Room was updated, clean and well stocked for 1-2 renters. Unit fronts Yakima Avenue which can be noisy at times. Homeless people in the area but they kept to themselves. Very secure building within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Great spot in downtown Spokane. Walk to several great restaurants and wineries. Live music at several spots. Very secure with codes for each door. Very quiet in spite of it being on the main street.

Exactly what we needed visiting family. Thin windows, so there is road noise, but we drowned it out with white noise. Will stay again.

The room was very nice and clean and is on the second floor (no elevator) of the 4th oldest building in Yakima on the main street of downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, easy access to the freeway, and a short drive to wine country. There is a homeless population downtown. We never felt unsafe and the building/room is very secure, but just an FYI.

We make a couple trips to Yakima each year, and we’ve always wondered who would one day start to fill in the downtown temporary rental gap. We were so excited to see this property listed this year and loved our stay. Cool unit, spacious, kitchenette, just a few blocks to walk to one of our favorites breweries, bakery, bookstore, etc.

The room was great. Perfect size for two people, clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Our only complaint is that since this room faces the Yakima Ave, there is some noise from passing cars. Other than that, it was great!

We stayed in room 201 for a weekend in July. The room was very clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed with all utensils/ small appliances. It was close to a few nice restaurants and bars downtown , within walking distance. Being in the downtown neighborhood also has some drawbacks to be aware of too. There were many homeless people laying around and on the church grounds where the apartment is located. There is a ramped walkway leading to the building and I was planning on using it, since I had a heavy suitcase, but it was blocked by a homeless person. There was no incident and our stay was fine.
