Condo was perfect and big enough for our family of six. Kitchen had all we needed. Proximity to tennis and pool perfect after a long day of hiking!

Whoever the Outpost hires for photography, does a great job at making this place look amazing because it sure fooled us! The place is severely outdated with many broken amenities. The queen bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible. They were so extremely thin and uncomfortable. If we doubled the pillows in half, they were rock hard. Time to invest in some new pillows!! The windows were broken and wouldn't even close. The windows in the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom wouldn't open or close. The handles wouldn't even turn. The screen in this bedroom was so completely bent that it didn't even pay to have it in the window. It wouldn't have stopped any bugs anyways. The blinds didn't even work well.
The fans they provided were incredibly dusty...like a good 1/4 inch of dust on them. The place does not have air conditioning so the fans were a must since they did not have ceiling fans. Also, if you could get the fans to stay plugged in to the ancient old outlets, great. If not, the plugs would constantly fall out...as did the nightlights we had to purchase extra because there was no lighting at night.
The door handle was leading out to the hallway was loose and you had to pull the door very hard to get it to latch shut. The kitchen was very outdated and the knives were completely broken. Oh, and the door frame going into the twin bedroom had an extremely large piece of the frame broken which could have easily splintered.
Also, the cleaning staff thought 11 PM was a good time to start vacuuming/cleaning.
To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We paid quite a bit of money to stay here and really expected a great stay. I will say we will never stay in this place again. When we booked a place in Teton Village, we expected something that was going to be in great shape! We know this isn't the Four Seasons or The Continuum, but we expected much better than we got.

I’ll be back
Overall the staff was fantastic and was able to add a day on the beginning when we had to evacuate Yellowstone. The house had everything we needed as a home base to explore the national park and surrounding areas. The only thing that wasn’t clear, which I may have missed, was that we only had one parking spot. It wasn’t an issue since we could park for free at JH, but not sure that would have been the case during ski season.

We loved the location of the property. It has a good vibe and is close enough to Jackson (10-12 minutes) without being in the middle of it all. It is also 5 minutes from an entrance to the park that is open on the weekends so that nature drives are convenient.
The disappointment was the noise at night. The unit is older, and you can hear everything in the unit above you just like in a log cabin. This doesn't matter until 12 AM and 5AM if the people above you are night owls or early risers or both. Management was responsive and empathetic and we were thankful for that. Overall, I love the area and am grateful for the experience.

Nice condo for a family
Overall it was a great stay. Property management was responsive and helpful. Location near pool and lift was great. Unit layout was good but carpets need to be replaced or cleaned and some of the bedding was odd (foam like blanket folded in half to fit twin was strange ). Overall we were happy.

Great ski-in, ski-out
Super easy access to Moose Creek lift (opens at 830), ski locker downstairs to store all your wet gear
Spent 4 days skiing Jackson Hole and could not have asked for a better cozy, pretty spacious, convenient spot!
A bit of hodge podge stocked pantry - there wasn't salt/pepper stocked, but 2 types of olive oil :)

Served our needs
We stayed at this condo for two nights in September. It was as advertised. Overall, it is in a great location, has a nice layout and appeared fairly clean; however, it needed a good, deep clean. The bathrooms, particularly the master, had black mold near the ceiling from apparent water damage and there were cobwebs and dead bugs in the living room. These are an easy fix. Unfortunately, the walls and ceiling are very thin and it is very noisy, particularly when someone in the unit above walks across the floor. The tenants above, kept really reasonable hours, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

