Lush cottage in a stunning location.

In a great location, very clean and included everything we needed for a week away.

I’m being picky but worth noting the bathroom is downstairs, there isn’t a microwave and you can’t unload your cases outside of the cottage which can be tricky in the rain.

Fantastic location, clean and modern cottage. Perfect!

Very clean, modern property in a fantastic location. The hosts were really friendly.

The bathroom door handle stuck a bit and the pressure in the shower was a bit low. Only two very minor issues, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice flat in a great location

Location is great, just a short walk to the beaches and shops. The flat was comfortable and quiet. Great lounge, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds.

Attention to detail when cleaning could be better, but on the whole, we enjoyed our stay and would return. I'd give it a 9.

Good comfortable apartment for small family

Flat was fabulous, very clean and bright. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and bedding was good. Overall it was good apartment to send few days with family. Location was good, bit tricky to find though. Thermostat controlled the rooms temperature so it wasn't cold. I wish I knew this before and would have set it beforehand as per our needs. Host was very kind to leave basic things in kitchen and fridge to use.

Electric shower as the water flow was very low. However it was manageable. Would have been better to have a good shower system in place. Main door glass panel didn't had the curtain. It would have been better to have a blind or curtain covering the main door. Bathroom door handle was almost broken, need to get fixed. Light bulb in the master bedroom wasn't working so we changed it using a lamp bulb.

Bring rather elderly we found the walk to the car park impossible with luggage and had to take our possessions in small bags to the car.

Lovely Apartment

Amazing little apartment in close vicinity of the hassle and bussle of St Ives. The owners were really responsive and kind.

It is difficult to access due to the hill and steps. Couldn't get the car close to load and unload but the apartment was worth the excertion.

Brilliant stay in St Ives

Amazing location. Brilliant cottage well equipped very comfy and had everything we needed. As some have said, steep steps to enter the cottage but these only add to the character of the place. Kitchen bathroom and lounge all very modern and clean.

A lovely comfortable stay in a really gorgeous little cottage, in a perfect location.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The cottage is gorgeous and we had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location of this cottage was in a more quiet area, so we had no problems with street noise. We appreciated the welcome gifts and the excellent communication from the hosts Ainslie and Charlie.

Having the use of a microwave would have been helpful. The steep steps into the property weren't great for my parents with limited mobility, but we understand that's how things are in St Ives, along with the sometimes difficult parking...but we know this can't be helped.

Meeting up with our daughter who we hadn’t seen for 3 years so was an ideal place to catch up.

As its name, the property is beautiful and perfectly situated in beautiful St Ives. Right close to the beaches, restaurants, railways and bus stations.

Perfect cottage

A beautiful cottage with comfortable beds and good quality towels and bedding. It was tastefully furnished with lovely finishing touches. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need. Perfect location.

Great flat, you couldn’t be better situated in St Ives. I would book it again.

great location. Great flat finished to a high quality. on the whole it was very good all around. also heating was great so flat was lovely and warm, very nice in January.

access via the stairs was a bit of an issue for my Mum. but wouldn’t be for families or couples

Lovely stay in a convenient location.

Good location. Light and airy inside.

The only thing that was a slight problem (with my elderly mother on crutches) was the fact that the steps leading up to the front door were quite high and the bathroom was downstairs. Absolutely no problem for young, fit guests.

Cozy well-situated and nicely appointed cottage. Great location for exploring and being close to Tate and Hepworth museums. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, quickly answered questions and made lovely recommendations.

Staying with friends to go to Leach Pottery.

The decor. The position. Good value. The double bed.

Access is tricky up steep steps and can’t take a car near Not sure about the table outside - it was showing evidence of seagull presence and I wouldn’t want to sit there

Very good

Location - very central and quiet, residential street. Perfect size for a family of 4. Had everything we needed. Lovely decor. Skip and a hop to bakers for morning treat. Welcoming owners via messaging and quick, helpful responses to questions.

Parking in St Ives is a nightmare! There is no space allocated to the apartment so took a while to find a space after a day travelling away from St Ives centre. Only £8 for 24hrs but no guarantee for a local car park. You expect seagulls and nothing to be done, but be prepared for squawking all night as they nest on the roofs. Outside area could be more comfortable for sitting.
