About this apartment rental
Our 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a small purpose built complex on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 yards from the sea front.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Bath and hand towels are also provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.
The flat has gas fired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a new large corner sofa bed, dining table to seat up to six and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as a new Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. There is also an Echo Dot to provide music and hopefully answer any questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside units, easy chair and a full length mirror with hanging space behind.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a chest of drawers incorporating vanity unit and a bedside unit.
The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with new shower over.
There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.
Pets are welcomed (we have a dog ourselves) and we would ask that you make use of the pet blankets that are provided to cover the sofa and/or beds. A maximum of two dogs are allowed.
For those not planning to bring a pet, please be assured we do the housekeeping ourselves and take pride in ensuring all is spotless and specifically hairless for all of our guests.
We live nearby and are happy to assist as required during your stay.
We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.
We are pleased to able to offer the apartment directly adjacent (the entrance doors are opposite each other), which is a near mirror image of our existing apartment. This offers the opportunity for larger groups of friends or families to stay together without being together!!

We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on bookings of 7 days or more, excluding the core summer holiday period where the minimum stay is 7 days.

Highly recommend! In the heart of Swanage close to all amenities the apartment is well presented and equipped. A nice touch is the small welcome food package and great TV with Netflix. Convenient and easy car parking.

This was our second stay, as we enjoyed our first visit so much. The location is perfect and the flat is clean and always lovely touches, including bread, butter, milk and biscuits for us on arrival. Great communication too. Really recommend as such an easy walk to the beach and shops.

The access seemed uninviting but once one was inside the apartment it was immediately apparent how much thought had gone into it

Lovely flat in a great town centre location. Really well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and was really good to have the Sky Glass TV. Hannah had left milk, butter and biscuits and there is also tea and coffee in the apartment.
As we stayed over Christmas a tree had also been put up which was a really nice touch.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

A three day getaway in Swanage turned out really well, in large part due to the quality of the apartment, its central location and Hannah's diligent support which included providing very welcome grocery basics there on our arrival. Everything in the apartment is clean, very modern and works well. Parking at the nearby hotel also worked fine and, once parked we did not use th car. The location is only yards from the harbour, beach and pier and is close to a number of good and varied restaurants Excellent walks are on tap plus the train to Corfe Castle and Wareham.

This is a great apartment: spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally situated in the centre of Swanage. The owners have really thought of everything; no glass chopping boards and blunt knives here! Loved the welcome pack which included two stamped postcards, what a great idea! Thereās plenty of entertainment for wet weather days and a comprehensive pack of what to do in the area.

Great hosts, lovely welcome pack, spotless, everything we needed. Comfortable and quiet. Very central position. We didnt use the heating as the flat is very well insulated but a nice warm blanket per bed would've been a nice cosy extra. We and our dog felt very welcome. If we needed to contact the hosts they replied promptly. Very highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean, quiet, warm and extremely well equipped. Located right in the centre of Swanage meant very easy access to the shops, restaurants, pubs and seafront. Parking was just a few minutes walk away and really caused us no problems. Thank you for a lovely stay and the "welcome goodies".

From beginning to end this was a fabulous experience.
Host was excellent at communicating in the run up to our stay. Checking in was very easier.
The apartment is up a few flights of stairs, this didnāt bother us as we used the children as pack horses for our luggage :)
The apartment itself is beautifully finished. The kitchen was unexpectedly spacious and a definite plus point as we cooked several times during our stay.
The extra blankets for the sofa were also much appreciated for our movie night in when the weather turned.

Property was very clean. Plenty of equipment. Thought may be given to tog rating of duvets and fact that they were feather and down - not always best choice for visitors. Situation was excellent though were under impression (possibly mistaken) that there was parking outside the property..
