About this house rental

Updated home situated in a great close-in neighborhood that's perfect for exploring KC. Enjoy this elegant home that has been recently remodeled & retrofitted with all of today's amenities. Walk to KU Med Hospital & all the restaurants, shops & bars on 39th Street. Westport & the country club plaza are one mile away. The Cross Roads District & Downtown KC (Sprint Center, Power & Light, The Midland Theater, etc) are all a quick 5 minute ride. Arrowhead & Kauffman Stadiums are 15 minutes away.

This recently updated home has two bedrooms, one bath, a garage and off street parking. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds & the couch has a queen sized pull out bed. This is a ranch style home with all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room on one level. The kitchen is loaded with appliances and cookware. The long private driveway & detached garage makes parking a breeze and the deck overlooking the back yard is great for entertaining or relaxing. The washer and dryer are accessible for all guests and there's a flat screen wall mounted TV in the living room. In addition to the 2 beds & sleeper sofa; there is a blow up mattress available that can be placed in living room.

Please read the house rules. If a house rule is not followed (especially the first two) you will be subject to a minimum charge of $150 per occurrence. Also, if the correct number of guests are not reflected in your reservation requests, you will owe the extra guest fees of $15 per person per night for each guest over two. You will also be subject to a minimum charge of $150 for stating an inaccurate number of guests in your reservation. The definition of a guest is any person who enters the home. Please contact me with any questions regarding any house rule. Special arrangements for additional guests can be made with written consent.

The house was as listed & I was very pleased! It was clean, good Wi-Fi, loved the YouTube channels for watching March Madness, and Jason’s flexibility for check in & check out timing was greatly appreciated:)

We were looking for a place near to us for our Brazilian family to stay while visiting the USA for the first time. Jason was very responsive and this house was perfect - size was great for 4 people and the location was convenient to our house as well as central to a lot of the touristy things we chose to do.

Very clean and updated but very Gould smell throughout the house. Like old house mildew smell. It was very unpleasant. The neighborhood is old and the houses are very tight together.

There was a problem with the code for us to get into the house initially, but Jason was able to fix it immediately over the phone. The house was very clean and the binder with instructions was very easy to find and easy to read. We would definitely use this property again.

Was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Kansas City -lots of great restaurants in the area close to union station not too far from Arrowhead Stadium. Cute little home that has been nicely remodeled. Worked out great for our trip.

House is in a great area and very convenient to all areas of KC. Super clean and comfortable house with all amenities you could need in a home. Owner takes great pride in the property and it shows throughout. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Jason for the wonderful hospitality.
