Holiday villa in Velez-Malaga, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This splendid two-storey, light-filled holiday villa provides a gorgeous setting to relax and make the most of some well-deserved holidays. Just by looking at the pictures, you will know that it will be hard to leave this villa once your holidays are over. Located only 1 km from the beach and 30 km east of Malaga, you will have all the comforts at hand, which you can enjoy together with seven people more.
The ground floor of the villa is exquisitely decorated with modern furniture and design details. The entrance hall leads to a lovely dining-living room featuring two comfortable sofas and an 8-place glass dining table. Near the living area, you will find a spectacular independent kitchen, which is fully equipped and with hi-tech electric appliances. This ensures you’ll prepare delicious meals to surprise your party. An independent toilet is also to be found on the ground floor of the villa.
The first floor welcomes three modern bedrooms with one double bed each. Two of them are provided with access to the splendid terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the staggering sea views. The master bedroom also features a lovely en-suite with a bathtub and a shower, and from this bedroom, you can access another room furnished with two single beds. Note that this is the only way to enter the latter. The first floor is also equipped with another bathroom featuring a fabulous whirlpool bathtub and two washbasins.
The three bedrooms of the first floor and the living area on the ground floor are provided with warm/cool air-con, which guarantees an optimal temperature throughout the year.
The indoor of the villa is completed by a 100 sq-mt basement where up to 4 cars can be parked.
Moving to the outdoors of the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious area: the perfect spot to make the most of the warm sunshine and the fresh breeze that characterises this area of the Costa del Sol. A shaded area for “al fresco” dining is located right in front of the wide windows that separate the living area from the outdoors. On the right side of the villa, a fabulous private pool and a few poolside sun loungers and parasols let you cool yourself off and sunbathe as much as you want.
The access to the villa is made possible via a paved lane.

This was our first ever villa holiday and for us as a family it just worked far better than being in a hotel. The villa is amazing and is so well equipped. The area is a traditional spanish town that is very laid back but has all you need for a relaxing holiday

Alles wie beschrieben und Fotos! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr nette, nette Besitzer. Sie begrüßten uns mit einem Obstkorb und lokalen Köstlichkeiten sowie Wein. Haus mit hohem Standard. Der einzige Nachteil sind die Fliesen rund um den Pool, mit Kindern ist es gefährlich, da sich beim Rausgehen viel Wasser sammelt und es sehr rutschig ist. Aber die meisten sind positiv. Wunderschöne Terrassen, Balkone, Zimmer, Aussicht.

Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht und noch mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab im Ort.
Der Strand war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht wieder abreisen.
Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub bzw. Workation in dieser wunderschönen Villa.
Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nach der Ankunft zu Hause sofort für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben.

Beautiful Villa in a small village with a supermarket, handful of shops and a few places to eat, typically very Spanish (not much English spoken). The town of Torre del Mar was a five minute car ride away and this is where the larger Supermarkets were and shops, bars and restaurants etc.
The Villa itself was clean and beautifully decorated and included everything you could need.
The owners of the Villa, Moises and his Wife were lovely and very helpful.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Moisés ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen tollen Meer und Bergblick. In dem Dorf ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, gute Restaurants, Supermarkt und Apotheken.

Una casa estupenda, con todas las comodidades y muy bien equipada, en mitad de un pueblo de costa, pequeño, tranquilo y poco turístico pero con todos los servicios necesarios: bares y restaurantes, bancos, supermercado, tiendas varias y playa a unos 10-15 min andando. Tal como aparece en las fotos. Excelente conexión a internet con wifi, tv y aire acondicionado excelente en todas las habitaciones, camas cómodas, buenos baños con productos de higiene y una estupenda bañera con hidromasaje, buena y bonita piscina de agua salada, las camas balinesas son un gustazo para leer, relajarse o echar una siestecita, maravillosa cocina completamente equipada y con básicos de cocina como especias, sal, café y té etc. El propietario Moisés es de lo más amable, educado y servicial y se preocupa porque en su villa no falte un detalle y esté todo en perfectas condiciones. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente por causas ajenas a él, pero aún así acudió rapidísimo cuando lo notificamos e hizo todas las gestiones necesarias para su resolución y estuvo pendiente de ello hasta que fue resuelto. En resumen estuvimos muy a gusto en esta villa y la recomendamos totalmente.

Das Haus ist fantastisch, groß und geräumig, hell und freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich ist herrlich. Da wir sehr gern kochen, hat uns insbesondere auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen
Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen Ort Almayate, der nicht touristisch geprägt ist, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Ort bietet einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker, zwei Restaurants und einige Bars. Weitere vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahegelegenen Torre del Mar.
Den Strand in Almayate erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 10-15 Minuten. Dazu muss man die Hauptstraße überqueren und an Feldern vorbei gehen. Strände mit Strandpromenaden und diverser Gastronomie findet man in den Orten westlich und östlich von Almayate.
Ein Auto vor Ort zu haben ist sicher hilfreich, da man doch weitere Strecken zurücklegen muss. Wir hatten ebenfalls die Fahrräder dabei und haben diese viel genutzt. Jedoch nur im Küstenbereich, da das Hinterland für uns Freizeitfahrer zu anspruchsvoll war.
Hervorzuheben ist auch der ausgesprochen freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer des Hauses. Er war vor der Reise und auch bei Fragen vor Ort immer schnell erreichbar. Er spricht nur Spanisch, aber mit Hilfe des Google-Übersetzers ließ sich alles regeln. Unsere Reisezeit fiel in den Beginn der Corona Krise. Hier versorgte uns Moises mit hilfreichen Informationen zu der Situation in Spanien. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Moises für die ausgezeichnete Unterstützung!
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic, thank you very much and we would love to come back. It really surpassed our expectations and we had a really great time. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The town is small but everything you need is there.. small supermarket, nice restaurant, a couple of bars and the beach and bigger towns are very close.
