Welcome to to the Hummingbird Oasis! Located with easy access to the I-10 and Loop 303 in Goodyear, Arizona! When you stay here, you are minutes away from everything!

Golf, Shopping, Hiking or just relaxing in the warm sun. Goodyear, Arizona has it all.

Located only 30 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport for quick commutes in and out.

Wake up with your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the large pool with desert themed back yard. You will likely see many hummingbirds buzzing around the trees and patio! Enjoy the evening with a dip in the spa after a day of hiking or golf.

This property is cleaned professionally and sanitized between every stay. Book with confidence!

The property has a spacious kitchen with all the amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice maker and blender. The kitchen also has a wine fridge for keeping those bottles of wine at just the right temperature. It also has all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes that you will need for a comfortable stay.

The living room has a 65" Smart TV with Netflix access, Roku and an android streaming box. The couches are new and modern, and there is a sofa pullout bed if needed.

In the upper level, the loft area includes a sofa (convertible to bed), a desk area with lamp, network color printer and an entertainment unit with a 55" Smart TV with Netflix access, antenna local TV, Roku, and android streaming box.

The Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a dresser with another 55" Smart TV, access to Netflix, local antenna TV and an Amazon Firestick.. The master bathroom has double sinks, a large bathtub, shower and a huge walk-in closet. The shower has a large bath gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser that is fully stocked.

There are 2 other identical bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, lamps with plug-ins and closets with area for storage.

The upstairs also includes a fully stocked laundry area and another bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo with another shampoo/conditioner and bath gel dispenser.

There is also a garage available for parking of 1 car if needed.

This was the perfect place for a summer wrap up trip. My 6yo loved in the pool. My 14yo had a blast in pool also. Perfect temp by the way. Beautiful home, great area, host was amazing and very responsive. Would love to stay again.

This was a very comfortable house for my kids and I to stay at while my son had a baseball tournament in Goodyear. Curtis was very helpful when the AC stopped working. The house is very clean and has everything needed.

We had an amazing stay. It was a perfect spot for our short stay as we moved our son to Aveondale. We were close by to pretty much everything which was convenient. We loved the pool and used it every night. The beds were extremely comfy as well. We definitely will be booking again if we come back :)

Clean, spacious, well-equipped home. Cute pool and relaxing Jacuzzi. We are AZ natives but moved to Nashville 2 years ago. We brought our sons back (13 & 16) to visit friends and grandparents. Great location with Frys and Super Target 3 minutes away, as well as restaurants and access to the 303 and 10. Highly recommend this West Valley rental!!!

Nov. 2023 - 1. The swimming pool was dirty and had a film like scum on top of the water, along with debris in the water. The owner said that the pool company would be out on Wed. before noon to clean the pool. I messaged the owner on Wed. he then said the pool company would be out early Wed. afternoon, however, the pool company never showed up. We could not use the pool throughout our 1 week stay. We selected this house b/c of the heated pool. The owner was not helpful, very rude and lacked customer service. He turned off the heat to pool rather than having the pool company come clean it. 2. The dark gray carpeting is dirty and hasn't been cleaned. The bottom of our socks reflected the fact that the carpet was dirty. 3. Be aware that there is a car parked in the garage which is creepy and takes up a parking space in the garage and there is no parking on the street.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were thankful that the host was able to promptly heat the pool for us as at our request, it was a bit cooler during our stay. The layout worked great for our family of 4 and the home was clean.

House is exactly as pictured! Looks bigger in person! There were a ton of things that came in use during our stay (seasonings, condiments, etc.) the house was great. Only two issues were that the back door was only able to be locked by a wooden bar, no other way (not safe), and that the hot tub had been left closed for the prior 5 weeks that no one had stayed there and was unusable due to the chemical fumes. We left it open and ran it for a full day as advised by the renter, and it didn’t help at all. We were unable to use it for our full stay.

The property was beautiful. Pictures on the website does not do it justice. We stayed here all week for a baseball tournament. Definitely will come back again. Also, the home was beautiful inside and out.

Beautiful large home. We have 2 teenagers and both had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice every morning to watch the birds out back. Location was good, only around 20ish minutes to Top Golf and Westgate shopping center and the Tanger outlets. Would definitely stay again.

The home and yard are as amazing as the photos show, if not better! Very clean and has everything you need to cook.The neighborhood is safe, friendly and quiet. Many stores and restaurants close by. The heated pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Yard is beautifully landscaped. Owner was very quick to respond to all questions.

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we've ever had--and we've had many. The house is lovely and well stocked. Comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub, pleasant neighborhood. And Curtis was great with communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and didn't want to be stuck in a tiny hotel for 5 days and so decided to stay here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in our down time. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We recommend Taste of Italy for pizza if you need a quick meal. Will miss the hummingbird in the backyard. We would stay here again if ever in town.

my husband and I wanted to spend extra time with our university age children over their Christmas break. The house fit us all comfortably. The pool was heated each day which was awesome because of the cooler temps in late December early January. Check in and and out were stress free. The hot tub could use some maintenance as it smelled quite strong of mildew.

The house was very clean. Good access to tv and WiFi programming. Pool was nice however the “heated pool” was still very chilly. Fire pit and hot tub were very nice. Neighbors were partying loud into the early morning hours of Sunday. Host was great and cleanliness was impressive. Race track access was good. Vrbo fees are getting too high.

The house is exactly as shown in photos, meticulously clean and very cozy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, down to the vegetable peeler. The backyard was private and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved the pool! It was a great treat after a day full of exploring. The beds are very comfortable, especially the pillows, I need some of those for home! The house is 3-5 minutes from everything you could need, Target, restaurants, Planet Fitness etc. We would 1000% stay here again, every moment we spent in this house was wonderful. We truly felt like we were at our home away from home. Thank you!

My husband and I were in town to enjoy some Arizona weather and work remotely from the area. The property was extremely clean - one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in - and had pretty much everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having two desks / work spaces on different levels , as well as the the pool. The bed/ pillows were comfortable, and there were multiple good restaurants within 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay!

The house was just like the pictures and was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Curtis was very responsive and accommodating. We were sad we ended up cutting our trip short a couple of days. We were really enjoying our stay and it was so relaxing. It truly had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
