After a hiccup the day of arrival everything was good and the owner was responsive.

We had a sporting tournament in the area and needed to bring our dogs. It was a perfect place for a non-vacation stay. Well stocked items that were needed and extra items for us to enjoy.

Great location very convenient to going back and forth to KU. Kitchen well equipped and high speed internet was pefect for working remotely. Townhome was just as advertised in the listing. Nice to have a small private backyard area to hang out in. Property manager very proactive with the communication.

This was the right space for us to cook, sleep, & spend time outdoors on the patio. Our evening meal that we cooked on the grill was most enjoyable!

This is the second property I've stayed at offered by these owners and it's great! Very clean with loads of extras. If you forgot to pack something, most likely it's stocked here! The kitchen is well equipped to make meal times a breeze. The covered patio in the backyard is a wonderful place for an evening cocktail. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for your outstanding hospitality!

The place was tastefully decorated and quiet at night. The host provided a nice selection of snacks and coffee supplies.

Overall a nice place to stay. Close to Mass Street and the outdoor aquatic center. We enjoyed our time!

I really enjoyed my time here - I stayed here for three weeks and had no issues the entire time.

The house was clean and comfortable. The ability to park in the garage was a big perk. Never heard a peep from neighbors, and it was a very short drive to Mass street. My wife really liked it and said she would definitely stay there again.

My mom, teenage son, and I came to Lawrence for the Kansas 🏈 game. This townhouse was so perfect for us. All the amenities. Great backyard space to relax. Close to campus. Such a fun weekend. Highly recommend.

We came to Lawrence for the 30th anniversary of Monarch Watch, so we had to drive to KU, Baker Wetlands, and the Raven bookstore for a talk by the author of Bicycling with Butterflies. We also tried out the four breweries and got our haircut at the oldest barber shop in Lawrence. We went to the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. We brought our dog on this trip and he loved the house and backyard and all the attention he got walking on Massachusetts Avenue... which you really must go to. Fun college town and house was located so well that most things were less than 2 miles away, and even the wetlands were only 6 miles away. Coffee and water and snacks provided along with fans and hairdryer and dvd player in one of the bedrooms along with dvd's. Huge TV in the living room had some sort of gaming system and Roku. We loved all of it! Had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 nite stay. Thanks so much, Carrie!

Wonderful property. Great communication with the owner. We stayed here for a few days while our house was put on the market. Snacks, a PlayStation with a ton of games, a massage chair, and much more. Place was just perfect for us and was the most equipped VRBO I’ve been in.

The property was clean and as listed. The air conditioning worked well (not as well upstairs like in most homes, but the ceiling fans and floor fan that was provided helped with this) which was nice for the hotter-than-normal June weekend we were there. There were snacks, water bottles, common condiments and even oatmeal packets available for use, which was very nice to have on hand. There was no street noise and the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. There was some miscommunication in the directions for unlocking the property at check-in, but Carrie answered immediately and helped clear up the problem. It’s an older property so it has some of the quirks you’d expect with that. The most noticeable thing to us was the musty smell that often comes with an older home. It seemed as though there was an attempt to remedy that (perhaps with Febreeze of other air fresheners), but it was still quite noticeable to us. There are a lot of silk flowers and older-appearing curtains that might contribute to this (so could easily be remedied with removal or replacement of those). It is much darker than the pictures show, so while it was a quaint property, it felt a little foreboding to us. The back yard and patio area, while also a nice perk, was somewhat unkempt and could use some work. Overall, our stay was pleasant, the price-point spot-on and with a little work my personal rating would change from a 4 to a 5.

We had a lovely stay! The property is as described; there was plenty of space for my family and it is close to downtown Lawrence. The place is well-stocked with essentials and more. The dogs loved the fenced back yard and we loved eating dinner on the back patio!

The house had everything we needed- even if we couldn’t find the salt and pepper…. It was there and pretty much everything you would want. We aren’t use to doing VRBO. We packed way too much and it was nice to see everything that they provided. It’s a nice home with interesting details and touches

A friend and I stayed here while visiting our daughters for Mothers Weekend at KU. It was a great to be so close to campus. The house was clean and neat.

The family (our two pups included) loved staying here for our first VRBO experience away. Communication with the owner was speedy and kind, and the house was beyond adorable! If we ever travel down this way again, we know where we’ll be staying!
