Excellent location. Supermarkets very near near by. Good public transport. Within walking distance of some of Napolis central attractions, but that's if you are a good walker. If not, take the bus just across the street.
No parking. very hard to find parking in the area on the street. Garages are there all around - and were mostly available - although it was cheaper for us to park the 1 night on the street for 10 Euros than 20-25 flat 24 hour rate in a garage.
They forgot to turn on the water heater first night.
The neighborhood was kind of noisy at times.
Our room was situated right above an active established and legal betting house. Although legal - they became quite noisy at times, especially after 22:00. so take note of that.

Petit déjeuner, très bien, dans un bar voisin. Localisation proche de restaurants et de la zone historique centrale, Piazza del Plebiscito, Castel del Ovo. Proche aussi du terminus du bus d'aéroport Alibus. Zone vivante.

The accomodation was close to the Conference Center. The room was cleaned every day. I found an air conditioner installed, flat TV, hair dryer, fast internet. A DeSpar store was in 50m. I liked walking along the sea side, on the promenade. There were lots of good restaurants. I got keys to the building, freely came and went. The breakfast across the street was delicious. The taxi that took me to the airport came in time.
The toiletries were: 10ml plastic bags with shower gel. There were no soap or shampoo. I was told that the airport shuttle costs 15EUR, but a taxi came and the driver asked 30EUR (the car had no taxameter, he gave no receipt, credit card was not accepted). I still did not get the invoice about my stay, although asked from the owner. The window faced to a noisy street.

Great location, stylishly updated, comfortable bed
Smallest possible shower that didn’t drain fast enough (overflow risk) and had no place to put soap/shampoo

great communication. very helpful with arranging our arrival, especially since we were late. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days.
the toilet seat was a little wobbly. made for eventful moments.

The position
the room was not tidy at all. in fact it is a 3-room apartment and each room is rented. the rooms obviously have their own bathroom.

Super clean and cozy place in a perfect location.
The water from the shower was coming really slowly and warm water ran out after 2 minutes.

very clean and in a location we always enjoy a lot
a touch noisy: first floor on a busy road during the day

The breakfast right across the street was excellent.
We were charged a hidden fee of €10 for late check-in (after 20:00). It wasn't indicated clearly at the time of booking and I only learned about it after arriving and trying to reach Marco for 30min.
The room had two windows facing a busy street, it was quite noisy late in the night.

It’s a clean studio not in the best neighborhood of Santa Lucia.
The bathroom utilities are very small the shower has no flexible cable and the cabine is very small. There was not blanket and if the check in is after 20:00pm they charge 10€ more. I think it is a nice place for a price not over 55€ but definitely not more.
