Easy walking access to food and hiking. Free shuttles to all resorts and town trolley. We were allowed an early access and late check out. House has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable house, plenty of room. Easy walking to town.

We loved this rental. It was in great condition. The walk to downtown was incredibly easy. There was ample space and it had all of the amenities you would want - washer/dryer, dishwasher, hot tub, TV's in all the rooms. Also, we appreciated that there were spices and some extra non-perishables to share so we didn't need to stock up on new spices which is always a waste on vacation. The only disappointing thing is that Vail Resorts has not updated the town lift, but that is in no way reflective of the property, more just a good to know for skiing from that area.

The house is a great base for all you PC adventures. Just one block off the top of main street allows quick access to all downtown PC has to offer. The private parking/garage is a plus. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms to spread out during the stay. Hot tub was a great way to relax after a hard day of mountain biking/skiing. We would definitely stay again in this awesome get away in the heart of PC.

Super convenient for our group, we had an amazing stay!
Very minor quibbles: needs a new can opener, most knives are extremely dull. A clicker for garage door would also be helpful.
The washer & dryer worked great.

This was a nice house with plenty of space for two families (7 people total). The location was great, and it was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, we needed several issues to be addressed while we were there, and the property managers were unresponsive.
The washing machine was broken (water level couldn't be adjusted and was stuck on "very small load" with about 5" of water. Dryer could not be used at night because it made shrieking noises and kept everyone up (this issue is mentioned in past reviews, and nothing was done about it). Do not count on doing laundry here. We had the WiFi go out for the last two days of our stay, and nobody answered my messages or fixed it. It was bizarre. I complained about nobody responding to me and they put me in finally put me in touch with someone "local" who wrote me back and told me that he is not local and is based in the UK - it was almost comical. Not surprisingly, he could not help us from across the world. The hot tub temperature was stuck on very hot (about 107 degrees) even though thermostat said 92 degrees - even the adults could not get in it. Someone did come and fix it the last day we were there, just in time for us to leave.
Finally, and perhaps most concerning, we had a very unpleasant encounter with some neighbors who were watching us through their fence (by their own admission) while we were in the backyard and making fun of our children's bodies (young elementary school). They also told my family member that she was "asking for it" by wearing a swimsuit in our backyard. The cops had to come to get the guy to leave the property. This was a local resident, not a renter, so this was not a one-time fluke. The whole incident (first day of our trip!) was awful but not necessarily the owner's fault; however, what was shocking to us was that neither the property managers nor the owners did anything at all about this. I wrote many times and they said that they sent our message to "the safety and trust" people and then nothing ever happened - no response, nothing. Between this and all the issues with the amenities, I would never stay here again.

Great house
The house is in a great location and the space is perfect for 12 (we had 3 families of 4). Some of the amenities could be improved for the price point.

Great location! Very close to Main Street, the Town Lift, and numerous shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Would definitely recommend!

Cute house, GREAT location!
This house was perfect for our group of 7. There were a few quirks (knives not sharp enough for cooking, second room with bunk beds upstairs doesn’t have its own bathroom so has to share with master or go downstairs to use another, hot tub was either too hot or too cold and didn’t adjust as fast as you’d hope, and dryer makes a very loud squeaky sound), but overall the house was great. Location is fantastic, the amount of beds/rooms was ideal and didn’t feel jammed or forced, and the house was super cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun house for large groups
I was in town for a conference and booked this house for our group and it was wonderful. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Parking was a little tight at the house, but there are free, overnight parking lots within walking distance of the house, so it wasn't an issue. Overall very comfortable!

Great Stay
The house had a great location, just a block off the top of main street. Main street was easily reached via a set of stairs across the street from the house. The layout of the house was ideal for our group of 7 out for a guys ski weekend, and the hot tub was welcome at the end of the day. The house was well equipped, and the management company was easy to work with. We will definitely return if it's available for our next trip.

Great house, great location
Great house, great location, easy access to town and main street. Close to the town lift. One area of improvement would be to have more flat ware, given the size of the house, more utensils would be helpful.

Nice property, close to all the shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay because we were able to walk to just about everything. This was close to a trolley stop, too, and that was a fun way to get acquainted with the town. Our only issue was with the dishwasher door not closing. Although the Maintenance group was very helpful, the door should be fixed so it's not hard to close.

Great location and easy process
We had a great time with our group of friends at this house. The value was great compared to many of the nearby properties and the check-in process was completely seamless. We were walking distance to all of the Main Street bars and restaurants and enjoyed grilling at the house when we did not make it out. Overall great value!
