Easy access, private, quiet, friendly accommodation

Loved the accommodation so much so that this is now the only place we will stay when coming back to Hanmer. Extra bonus points for suprising us with such a warm apartment by turning up heating after arriving late with two tired toddlers. Thankyou so much!

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable rooms. My family loved it. Just a little heads up for the bathroom as my 6 year old fell in the shower as there is no handle or anything as for the safety even the floor is too smooth Overall I loved having my shower Thanks for such a great facility

very modern apartment in the heart of the caravan park so kids had best of the park and we had the luxury.

Falsely advertised

The interior was very new and had good amenities.

The property was listed as Apartments Hanmer Springs but it actually is the Hanmer Springs Top10 Holiday Park. That's false advertising. There were campervans around the apartment and you'd need to go to the Top10 reception for the key and any enquiries. Staff at reception was not acknowledging this fact despite the outright discrepancy. The apartment was also not ready by the 2pm check in time.

Perfect Stay!

Great place to stay. They haven't skimped out on anything with these apartments. Showers, rooms to the furnishing, spot on! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay! We stayed for a girls trip and it was amazing. The rooms were all decorated so nicely, the beds were massive and exceptionally comfortable. The features of the property were awesome. We loved the gas fire, the heat pump, Bluetooth sound and the TV were all amazing. Lovely clean space, very modern and bathrooms were also amazing. Staff were exceptional and kind. The manager seemed to be very proud of his team and how they would look after us which was such a nice attitude and really welcomed us to the property. Location was nice and close only a few min drive to the centre of town. Such a perfect location for such a good price! Couldn’t fault!

Only minor downfall was that the shower pressure wasn’t that great, not a big deal though as all other aspects of the property were perfect.

Booking.com is a bit naughty - these chalets are part of the TOP 10 Holiday park! Staff were lovely. Beautiful quality chalets, everything has been well thought out - apart from no washing machine or dryer in chalet, only let down really. Amazing shower, 2 loos thankfully. They call these apartments but they're not, they're stunning chalets. Nice and warm and superb fittings and fixtures, great wifi and easy to use TV and apps. The chalets are rougly a car apart, but you can park right next to your chalet. Arrived when Canterbury flooding was happening, and Hamner Springs was also very wet but the chalet was warm and toasty. We loved our stay thanks

Booking.com is a bit naughty - these chalets are part of the TOP 10 Holiday park! Took a while to work that out, that should be clearly statedin the listing - instead it's not even mentioned.

Took friends from Auckland on holiday with us expecting being able to enjoy some kind of view.

The pictures used on the website did not show the lack of view. All we had to look at was an old caravan,a bit of grass and a tin fence.

The apartment was luxurious. Everything was supplied so all we needed was clothing . Definitely well worth it . Will be my go to in hanmer
