Liked the value for price, room had a lot of space and nice balcony. had nice pool and sports facilities.
breakfast was not that extensive. apart from that there is nothing I really did not like.

Location.
Good studio.
Cleaning. Too much light enters the room besides the curtains. Bed was not too confortable. Breakfast bread, didn t like it.

The hostel itself was relatively clean and staff were friendly . But some people having a party all night with load music till 8 in the morning in the room next door. Not ideal when I had been hiking all day and needed sleep. Also some random sketchy people knocking on my door to try and get in my room when I arrived. When they were blatantly not staying there.
The noise all night.

I enjoyed may stay - everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is really good with a lot of selections. The view from the balcony was very nice. The room has a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything was very clean. Overall it was a very good experience, Very recommended.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, swimming pool was great and there was space to safely store my bike overnight. Not many people around but got one of the best sunsets in Santa Cruz that night. Would definitely come here!

I stayed for two nights. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. I slept alone in a 4 person room :)
There was a kitchen and fridge/freezer in the room!
I could store my luggage for the day locked up downstairs.
Breakfast was simple, but fine.
Supermarkets at walking distance and bus stop in front of the hostel.
There were missing some kitchen essentials like a cutting board and spatula.

The Hostel is just 1 km away from the beach, nice small city nearby, with local market and supermarket
If you got windows on roadside you hear a lot of traffic: 06:00-23:30 or even later...
9.0 / 10.0
I liked the most the 2 swimming pools (one bigger and deeper and other smaller one less deeper), the kitchen in the room, and a good and varied breakfast. There is also a basketball court and a tennis court.
Slightly sunken sprung mattresses, the bath curtain slightly darkened at the bottom edge and no WIFI. However, for the price and for short stays, these are minor details.

Room was spacious, with 4 beds, a kitchen and bathroom. I had the place to myself! Staff were friendly, there was a room to store my bike.

Simpatia do staff do front-office

Everything was clean, and the staff paid a lot of attention to cleanliness. There were sanitizers everywhere in the hotel, staff and guests were respecting mask rules, and small items were also being cleaned, while making interaction contact less. The staff, especially Ana was very helpful and polite.
Wifi coverage in my room was poor. I could not use the WiFi because the signal in my room was poor.
