space!
Great location - 10 mins to resort, 3 minutes to town center. When no. snow, Walking trail to town center. Very clean, spacious, with new furnishings, linens, towels. Great kitchen and dining table for in home eating with well-stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was lovely.
The property was very nice, we enjoyed our stay very much. Big sky was gorgeous and the condo was nice. The only thing we were disappointed with was the dryer being broken so we only got 1 load of laundry done between 10 people. The parking that was said to be for our condo was free parking for anyone, not a big deal just would have been nice to know ahead of time. And the hot tub not being open during the winters isn't clear on the site. Miscommunication causes frustration. Overall we had a great trip and would probably stay here again.
