Ontbijt

Raampje in deur had geen gordijn. Tv kon alleen radio spelen. Uitzicht op de kamer van de buren. Parkeren in de buurt was lastig. Geen strand dichtbij.

Posizione perfetta, host gentilissimo, camera graziosa e pulita. Ci hanno preparato la colazione in anticipo sull’orario su nostra richiesta. Super gentile. Il ristorante adiacente dello stesso proprietario era ottimo

Peaceful retreat

Everything was perfect, the hosts were kind, the breakfast was so tasty, the coffee machine a good addition, the decor very sophisticated and the hotel felt 'zen' and a home from home. Thanks Caroline and Marco.

Dik goed!

It was really nice, comfortable and so chill! Free coffee and tea all day long, a well-filled fridge with local bears and sodas as an honestly style bar and a quiet garden to enjoy with your complementary nuts 😊👌

You may experience some noise from the wind around the house but, hey, it is Texel right.

Charming hotel and wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at hotel het Anker van Texel. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the spacious and comfortable room, the delicious breakfast, the exceptional location! I highly recommend visiting and staying on this beautiful island. We will come back!

It was pleasant experience.

The room was clean and well equipped. The host were very warm and explained everything very nicely. The location is very nice and bike rental shop is nearby. Breakfast was also decent.

The room was very small. Even though it was single bed, the space could have been bigger. I missed a kettle in the room and tea/coffee though tea/coffee was available all hours in the common area.

Cozy place and amazing hospitality

Everything about the place was amazing. Very cozy. The location is a bit far from the ferry stop however the cycle ride there was worth it. The lighthouse is close by and the beach is never crowded and beautiful. The rooms were in great condition, the hosts were very kind and cordial. The breakfast made by the hosts were top notch as well. They were very helpful, and provided me information on where I could get my phone fixed after it fell while cycling. Amazing people.

I loved everything about this place. Nothing negative.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice view of the garden, super quiet. The breakfast was nice as well, good selection. The staff was incredibly friendly.

we asked for a double bed but it wasn’t possible, although one of the bed sheets was totally missing and the pillow was not clean. Not in line with the quality of the structure and the price we paid. There was also a noise coming from a ventilation system right above or next to the room, although it didn’t bother too much during the night.

This is a stunning little bed and breakfast with thoughtful amenities in the rooms and common areas. The entire staff was kind and very helpful. On top of it all, it is in a gorgeous and very convenient location just minutes away (on foot) from a grocery store, bike rentals, bike paths, and the sea.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with a great staff and breakfast!

The hotel is very well renovated, beautiful and well equipped. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and help you with anything you might need, even figuring out transport on the island. The breakfast is incredible with fresh pressed orange juice and fresh bread. I wish we would have stayed longer!

Delightful stay in a delightful part of the country of Holland

The owners, Marco and Caroline were exceptionally gracious and friendly hosts. So willing to help out with travel advice. The bed was so comfortable, the room very quiet and the breakfast was exceptional. Wonderful fresh squeezed orange juice, several choices of meats and cheeses, hardboiled egg, assorted breads, rich coffee, yogurt and fruit cup. A very pleasant setting. More than we could eat.