Use caution if you book here
The best news is that the parking is right in front of the building. The bad news is you have to walk down 8 steps, then walk 10 feet then turn and go up 8 steps, then turn again and go up another 10-12 steps, then walk about 30 feet until you're inside the buidling. This would not be fun if there is snow or ice, nor was it fun for me with a bad back and having to schlep groceries and my suitcases. I was unaware of all these steps.
This condo faces south and west with lots of windows in those directions so that it remains quite warm throughout the entire day and night. The patio slider screen door lock is broken so you can't leave the slider open without feeling concerned about someone coming in. Even with sleeping with all the windows open and having the blinds drawn during the day we never cooled down to a comfortable level at night time. The master faces all those stairs that I mentioned so that you hear other guests coming and going also. The upstairs condos floors squeak SO bad that it was unbelievably noisy. They weren't dancing or doing anything other than just living (also a rental), so beware of this too. The heat and the noise was not fun at all. The weather can shift quite quickly there in the Tetons so then the last part of our stay it cooled off (it was also 45 degrees outside). I didn't light a fire or anything but the smell of smoke was pretty strong in the condo. I was concerned about not seeing a carbon monoxide detector in the unit. It was prob someone else's fire but how the smell came into our unit escapes me....there should be a detector.....
The kitchen has ZERO condiments...NO salt, pepper, cooking oils, nada. 2 small paper towel packs and otherwise you are on your own. There isn't any tin foil, zip loc bags, there was ONE tupperware. It's fairly pathetic actually. The knives AND the cookware are very old. Both the knives and the frying pans and other pans handles are so loose, that they're unsafe to use. The handles are almost going to fall off on most knives in butcher block and pots. There is mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling in the tub. You can tell that there's been a leak from above and it's being allowed to fester and there's mold there. There's also pieces of the floor that is missing in the master bath and old fake flowers in a vase that are super dusty and quite outdated. I liked the furniture and appreciated the new mattresses, but the carpet needs to be pulled throughout.

Jackson Hole stay
Very nice stay in the Nez Perce condos. Check in was easy and the property managers were very responsive to questions and feedback. Loved the grill and Sundance pool access. A previous review mentioned replacing the beds and I’m happy to report they were very comfortable. I do agree with other reviews mentioning noise (especially from above), and we live in a NYC apartment! Regardless, it didn’t really detract from an otherwise lovely stay. I would certainly rent again, although I might try to get a condo on the top floor. Also, for those who cook, we needed to buy everything (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, etc), but during Covid times I understand. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Definitely needs air condition
Condo was nice. A little older than pictured. It accommodated 6 of us nicely. Definitely needed air condition and could hear people upstairs walking. I expected more for the price we paid.

Great stay!
This was a great vacation! Condo was very clean.

Very uncomfortable furnishings
We went expecting interior beds and other furnishings to be commensurate to the daily rate and surroundings of Teton Village. The photos represented such. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and old with springs randomly pushing through. The living room chairs and couch similarly were very uncomfortable and worn. Simply spending several hundred dollars on even entry level mattresses would be a huge improvement. The main chair in the living room and mattresses were worse than an old college dorm. The condos are understandably old, but updating with decent furniture should be done regardless. Bathrooms are all outdated but clean.

Warm and cozy
My family of 4 loved this condo. The bright airy loving space surrounded by windows with views of the mountains could not be beat! We had great access to everything we needed in Teton Village, restaurants, general store, bank, activities and were just outside the gate to Grand Teton NP. Very comfortable with an ideal location between the park and Jackson Hole.

Prime location and cozy for a family
The unit location was so ideal for pool/hot tub access. The chairlift was an easy 5 minute walk for adults and kids. Condo was nicely furnished and clean. I’d highly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed the decor in every room. It was spacious and comfortable, and we really liked the fireplace. (Call ahead for kindling and matches. We had to go without a fire because there weren't any of the latter when we arrived.) The kitchen was well equipped for average cooking. It's a nice view from all of the living room windows even though it is not a view of the runs.A shuttle to the lift runs conveniently right outside the condo. It's nice because you are one of the first ones picked up so there is always room on the shuttle. We passed by others on the way to the base who had to wait for another shuttle (15 min). Also, at the end of the day, we skied over to the closer lift (Moose Creek) and skipped the shuttle. It's a nice and short downhill walk from there to the condo so we were able to skip the shuttle. Truth be told, we had so much snow, we were able to ski all the way to the condo! We never tried to start at Moose Creek in the morning, because we kept forgetting to look up the start time!We thought we had one of the best locations out of all of the condos. Clean, easy and reasonable.

Excellent place, excellent location
Property management was quick to reply to emails and very helpful. The place is about 12 miles miles from Jackson, WY. Not long a drive at all. Great views of the surrounding mountains from the porch. The gas BBQ grill was a major plus. Only gripe was that the floors weren't mopped clean. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot inside.
