STYLISHLY RENOVATED AND LISTED BY EXPERIENCED HOSTS! Perfect for those looking for comfort and style. Bright ground floor condo adjacent to Lake Pinehurst with balconies overlooking water and pool views; only a 25-min walk/5-min drive to the village and Pinehurst Country Club and a 5-min walk to Pinehurst #5. Lots of amenities: huge fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, oak hardwoods, private laundry, free wifi and ample parking. Pool open mid-May to late September, weather permitting.

PRIMARY SUITE
Features a king size bed, loads of space, desk, easy chair, cable TV, ceiling fan, a private balcony overlooking the pool, a walk-in closet, separate vanity area, bathroom heater/fan combo and a huge walk-in shower.

OTHER BEDROOMS/BATHROOM
The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds, but ON REQUEST AT BOOKING these can be set up as KING. Both rooms have cable TV and overhead fans. These bedrooms also have cable TV. Second bathroom has a tub/shower, heater/fan combo and includes an adjacent NEW large size washer/dryer.

KITCHEN
Very large kitchen with colorful breakfast nook includes everything from microwave, coffee maker and blender, to toaster, toaster oven and crockpot, full sets of pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups and glasses. Granite counters, an island with stool seating and open concept layout to living and dining rooms.

LIVING/DINING ROOMS
Comfy and spacious living room area with fireplace, big screen connected (smart) TV, potlights on dimmers, reclining furniture and walkout to large balcony overlooking water. Seating for seven at the dining room table. Additional fold-up wooden table can be taken out to the balcony for outside meals.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this unit. We hope to continue to return in the future. For starters, the location is ideal. It is close to the Village of Pinehurst in a quiet area and has a pool. The unit itself is well appointed and comes with everything we needed (including laundry). Three bedrooms with a very comfortable master bedroom that also has a great walk in shower. Communication with the owner was perfect. Michelle made sure we were aware of the unit rules, wi-fi password and anything else we needed to know. She also checked in after we left to let us know we left something behind (for the second year). A perfect stay. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

My wife and I had a most enjoyable ten days at this property! The host, Michelle, was very accommodating with all aspects of our stay! The property was very well appointed in all areas including a well stocked kitchen, a very well appointed master bedroom/bath. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a great view of the lagoon and the resident turtles and bullfrog! And, the location was very convenient for reaching the Pinehurst club and golf! I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Michelle was the best host we have ever had when renting a vrbo. She was attentive to our needs, took time away from her day to get us information about the US Open happenings and was very responsive when we asked questions or had issues with the condo. Was a great stay for my family while visiting Pinehurst and would definitely recommend this vrbo to all. Slept the 6 of us very comfortably.

This home was the perfect size and location for our needs. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the pond and fountain and the short drive to everything Pinehurst. The host was easy to communicate with. Would be a great place for anyone wanting to attend the US Open. 😊

A group of 3 adult male golfers (supposed to be 4) stayed here for 3 nights in August 2023. The unit was exactly as described on VRBO. It was clean, beautifully furnished and provided a great base for our trip. The unit is close to Pinehurst Resort and easy to get to. The owner provided check in information in advance of our arrival. We will definitely be back!

What fun we had celebrating a birthday over the weekend! Everything in the condo was just like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked, and overlooked the lake. We would highly recommend it, and hopefully we can visit again in the fall.

Perfect size for five and ideal location close to everything. Needed almost nothing for our stay. Having the laundry setup in the condo is awesome. Never cooked but could have for every meal. Great communication and so easy to arrive and leave. We will be back next year!

Property was in great location. Quiet area never had any concern for safety. The property had great amenities, however we did not use any of the outside amenities so we can’t speak for those. The rooms could use some updated pillows but there is no pillow like your pillow. The house is very homelike and everything works as it should.

This was such a cute place in a cute area. My girls loved running around outside looking for big pinecones. Restaurants close by. Michelle was amazing and let us use the crib for our baby and play with the kid toys. we would absolutely stay here again. Place was clean and felt very homey.

We had a family gathering in Pinehurst to celebrate my mother’s life. She passed away 7 years ago. She was born and laid to rest there in Pinehurst. What a beautifully appointed condo for our family to enjoy while we reminisced about family, favorite places, and fond memories. Michelle is an amazing host. The condo was very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare meals together and to play my mother’s favorite games at the table. We will remember this trip forever! Highly recommend this property! 😊

This property is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We were there for a week, and had space and everything that we needed for a relaxing time. The property is nicely situated with a lake view and sunshine on the balcony, which enabled us to be outside and comfortable even on the cool days. The area is nice for walking with lots of different places to go. The property manager checked with us to be sure that we had everything that we needed. We would love to return to Pinehurst and stay here again!

We loved the unit, and loved the location. The unit was very clean, roomy, and well-appointed. The owner was wonderful; very communicative and prompt in contacting us. The location was very convenient to Pinehurst resort and not at all far from the other golf courses we enjoyed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a long weekend with friends in late October 2020 and the location was perfect-1 minute to Pinehurst Country Club, close to downtown, and quick access to highways. The condo was beautifully updated and furnished with comfortable beds and living room seating, plus an open kitchen layout that makes it more spacious. We also really liked the layout of the bedrooms, with the master suite on one side and the other 2 bedrooms and bath on the other side, making it very private. The owners were very responsive to questions prior to check in. Once we checked in, there were written instructions for everything from how to turn on TV's (always a struggle it seems!), recommended restaurants and shops, plus check out procedures. The property was spotless and there was plenty of soap and cleaning materials on hand to use. The ground floor location was also really nice for our group of "active seniors". It is evident the owners take great pride in this property and it feels like a home, not a generic rental property.

Well kept and very clean unit. Felt at home during our stay. Kitchen has all you need to make eating in a breeze. If you need it, it’s in a drawer or cabinet somewhere. Owner very easy to contact, replies quickly, and is very detailed with responses. Would recommend to family and friends.
