L accueil, et la réactivité de notre hôte,
La grandeur des chambres
Salle de bain, trop petite, peu d’espace et de rangement pour poser les vêtements

The hostel is quite nice. The room was wide and had a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The cleanness is very good. The breakfast was quite good also with different options for cofee and eggs, fresh fruit juice, etc,. I would like to highlight the attention of Verónica, the person in charge of the hostel. Thanks for all your kindness and disposition to make our stay a remarkable one ;)
Nothing in special

The property itself is beautiful, and Veronica is lovely and very accommodating. Veronica helped arranging taxis for us and she served breakfast super early when we had to catch an early flight! thank you!
location is a bit far from everything and it was surprisingly loud at night.

Its a beautiful property. The apartment I stayed in had a glass front that looked directly at a mountain on the other side of the lake. The structures are modern and cabin-like. The host Veronica is very nice and accommodating.

Incredibly beautiful and quiet location in a comfortable and stylish space. Huge room with wonderful views of the mountains. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast was generous and delicious
It could have been a little warmer. The electric fan heater is a little small to heat the space!

Really clean, very modern styled accomodation. Super helpful and flexible staff. Very nice, even offered us an upgrade as they had rooms available, we didnt take option as it was just too big a space for us!

Verónica was the kindest, most welcoming host I've probably ever had. She was so caring and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the property is an easy bus ride to/from Otavalo. I only stayed 1 night but happily could have stayed longer!
Nothing!

Veronica the Host was Outstanding.. very helpful and extremely nice. She went above and beyond and career to all our needs. The experience was very Concierge style and the breakfast right on time with everything custom to order.

It's a nice and quite place. It's very close to San Pablo lake and well connected by bus to Otavalo and Ibarra. Verónica is a great host. She's always caring about the guest and giving advises about things to do in the soundings. There's a cosy area with a fireplace to enjoy during the night. Breakfast is a highlight.

A charming small B&B with only two rooms. Pleasant location by the lake outside Otovalo at a distance from the road. Bus in front of the door about every 15 mins, 20 to 30 mins to Otovalo depending on trafic. Also direct bus to Ibarra. I stayed 6 days. The room has style and is comfortable as the bed, TV with french and english channels via YouTube. Good shower and adequate Wifi. Great views on the lake and mountains. Good and inventive breakfasts with local specialities. Quiet, except on Saturday night when there is action in a bar by the lake. The absolute plus of this place is the host, the charming señorita Veronica. I thorougly enjoyed my long conversations with her, she is curious and savvy. Her husband, a doctor, is charming also. I enjoyed my stay there and would return. Great views on the lake and mountain, do make an excursion on the lake, during the week. I was alone.
It is a very recent operation and a work in progress so everything is not perfect yet. There is no chest to store your clothes in the bedroom and the windows do not open, you have to open the door to let cool air in. Nights are cool, at least in January, you sleep with a comforter. You need an eye mask as the curtains are not dark. Breakfast is served on the outside terrace but the dining area and the kitchen area that you can use downstairs are downright depressing and need a serious sprucing up and painting. I used the kitchen which is very dark a few times because I had leftovers but it is better to leave the cooking to Veronica, she makes excellent meals for very little. The owners are supposed to renovate these rooms soon. I had the bottom room and since the wooden floor of the upper room is the ceiling of the bottom room, it can get pretty noisy depending who is in the top room. There is no sound proofing between the floors but they are supposed to add some. Ask for the upper room if you can get it, you will probably hear the TV but not the footsteps. I stayed 6 days and I was fortunate to be alone for 3 days and it was pure bliss.
