Best of all, WALKING ON SUNSHINE is located in an upscale private community within walking or biking distance to all of your favorite Key West spots, including beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful waters surrounding the island. You'll be WALKING ON SUNSHINE throughout your stay in America’s Paradise at this beautifully appointed condo...And "Don't it Feel Good!?"

THE LIVING AREA...

A unique feature of WALKING ON SUNSHINE is the vaulted ceilings – in a lovely white wood that sets the tone for this gorgeous beachside condo. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow for plenty of natural light to fill the living room. There's a large flat screen TV in case you can tear yourself away from the stunning views off your balcony to catch your favorite show. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, that pulls out to a Queen sleeper for extra guests, and two leather armchairs. The fully-equipped kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and all of the tools the chef in your group will need to prepare a meal. There's an indoor dining table for six when you decide to stay in and an outdoor dining set on the balcony to enjoy an ultimate sunset dinner.

THE POOL, THE BEACH & TENNIS...

1800 Atlantic offers Resort-style amenities, including an extra large Community Pool right downstairs. There are chaise lounges surrounding the pool for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Please note this is a shared pool with set rules, such as no music and no coolers. We ask that our guests be mindful of their neighbors and respect the rules.

From the pool, there's a walking path that leads to the on-site beach. The on-site beach offers a relaxing setting, with chaise lounges and soft sand. There is no direct water access from this beach, but Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach, is located within walking distance right next door. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use. You'll also have access to the newly built fitness center and Key West's only clay tennis courts, both located on-site.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** Master Bedroom: King bed, a large flat screen TV, direct access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.

** Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the balcony, and access to the full second bathroom.

Great communication with the rental agency. Answered all questions promptly. The condo was excellent. They thought of everything you need including a Key Lime Pie in the fridge! There were beach chairs, a Kuerig, plenty of towels, beach towels, you name it. I will stay here again. It's one of the nicest places I've visited. The pool area and view were awesome.

There was a little construction going on down below my unit, but I was reimbursed accordingly for the Inconvenience.

Our extended family ages ranging from 2.5 to 52 stayed 5 nights in Key West on the atlantic seafront 'Walking on sunshine" condo at 1800 Atlantic Blvd. Our rental was like paradise in a bottle! The unit was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, wall art, window coverings, and top of the line fixtures and equipment. It also came stocked with everything a family could need on a island stay. From colorful beach towels and chairs, pool noodles, rolling cooler, and even grilling utensils for those days poolside cooking out. The kitchen was filled with more than just essentials. Picture everything in your own kitchen at your finger tips with spices, and formal dining ware. And did i meantion the full drinkware bar! There was starter items such as paper towels, TP, dishwashing detergents and laundry supplies. We only had to make a trip to the grocery store for food and drinks. Literally everything else was provided for us. We will definitely consider this rental again. As I said, "paradise in a bottle" just pop the cork and enjoy this lavish place. Oh, by the way the private community pool, hot tub, gym, and library all oceansjide was impeccable too!

Rare vacation rental that looks just as good in person :) Beautiful unobstructed ocean views, super clean, comfortable unit. Attention to detail shows with the fully stocked linen closet, even beach towels, chairs and cooler were available. Fabulous waterfront saltwater pool and hot tub were so relaxing.The unit and the property grounds were well cared for, plenty of lounger chairs by the pool any time of day. The location is a little outside old town but close enough to easily catch an Uber to town or airport for about $13 (Ubers were plentiful around town). For those with limited mobility it may be helpful to know beds are quite high off the ground, and the gym area was a very tight space with older equipment. Considering the space, amenities and stunning view it felt like good value for the money.

Great place with gorgeous views. Not readily walking distance to downtown, but an easy Uber drive. Wonderful facility. Our refrigerator broke in the middle of the vacation, and it was a Friday so the owners could not get a repair man in too readily. Provided us with a temporary fridge. and even bought us milk to replace our spoiled carton. Recommend highly for families.

When you pay a cleaning fee, you should not have to remove garbage or replace towels or do anything that Cleaners should be doing everything that’s why we pay the Cleaners fee It’s totally ridiculous that you have to do a list of chores before you leave the premises you’re paying a lot of money and fees therefore, I probably will not use your service again

Walking on sunshine was nothing but the best! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. I appreciated not having to run to the store for garbage bags, soaps and detergents. And all items were brand new, never opened. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Absolutely wonderful! The views the condo was exactly as pictured. It was very nice the kitchen was already stocked with some spices and the house with starter necessities. It was a bit from Duvall but we didn’t mind taxing since it was so quiet and peacefully once we went back relax. Chris was very helpful and responsive every step of the way!

We stayed at "Walking on Sunshine" in Key West, and all I can say is-stay here! Check in was a breeze, and the communciation was fantastic. The building itself is quiet and family friendly. The condo was beautiful and clean, and very comfortable. The view for morning coffee can't be beat. Our kids had a great time and while it was very well decorated, I wasn't terrified they would break everything. The kitchen has a great set up, and having a washer/dryer in the condo is an added bonus for families. Highly recomment and give 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Last Key Realty (especially Brian) did an amazing job of welcoming us to Key West - he even helped us with our luggage!! All week, the support from the Last Key staff was above and beyond. The condo has everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony is spectacular! The location, while not within walking distance to the hub of Key West, is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with nice amenities. We loved the deck -had a nice view of the ocean and could see cruise ships coming in from a distance. We enjoyed the location. We are walkers so found the walk to Duval street very nice. Ubers were readily available when needed. Communication was excellent with the property manager and he met us to gain entry and show us the place. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved staying at this property, it was clean and well stocked. We had a rental car so i was nice to have a dedicated parking space, key west is less than 10 minutes away so it’s in a perfect location but still quiet and peaceful for a good nights rest. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed having coffee out there. It would be nice for the master bedroom to have blackout curtains but other than that, the bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was great, we would definitely stay here again!

I would give the condo about 4.7 or 4.8. Very comfortable beds with overall new features. Nice to have beach towels and chairs. Kitchen well supplied. Excellent to be on the side facing the natural area (not the parking lot view). It’s a one mile walk to get to the beginning of local attractions - a safe walk It would have been great to enjoy nearby Smathers Beach but it was covered in sargassum and smelled very bad Ubers are plentiful and most rides were about $12 The complex is quite large and the pool area was busy but we could always find chairs Main draw back was the poor quality of the gym - half the equipment didn’t work properly and was old/outdated
