Extra comfy place to crash for a night or two with decent breakfast

Won’t be back!

I’ve stayed here in the past and loved it…..

At 9am, a “housekeeper” decided they would try their luck with a shady silent card tap on the door followed by an intrusion. My wife was not dressed, I was asleep, super uncomfortable knowing that our check out was at 12 but staff felt the need to come in to our room? The Knock was a sorry attempt to let someone know you were about to enter, almost felt like we would have been robbed had we not been there… be aware!! Called the front desk to resolve the issue and was never contacted back. I guess you get what you pay for!

Convenient but noisy

Very convenient for early morning flights out of Austin airport. Only 7 mins from hotel to departures drop-off.

Right on the highway and lots of traffic noise. Maybe rooms on the opposite side of the hotel would be quieter.

Decent accommodations within reasonable drive to downtown Austin.

Easy to get downtown. Parking was easy. Stephen, early morning shift, was able to provide some items from food bar before it was open due to early departure. Thanks.

Good stay with a easy drive

Location makes it seem as if you’re outside of the city but once you make a on the main road it takes you into south Congress street and easy in and out of downtown. The Breakfast was plenty for which is good to see and a Covid time, And room was just the right size

The initial room we were given had a backed up sink with someone else’s hair still left in so it looked like it wasn’t cleaned all the way even though we arrived around 8 o’clock that night we were then transfer it over to another room with the shower door having a few openings which left me a little worried but overall it was still a good stay

Very impressed with the decor and many offering in the lobby. The sheets were an added plus.

Favorite Hotel Branch

This is my second time staying here at this location. I'm a huge fan of the Tru by Hilton franchise. Their aesthetic is so fun and welcoming but also very cozy. They're also pet friendly which is a plus! Room sizes are cozy and are always furnished with a nice desk if you need to get some work done. The restrooms are very modern and the showers are great! They do offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their shower dispenser if needed. Our room also had a fridge to keep any food or drinks cool if needed. Staff has always been friendly at this hotel and I love that the lobby has a lot of fun things to be entertained with (pool table, games etc) and they have great snack/food/drinks/alcohol to choose from and purchase! The gym is also well maintained and has quite a few machines to use!

Convenient

The hotel looks very new. Room is extremely clean and cosy. Bed is confortable. Free shuttle to the airport is very convenient for early flights.

My room was on the street side and extremely noisy. For only one night stay and flight early in the morning, it was not exactly very resting.

Breakfast good. Shuttle bus to & from airport. Location, near airport. Spacious room. Has a gym. We can leave our big luggages in advance.

Information how to book shuttle bus was not clear. Only later on we found out we have to call the hotel asking to be picked up from airport.

If you need it, call about the airport shuttle before you book

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are small but nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We picked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. Our flight was scheduled to land at 11:45PM, and it appeared from their web page and answers to questions that the shuttle is available anytime, on demand. We did not find out until it was too late to cancel that they did not have a 24-hour shuttle. When I called to schedule our pick up the day before we left, we were told the last shuttle was midnight. When I landed and called, we were told the last shuttle was 11:45. Uber at midnight was $60. Just putting the word out for others, shuttle runs 4am to noon, then 4pm to 11:45. This information really should be reflected in their description.

perfect for the price

Located very close to the airport. Check-in was so smooth, easy, and actually pleasant. There aren't a lot of bells and whistle like a resort stay but it's perfect for the price!

Well run example of the TRU category

Near airport, free shuttle. Breakfast was adequate - about as expected for that price point.

Shuttle didn't run as late as my flight arrived (after midnight) high occupancy rate (nothing WRONG with that if you like busy - it wasn't unreasonably noisy or anything). I would stay here again.
