Don’t get swayed with the name - it’s nowhere Wyndham

No hand towels. No tissues. Show shine of poor quality. Sleepers only 1 set of very small size while pax booked was 2. Checkin checkout time requests were not attended to. Overall the property charged high compared to service provided.

Felt cheated by the name Ramada and Wyndham. No where their standard. Water jug at reception was clumsy and seemed unhygienic. Room balconies are so tight that one has to squeeze into them. Why permit access at all ? Swimming pool was ill equipped.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Likes the convenience of the place.

The restaurant staff were indifferent. Only after review. Once we have a good review on our first visit we were ignored for the rest of the stay specifically by the one whom I gave a good review.

Everything was joyful and sincere appreciation for making feel comfortable

Ramada encore did everything to make our stay comfortable..just a small thing..for the sankalp restaurant when it's buffet they offer excellent spread n freshly made tasty food but if we want to go for ala carte the single option dishes seem expensive to order..if possible for budget n econo or small portion eaters can it be possible to have small mini combos with affordable rates?

Just the location was good rest nothing to appreciate

Room was given us late no hand towels in the bathroom hair dryer was not working crockery was not clean We never consumed anything from the minibar still the staff tried to bill us for a packet of crisps

The location was excellent. The Room service . Restaurant food was excellent.

The stay at Ramada was excellent with weather control and views being excellent.

Room location and River Views were very good. Food Taste was average, though Breakfast was rather disorderly as more signage was required.

At times, restaurant service was not meeting the hotel standards.

Comfortable and convenient location for Unity Statue and related activities.

Excellent location. Backed up to the river. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast quite comprehensive and enjoyable.

There was a small leak in main reception just above the guest sitting area. This needs urgent repair which I hope the hotel is already in the process of sorting.

Good experience.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is within walking distance of Aarogya Van, Children's Nutrition Park, Miyawaki Forest and Ekta Mall and Ekta Dinner cruise. We even walked to Vishwa Van and Statue of Unity (5 kms). The PINK AUTO STAND is right opposite the hotel. My room was being cleaned, so the hotel manager offered me his own cabin to wait while the room was getting ready.

Wi-Fi. Hotel Wi-Fi is restricted to TWO devices per room. I connected to my mobile and laptop. When my daughter tried to do the same, we got this message saying, "ONLY TWO devices per room". Even that Wi-Fi went completely off on Sunday. No complaints other than Wi-Fi.
