La posizione, la cura delle camere e l’accoglienza dello staff
Mi aspettavo più cura nella preparazione dei piatti per la cena

Fantastisk plassering, hyggelige folk,
Litt styr med gondol opp og ned, men og litt av sjarmen.
Kunne vært litt bedre mat. Mindre valg, men bedre det som lages.

The property was in a “good location” in the sense that it was half way up the mountain and easily accessible to ski in/out - if that’s what you’re after
The staff were unhelpful, only answering questions that we asked and not offering any information up willingly. we had no idea we had to catch a gondola up to the property, we didn’t even know the property was up the mountain as it is not advertised this way (if we had have known we wouldn’t have booked here.) There was no communication from the property prior to check in, we had to call them when we arrived to have ski passes sent to us so that we could even get up to the mountain. We were waiting down in the freezing cold for roughly 30 minutes waiting for them to answer our calls. The food offered by the restaurant was barely edible and you had to choose from a set menu each night. There was no al a carte menu offered. No wifi password provided until we asked and even then the wifi didn’t work. We were there for 4 nights and our linens/towels weren’t changed once. There was no batteries in our tv remote upon arrival and we had to ask for that to fixed.
The biggest issue is that we were international travellers in a place we had never been before and we were given no help, no direction. We felt very isolated. For a property located inside of a ski resort, charging over $200 euro per night, we felt this was really below par and unacceptable. We didn’t feel comfortable or enjoy our time here at all.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location excellent for Skiing, possible to ski directly to the hotel and also from the hotel. Hotel rooms very good, food very good, good Breakfast and staff particularly friendly. Would stay there again if back in the area.
The Hotel is accessible by a gondola which we were initially unsure about but having stayed there it is a good choice.

A lovely family run hotel with hospitable staff, great food and cozy rooms with views of the mountains. Our family enjoyed ski-in/ski-out for three days in wonderful weather.

Fantastic location with an incredible view of the valley and the mountains from the room and the restaurant room. Delicious and abundant food and super friendly staff. I stayed here as a little child many many years ago and I am absolutely in love with the place, even better than I remmebered it. Location is absolutely perfect for skiing, which is a huge plue. We will surely be back. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

The location is superb - right on the pistes by the main lifts with an easy gondola ride into the village. Fantastic views!
The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient and the rooms very comfortable and attractive
Getting our luggage up to the hotel on the gondola was quite hard work - but well worth it!

View of the valley from the restaurant and from the room/balcony is stunning.
Location for skiing can't be beaten.

The location is outstanding, with amazing view to the Monte Rosa area. From the balcons facing South-West the sun is wonderful.
Service was very friendly, and despite some language barriers we understood each other well. Rooms were newly renovated, cosy and very clean.
Skiing in and out is maximum easy, and the skiroom is wide and warm.
The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Breakfast was perfect with good coffee, choice of egg, ham, local cheese, yoghurt, juice, bread etc. Dinner was with ala carte choice between differentiere antipasti (try their cold cuts!), primo and secondi as well as dolce. Very good (and very much) food - 100% local and Italian.
Vines and drinks were very good.
I would suggest some more fresh vegetables on the menu (salads).
The walls are not 100% soundproof; wish for next renovation.

Jean Pierre and Angie were fabulous hosts and the location, with its Matterhorn view and position at the top of the Crest gondola, superb. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely. We particularly enjoyed a sundowner on our balcony overlooking the valley below as the pistes clear, the sun sets over the mountains and silence ensues-no one but us left up the mountain. Better experience than many a five star ski resort hotel.

Very good.

The location is stunning and right on the piste. We were half board and the breakfasts were excellent. Good choice of cold or hot options. Dinner was 4 courses and authentic to the region.
We needed to leave the hotel at 6.30am to get to Turin airport for 8.15 am. This was before the Crest gondola opened. As a result we had to pay 30 euros each for the gondola to open early. If you have a later flight, this won't be a problem
4.5
Everything. The location is perfect allowing “ski in, ski out”. The owners and staff were attentive and friendly. Very newly renovated, lovely rooms, exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The only minor drawback was that the cable car does not run regularly after 1700 and so you need to plan if you go down into the village in the evening

great location, the staff were super friendly and helpful. property was very clean, quiet and the ski equipment room was also well
organised with a dedicated lockable cupboard. perfect
The dinner was fine, however I wanted the food to be better with more choice in the menu, even if there was a supplement for something like a steak or lasagna. also freshly made bread would be a very nice addition to the food offering. this would be the only reason for looking elsewhere to stay for a return journey..they are making a hydro spa so that would be a good addition.

Location, friendly staff
The food (dinner) could be improved for the price paid

Great location, beautiful building, clean and comfortable rooms and restaurant, friendly and professional owners and staff and great food!

Design of rooms, bathroom. Good decor/quality. Quite spacious. Helpful staff. Position ideal for morning hikes. Next to ski lift.
Breakfast could benefit from being more homemade with better quality jams/cereals/brioches.
