This house was our first VRBO experience and it was great! Conveniently located with easy access to the free way. The house had plenty of space for our family to all have a bed. We enjoyed the air hockey table and TVs. Kitchen was well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, shopping, and every where else we needed to go. The house was spacious with a nice big backyard where my kids could play and run off some energy. There were enough beds for all six of us to sleep comfortably.

This property was super dirty, old, and the master bed had a big wet spot on the bed when we arrived. Also, no AC as indicated on the listing in 100 degree salt lake weather.
They wouldn’t give me a refund and we didn’t stay more than 4 minutes in the property.
I do not recommend.

Nope.
We were REALLY excited to stay here.
First. This place is hard to find, as in directions hard to find. Second, it had a weird smell, till then, let’s not judge. Third - the AC went down. The house (it’s more like a little apartment), was board 80 degrees. We were reaching out to the host that was willing to help, but nothing really could be done. We paid for a ridiculous cleaning fee but the house was dirty when we got there. The oven was stained inside with spills, the fridge, we found many popsicle sticks downstairs and a dead cockroach.
We had the host and technicians coming in to fix the AC when the weather suddenly decided to change (we were there for 4 days), it changed for being pipping hot to freezing cold. We were uncomfortable with this situation, to say the least.
I know it seems harsh, but it was a huge disappointment to say the least. The host told us he was going to contact the management, but we still haven’t heard anything.
I don’t recommend it. Not worth it. And we won’t be coming back.
If all that stuff doesn’t matter, the one nice thing is that there’s a lot of nice restaurants and stores close to the apartment.

Comfotable proprty
Nice clean home with nice living areas and good beds and bedding. Little things easily fixed kept it from 5 stars—not enough glasses and dishware, no washcloths or bathroom mats, insufficient cleaning items for a stay, no pen, pencil or notepad to jot thins down. A quick trip to Target is all that is needed. Good place to stay for eating, shopping, etc.

Great place
The place was a little tricky to find, but turned out to be conveniently located in close proximity to a wide variety of stores, grocery, pharmacy, etc. and the ski slopes, the very thing we came to enjoy.

Great location for skiers going to Cottonwood Canyons
13" of snow at Alta and we're thinking of the traffic... Nope because this house lets you come in from the south side and avoid most of the rush while dropping you off at Little Cottonwood Canyon's mouth. Want to go to Big Cottonwood? No problem. You can be on I-15 in a matter of minutes and there very quickly or get to it quickly from the south side also. Need a break day? Hockey table to play. Two living rooms with TVs to relax and talk about epic ski runs. Outside seating with a fire pit to kick back outside and enjoy the crisp air. Full kitchen to make breakfast before running out the door and a garage to store all you gear and work on it before the next day. Yeah, we loved it.

Nice and clean but suggest a few more items
We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable. We would like to suggest a few items that are needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We ended up buying a sauce pan and leaving it there, but a few more cooking pans would be good for cooking a meal. Also needed are hot pads, regular size spoons, and an ice maker or some ice cube trays. In the bathrooms, some type of soap and some face cloths would also be nice. Would highly recommend if those items were available.

Location was perfect to ski resorts
This was our first time staying in Sandy for our annual ski vacation. This property was a perfect location for a short drive to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. It also was surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping. Eugene was a terrific host. Easy communicator and very helpful and accommodating when our flights home were cancelled. The house allowed the adults and children to spread out and we all had our own bedrooms.

Great stay!
Eugene was fantastic and his home is terrific! It has everything you need and more (ex. Air hockey table)! We used this as our home base for a ski week, and the central location was perfect. Thanks for everything, Eugene!

Great Host and Place
Eugene was a wonderful host, going out of his way to accommodate us in our unique situation. He was very helpful. The home was excellent for my family of 6, including 4 kids ages 15-24. The patio and furniture were a hit.

Great location for ski vacation
Found the property to be spotlessly clean, close proximity (20 min) to Alta snowbird, and the others aren’t much further. Nicely equipped with plenty of room for 4-8 people. Will definitely stay again on our next ski trip to Utah.

Comfortable house, good value for the money
We loved almost everything about this place: very clean, stylish living room, comfortable beds, nice beddings. My daughter and her friend spent all their time in the game room, playing air hockey or just chilling. Among the pluses, TV with lots of channels and streaming options, including HULU and Netflix, proximity to shops and restaurants and 30 min away from Snow Bird. Minuses: house is small, and structured on 3 levels living room is tiny, located on a VERY busy and noisy road, and the neighborhood itself seems safe, but not that nice. Walls paper thin, we could hear even the kids talking quietly downstairs through the wall. The water heather was very loud. Altogether, good value for the money.

Perfect for a Mt Trip
The property was clean, well appointed, and nicely priced. Further, it was perfectly situated for a run up to the hills and a jaunt to downtown. In short, I would highly recommend this home for your next SLC trip.

Great stay in Sandy!
Property was very clean. Short distance to Alta. Couple of items were missing from description, blender and hair dryer. Not a big deal but we needed these items and could have brought them with us had we known. We enjoyed the property.
