Watercrest Condomium has recently been completely renovated. Every window has been replaced, concrete and stucco repaired, new paint and resurfaced walkways and balconies. It is the newest and brightest complex on the beach. We as owners along with our HOA have spent 4.3 million dollars on this renovation. Come stay at the newest resort complex on the beach!!! Our unit has been recently renovated. Reserved beach chairs/umbrella included in price!!! We're located on the quiet family end of the beach. However, restaurants and shopping (Pier Park) are just minutes away. Our unit has been completely remodeled. New stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, custom cabinets and vanities, granite throughout, new walk in shower and bathrooms with brushed nickel Moen faucets, Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer. Three flatscreen Samsung LED TV's ranging from 48" to 55" all with HD service and Xfinity DVR service, Netflix and Prime Video.. High speed WiFi. New porcelain tile plank flooring. I could go on and on about whats new, only the original drywall remained and not even all of that. Walls were knocked down to open the living space. The view is spectacular from the 16th floor end unit 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq feet with 740 square foot wrap around balcony. King master, 2 Queens in guest room and a sleeper sofa so we sleep 8. Sunsets are amazing and dolphins are seen daily. On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, shuffleboard, Pickle Ball courts, Bocci Ball Court, and indoor racquetball court. 2 reserved beach chairs are included!!!!! No long waits for the elevators, higher floors have dedicated elevators. You will absolutely not be disappointed with your stay.all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ball courts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racket ball court and exercise room.
Attraction Information:
There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. We are so grateful for this condo! The weather was less than great the week we were there. But the condo was so comfortable that we didn’t mind staying inside part of the time. We had a great time playing games with our kids. The patio was amazing beds were great and it wa soo clean! Whoever cleans for them needs a pay raise! Lol I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s. It was by far the cleanest. The managers were amazing going above and beyond! If I go back to pcb I will definitely book this condo again.

The 180 degree wraparound balcony with views of both the ocean and city is what makes this a unique and amazing place to stay! This is on the quieter end of the beach so perfect for families that want to avoid all the large crowds and partying. It is on the 16th floor but we never waited more than a minute for the elevator. Check-in was easy - we did have the wrong code for the door but we called and they got it all worked out in a jiffy. The place was very clean, well-maintained, with nice modern decor. The only issue we had is the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. I notified the host and it wasn’t resolved during our stay but hopefully it was fixed afterward. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but if it is to you, you may want to inquire before booking. Lots to do and eat in the area - most of it isn’t exactly walking distance, but only a very short drive. We LOVED Gypsea Crepes and stopped there every day! Parking was free and there were always open spots. The beach is amazing- soft white sand, lots of shells. There’s a little tiki bar by the heated pool, a little on the pricy side but the workers were very friendly. The host was very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Nice stay
We were reluctant to book in Panama City, as we usually stay in Destin or Ft. Walton area, we aren't fans of crowds. To our surprise North Panama City was perfect. The condo itself was great, it was certainly home away from home, it was clean and comfortable.

Property was phenomenal and up to date. Great views, very clean, just perfect. Only issue was there was no remote for DVD player. So, Netflix and the Redbox movies we rented weren’t an option. I emailed asking about it but didn’t hear back. Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back!

The ice maker in the freezer is not fast enough to keep up, so keep that in mind. There were also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, so you will have to purchase extras. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook (there are even some spare spices in the cupboard). Overall this place was great and we'd definitely stay here again!

The Watercrest property is very clean and everyone is very nice. The pool area is clean and well kept. The pool is chilled which was nice. Security was always on site and visible. The unit comes with a set of beach chairs we used daily. We rented additional chairs. Note when you rent chairs, try to get on the right side, away from the public beach access side. Unfortunately the management of the beach set up does not enforce their rule of no one setting up in front of the rental chairs. We had people set up in front of us every day, they did not have wrist bands and when we asked the rental person to ask them to move he said he can’t do anything about it unless they set up a tent. It wasn’t a day killer, but disappointing to pay to rent a chair and have people sit in front of you.
