Great home! We had 32 people for our family reunion. The house was very clean and the way the house is set up allows lots of privacy. We used the outside with pool and jacuzzi quite a bit in our week long stay. There are so many amenities in this home. The kitchen is stocked lots of items that you don’t normally find in other rental homes.

We had a great stay for our annual family 4th of July trip. We had 15 people ranging from 8-82 and the house handled our numbers great. Plenty of space inside and out for lounging and activities. Plus plenty of space for group things like cooking and eating meals. The pool was clean and had someone check in on it mid-stay. It is a beautiful area and did multiple trips to an awesome swimming hole called Frenchman’s Hole. Amanda was very response throughout, we would stay here again for sure!

We were a family of 18 from 3-74 years old. This house was perfect for all of us! There was so much room that we often texted other family members to see where everyone was. It was so well equipped with everything you would ever need. The beds were so comfortable and the house was very clean. I love hot water for showers and this house did not disappoint. The master suite had a walk in shower with jets that was fantastic. The hot tub, the pool, the sauna, the game room and the outdoor patio area were big hits with everyone.
Amanda, the property manager was terrific. She was always available to answer any questions. We had instructions upon arrival and departure.
We have stayed at many vrbo's over the last few years, and I have to say that this house was the best equipped house we have ever stayed at.
The location was ideal for hiking, gondola rides, and a short ride to a grocery store.
If you are looking for a little bit of paradise, look no more!
Thank you Amanda !

We are a group of 20+ adults and children and this house gave something for everybody. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather but even if it rained there would be plenty to do for every age. So many places to sleep which also provides privacy. We will definitely book again!

Best place to host a bachelor party or other large group gathering. Very cool space, plenty of room and beds, and so many things to do on property (game room, arcade, hot tub sauna, lawn games, pool) you won’t even want to leave! If you do leave the property, there’s plenty to do close by, including skiing and several breweries/taprooms within walking distance.
The house itself was clean and well taken care of. Amanda was very responsive, communicative, kind, and helpful.

Great property! We've stayed here a couple of times now, and everyone in the group loves it. Amanda is incredible to work with! We had a few small issues come up, to no fault of theirs, and Amanda was immediately on top of it.. getting people out to the house at a moment's notice to have it addressed. We can't recommend this property enough!

We were in town for our lab retreat. The house was very comfortable for a large group and communication with the host was very easy and quick!

We stayed just before the ski season opened, and it was great. We ended up bringing more supplies than we needed and it's more than worth the price. Highly recommended!

This property is absolutely fabulous!! Everything you need! Highly recommend! We stayed there for our staff retreat and everyone absolutely loved it. Plenty of meeting spaces and room to have fun as well.

We had so much fun! House was great and perfect for all ages

This was honestly the best stocked VRBO we have ever been to. Do other houses have swimming pools? Yes but they don’t have a million pool floats and water toys. Do others have hot tubs? Yes, but they don’t have a sauna! Do others have game rooms? Yes, but they don’t have foosball shuffleboard ping-pong darts pool Pac-Man golf and bowling! There were board games galore and the kitchen was honestly the most luxe kitchen I’ve ever seen with Le Creuset everything (including hot placemats and spatulas ). There was every appliance (except for an air fryer and rice cooker) and the large appliances were in great working order. There were a million spices as well. We really loved splashing in the pool with the kids, having a soak in the hot tub and making s’mores on the fire pit. It was quite possibly the most perfect house for our group of 5 families! The kids loved the bunk bed treehouse and the treehouse loft. They also loved movie night on the massive couch and beanbag. We will definitely be back for our next big reunion!! Also the host was super responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner.

A fabulous family fun time together. Always something to keep everyone busy in spite of rainy weather. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and large enough for all. The host was quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend this enjoyable Skitopia!

This home was all that we could ask for and then some. We had 17 adults and 9 children. There was plenty of room and privacy. The house was the best stocked with supplies that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well supplied with all possible needs. The outdoor area was great. The property is located in an area that was accessible for many things to do from mountain exploration to tubing to a quick day trip to the beach. Even if you wanted to relax the house offered more than enough to keep us occupied. The property contact was pleasant and responsive to any question that arose! Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing is missing from this home. Our family loves to cook and every dish, bowl, utensil is available. Loved having a full size Blackstone which made cooking for a large family easy.

