Absolutely loved our stay here!

We loved our stay here, the staff were really friendly and happy to help, the pool was great, the facilities were fab and we loved the room. Thanks for a lovely few days

Our stay was pleasant

It was family friendly. The apartment was a decent size. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The plumbing. Unfortunately we need to move rooms on the first night due to a plumbing issue.

Fabulous property and service with a smile.

Fabulous property and service with a smile! There were heated pools, hot tub jacuzzi, table tennis (ping pong) table, billiards, tennis courts, gym, bicycles and heaps of other activities. I must say we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property, especially the rooms/apartments (special shout out to the house keeping department)! Our apartment was specless clean. The utensils, cutlery etc in the kitchen were clean to the highest standard! The appliances were new. The manchester, towels, furniture etc was really clean! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Zoe at the reception for making our stay really special. We are certainly returning again and again and again to this property and would highly recommend it to everyone!

A great 4 day break and allowed us to tour around some of the local areas

Loved the location and the room, was a little disappointed with our view of the reception area and carpark. Overall a nice relaxing break.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Not a fan of Time Share and they promoted this in a big way when booking in.

Fabulous self contained apartment in perfect location with access to great activities

I loved the location and the pool which was heated to around 27’. Just perfect. Used the gym each morning and played golf. 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great for travelling with my father

I was surprised that the gym didn’t have any cleaning products. The staff weee helpful but these were hard to find.

Location is great next to the beach

The room we had was terrible - right next to the pool, which meant noisy kids from 7am until 10pm. So noisy that we couldn't hear the TV and ended up complaining to reception at 10pm when it was STILL going

Great Location-Close To 9 Hole Golf-Short Drive to Everywhere

The room was quiet and private on the third floor with views to the golf course direction. Comfortable bed and great dining, lounge room and great deck.

Exceptional

Location. Nice & quiet. Our room was right near the pool, spa, BBQ facilities. We used the spa. Also used our alfresco table on the balcony. The layout of our room was great for the two couples & it was lovely that we had a courtesy call prior to arrival. The staff organised the configuration of the single beds into a double, which was fantastic service. Upon arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and one lady even showed me to our room & wheeled our luggage there on a trolley while my husband parked our car. We had a fabulous stay.

Would be better to have more parking allocated for the larger rooms that cater for more people. We had two couples and had to park one car down the paddock in the carpark through the bush track. Not good walking back up in the dark. And the single chairs in the room where you watch TV were very uncomfortable. Perhaps another sofa or two recliner type chairs would be good. The dining table chairs were more comfortable. ( I know this is trivial, but we even found sitting on the floor more comfortable than these chairs).

It is a great place to stay if you have small kids or small family with great value for money

The property is in great location short drive to the beach (for those who love to surf) lots of greenery. It is nice how they provide 2 bbq grill in the pool area. Movie night in the pool area is great for family with kids. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked is perfect for family of 4. Lastly, if you like walking, nice to walk around the property morning or afternoon.

2nd bedroom is too small or you feel crowded ( with 2 king single bed), Instead of oven our kitchen is fitted with microwave-oven

I enjoyed staying here and my kids really enjoyed and had fun.

Outside it was very noisy but it was okay. Some things I liked about the hotel was that there's a heated pool and games room and paths you can go for walks.

There wasn't a oven and there were scuffs in the bathtuband when taking a shower in the bathtub water would splash everywhere.

Great holiday fun for families with kids.

Wonderful location, great facilities and holiday programs for families with kids. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Love that they had a heated outdoor pool that opens late and the late check out at noon helps too.

would definitely stay again. great accommodation and facilities for families.

the 2 bedroom apartment was all set up with the couch also made up for us. this was brilliant after a very long days drive. apartment was exceptionally clean and staff very helpful and friendly helping us with questions and information.
