Schöner Aufenthalt

Super gelegen, mit der Elizabeth Line ist man in 20 Minuten in der City. Das Zimmer war sauber, beim Frühstück gab es das was wir brauchten, lediglich die Toilettenspülung brauchte etwas ;-) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder buchen.

Perfect and simple place to stay in London Zone 3

Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, quiet area, near a shopping centre, tube stations and the Elizabeth Line, which makes it simpe to access central London. Staff was nice, check-in and check-out was super fast, and it's nice to have a pub downstairs where we could drink our last pint for the day without having to think about how to get home. Luggage storage was also provided.

Breakfast options were a bit limited and not consistent (e.g. alternative milk was not always available) but we never left hungry. Water pressure in the bath was not always enough but I guess it's the old plumbing. Neither of these caused real discomfort.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e pulizia della struttura.....la stanza dotata di tutti i comfort descritti, anzi anche a disposizione un servizio di tazze e bollitore con caffè solubile annesso oppure thè per degustarlo mentre si è in relax in camera.... fantastico!!

Se dovessi trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo, ho avvertito la mancanza del bidet, anche se sapevo a cosa andavo incontro viaggiando spesso, ma per noi italiani è una prerogativa sempre, e poi il fatto che le stanze facendo parte di una struttura con pub sottostante, avvertivo in tarda serata l'odore del cibo che saliva dalla cucina e dava un leggero fastidio nella stanza.

Sehr gut, mitten in England, zwischen Engländern - einfach TOP!

Super Lage, 10min von der Tube, direkt am Einkaufszentrum, viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe, das Zimmer liegt über einem Pub, man erlebt England hautnah, mit echten Protagonisten im Pub, sehr cool! Mit der Tube ist man in 30min in der Innenstadt (Big Ben), die Wohngegend ist gehoben durchschnittlich, wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Der Weg zum Flughafen Heathrow ist ebenfalls in 40min erledigt, ein super Ausgangspunkt für London Reisen. Die Zimmer sind Preis-Leistung super, aber eben kein 5 Sterne Hotel, sehr einfach gehalten, aber sauber.

Das Frühstück war übersichtlich und etwas lustlos gestaltet, man ist satt geworden, die Zimmer könnten mal neue Betten / Matratzen vertragen. Aber Preis - Leistung ok!

Excellent place that’s comfortable, cosy and perfectly located with excellent staff

Perfect, quiet and conveniently located. The staff were incredible and breakfast was included in the price. The room was small, cosy and had everything we needed. Bonus points for the local wildlife outside at 2am where we spotted 3 foxes!

Location & breakfast great. Mattress and noise not great - left a night early!

The location was amazing, just out of the main shopping centre and Ealing Broadway. The continental buffet breakfast was great and more than enough, each morning had real sliced ham available and filter coffee was available.

The mattress needs replacing, it had no movement left. The thing I didn't like was the noise from the corridor/stairs, keeping a pet or baby in this space for the evening is not acceptable, it could be argued that the music from the bar should have drowned out the whining and crying but it didn't. We were due to leave after breakfast on Friday morning, but instead left Thursday evening because the same crying was back for another evening, being a Yorkshireman and liking to maximise each pound and choosing to leave.... draw your own conclusions.

Great value for the price

It's about 10 minutes walk from the Ealing Broadway station. The whole place is very nice and cosy, there is a fine pub downstairs, (they even have fireplace), but we did not heard any noise in our room. The staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, but there was no english breakfast. I would highly recommend to stay here (and drink a pint)

The bathroom could use some very minor repairs, the toilet had a contant noise like it was filling up with water, and sometimes it could not be flushed first time.

Comfortable but a little tatty and no sense of a host.

the staff were friendly and the breakfast waitress was very helpful.

After staying for 4 nights, I have no idea who the landlady/landlord is. The room was sometimes quite noisy with with people moving around upstairs or carrying suitcases up and down stairs (for early flights, I guess) The wallpaper is coming unstuck in many places and makes the room look damp - although it didn't feel damp.

I would recommend it again as a good value accommodation.

Very easy to reach from the airport. Cheap accommodation with surprisingly good breakfast.

Unfortunately the mattress was worn out and the bed was creaking.

Lovely friendly staff, really clean room and facilities. Lovely fresh continental breakfast.

The breakfast buffet could of been replenished quicker, and we had to ask for clean glasses as there was only one out for orange juice had it lipstick on it, but we asked and they brought us 2 lovely clean glasses, and fresh cheese and fruit. I'm being picky because you've asked for what I didn't like. Really nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were all lovely 😍

An old hotel to avoid.

The breakfast and assistance of the barman and Hastings.

Three flights of steps up. Very hot room. No bedside tables or lamps. Bathroom and shower stall, extremely small. Toilet bowl is loose. Only a hook to fasten the bathroom door.

Great base for a short break in the big smoke

Location is fab, less than 10 mins from a station. Food at the bar is tasty and great value. Staff are so helpful. Good beer on tap. Bed comfy, shower hot... what's not to like!