Our family had the best stay at Skitopia! There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the time together. Beds/linens were comfy, super stocked kitchen as well as the two game rooms made our week there a blast! Movies in the movie room with that massive couch were such a treat!
Great yard for lawn games, beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed throughout the week. Amanda and Peter were super responsive and I definitely recommend their home - 10/10!

Second time at this property and once again it was fabulous. We have a group of 5 families (22 pp) and it is the perfect place. Love the ski in/out directly across the street. Huge driveway for all the cars!

Awesome house. Fun rooms. Huge kitchen. Sweet backyard. Dope location. Magnificent couch (yes, I said couch). Great times.
Only downside… is that I now hate my house.

The property was amazing and had plenty of space and amenities for everyone in all age groups to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything you needed and we loved the huge table to fit us all. We could not have had a more fun and memorable weekend. Thank you so much for hosting us….my family is already working on plans to stay again!

Every year our family does a large group trip and this house was absolutely a stand out among the places we've stayed. The amenities of the house are first rate and having enough space to all sit and eat dinner or watch a movie together was amazing. We had a fantastic time! Can't recommend this house enough!

We all had the best time! Grandchildren loved the pool! Outdoor is beautiful! The house gorgeous! Had a great week! Thanks!

The property was amazing with plenty for everyone. From the game room(s) to the firepit to the pool to the sauna and the hot tub everything was beautiful. It's hard to find anything to comment on as a negative, but, ice machine in the freezer didn't work or couldn't keep up, and the gas burner in the kitchen didn't work. But neither was a real issue. The grill has a gas burner and the grocery store down the street has ice. Overall great place to stay and Amanda was a great host and quick to respond. A+

We stayed at Skitopia for one week with a family of 20. We were celebrating my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The property is amazing. Communication was top notch. Amanda was quick to answer all of our questions during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out at this property. The heated pool/hot tub was a highlight for us. We also loved having a fire each evening as well. The kitchen table easily sat all 20 of us for dinner each night. Another highlight is the game room. There is so much to choose from. The golf game was a family favorite along with pool! We rent a house yearly with our family, and Skitopia was by far our favorite! The Bethel/Newry area is fun to explore in the summer. Our kids loved Frenchman’s hole for some cliff jumping, ice cream at the Sugar Shack, and hiking the trails to the base of Sunday River. This was an amazing vacation!

Great place for a family vacation
Skitopia was a beautiful house with something to do for all ages.
The hot tub area was the focal location for the whole family.

This is a great house in a beautiful area of Maine. The number of bedrooms and size of the house make it comfortable for even the largest of groups. The arcade games, pool table, ping-pong table, and air hockey were big hits with the kids. Beautiful outdoor pool and a hot tub. You could stay a week on the property and never be bored.
We found some great hiking and adventures in the area, as well. Check out Mount Will and Old Speck for good hiking. We also went to Frenchmen's Hole for some exciting jumps (15-20 ft high). Also, Step Falls is very beautiful and should not be missed.

Great family reunion spot.
14 of us ranging in age from 6 to 80+ had a great time at this property. The game rooms, pool and spa were more than enough to entertain the children in the group and the adults as well. The expansive property provided ample flexibility to house the whole group. Amanda was very responsive to all our requests although there were some maintenance issues that needed attention. We would be happy to return again for another reunion.

We rented this house as a small work retreat at the beginning of the year, and despite not being able to ski, the house had so much to offer that we enjoyed ourselves so much, we were sad to leave! Hot tub and sauna were amazing, the kitchen is a dream, and it's so rare to find a house were you can fit a big group at one dinner table comfortably. The host Amanda was also very kind and responsive. Can't wait to book our next stay!

This is was the best house we have ever stayed in. We love skiing at Sunday River, and have at least a few weekends a season where we rent a house with friends. This one was over the top. We were actually happy the weather didn't cooperate for one day of skiing, so we could enjoy the house to the fullest. The two game rooms were a blast, and the TV room was voted best room ever for movie watching with a group - fantastic couch! Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend.
