Zentrale Lage, lieblose Basisausstattung in der Suite

Zentrale Lage, Räume klimatisiert, Swimmingpool

Wir haben die größte Suite gebucht. In dieser war zwar eine Küche enthalten, aber keine Herdplatte und auch sonst keine Ausstattung, bis auf 3 Löffel und Tassen war die Küche komplett leer. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber lieblos eingerichtet. Das Hauptbett ist gemütlich, die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer eignet sich überhaupt nicht zum schlafen (dünne Matratze mit dickem Plastiküberzug auf dem man schwitzt). Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sehr zentral. Es ist aber auch sehr laut und die Suite ist überhaupt nicht gegen den Schall geschützt, daher hört man den Straßenverkehr sehr deutlich. Aufgrund der dünnen Wände heizt sich die Suite auch sehr schnell auf, wodurch die Klimaanlage unnötig stark laufen muss.

I would recommend it

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Pool was great and the two staff named FAII we exceptional.

The shower was broken and not enough bottles water for 2.

Not at all the experience i was expecting. They can charge more but theu should offer better service.

Nothing as very difficult to communicate with stuff. Not at all professional. They have to ask everything from Manager. Even after asking water they did not bring the water bottel.

It was right on a major road and not soundproof! Sleeping with earplugs is a must here.

we enjoyed our stay for a quick overnight stay. the traffic was loud outside but I wore earplugs and it was OK. the staf

Excellent location if you want to explore old phuket town.

Bathroom cleanliness was not top notch. Expected a little more space and cleanliness as I had requested especially.

Rooms are fantastic. This is located right across the road from the Lomprayah bus company if you're planning to take the bus and boat to the islands.

No footpaths on the roads so if you want to walk anywhere you have to be careful

Close to the shopping mall. Comfortable room, convenient if you're travelling with Lomprayh (the office is across the road, though you to walk a bit to find a pedestrian)

Big clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds.

The hotel is located on the highway and it is difficult to get transport, tuktuks and taxis charge more as it difficult to reach. We walked into old town which took about half an hour.

Good value for money

Nice plan of room with attached patio. Good AC in both rooms, big terrace. Nice kids pool by the main deep pool. And very comfortable kids playroom - safe and well done.

Would be nice to increase cleaning standarts.

Spacious apartment, lovely helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

The noise from the road is pretty bad, especially if your road facing. It kept me up the first night. If you have a good pair of ear plugs you will be right!

The hotel is good. Staff is polite but need to improve English. The location is not convenient. so anyone wants easy acc

very nice interior, all clean. The room layout was really good.

The location is really not that good. you cannot find a taxi or tuktuk or grab from here. so you need to walk a lot to find anything and that is also with very high fare. The restaurants are also a bit far from the hotel.

Excellent stay wish we could have stayed longer.

Modern, clean, comfortable bed, and a shower that was hot and had pressure.

Was a little out of town but perfect for what we needed.
