About this house rental

New Custom resort style pool home is highly upgraded and comfortably sleeps 8. It is located in south Lake Havasu in a very quiet and private neighborhood minutes from lake, boat ramps, restaurants, London Bridge, downtown, grocery stores, golf courses and off-road trails. Great for snowbirds, boaters and relaxing with family and friends. Newer immaculate home with all new furnishings!

Entertain in the resort style backyard. The sparkling pool features solar heating, water features, multi-colored lights and 2 Baja beach entries. Travertine decking throughput. Enjoy several outdoor areas. Under the large covered patio with outdoor furniture, ceiling fans, roll down shades and 50" Smart TV or share a meal or play games at the large bar high table with fire feature. Lounge in or out of the pool with in-pool chairs and two pool umbrellas. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner/drinks on the front courtyard with bar high fire table with views of the lake and mountains.

Inside boasts plenty of seating and open concept living area great for gathering after a long day playing outdoors. The living room has a large double chaise sofa, a loveseat that folds out into a full size bed with a thick memory foam mattress and a 70" Smart TV with sound bar great for streaming your favorite shows, movies or listening to XM Radio. Adjustable coffee table and USB end tables. Surf the internet or stream your shows with the hi speed wireless WiFI w/ unlimited data. The dining room has a counter high table with plenty of seating for 8. You will find the kitchen well stocked with all new appliances. Games for children and adults.

Retire in one of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed, dresser, night stands, walk-in closet, 50" Smart TV, private entry and en suite full bath with double sinks and walk in shower. The secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. All rooms have ceiling fans, plantation shutters and black out shades.

There is plenty of room for parking your large vehicles in the oversized 3 car garage and paved 15’x 80’ Boat/RV parking area outside. Fully walled backyard for privacy and quiet relaxation on corner oversized lot.

We were nervous about booking a trip in July to such a hot area (we are from Ohio, so definitely not used to the AZ weather), but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations this home had to offer! The home offered great space for our entire family to meet up, and we really enjoyed the pool outside! The swim ledges and umbrellas were perfect, especially with our little ones. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the garage space was a nice added bonus! The owners were also incredibly responsive and kind to us. We have already talked about amother trip there!

We really enjoyed this beautiful cozy home. Very welcoming and had all the amenities needed well your away from home. Clean and organized . Enjoyed the back yard and pool. Everything you need for a vacay. The markets and Lake only few minutes away . The host was always available if we had a question. Definitely would be back.

My wife and I just spent the month of April in a remarkable property in Lake Havasu City. The property certainly lives up to its 5-star rating! The house and property contain everything one needs to spend a relaxing and carefree getaway. The property is new, wonderfully equipped and everything is in excellent condition. This along with the amazing weather makes for a truly wonderful vacation along with many great things to do in the area. Besides all of the above, this property's most amazing asset is the host, Mike. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years, and by far the most attentive, and caring host we have ever dealt with is Mike by far. He is really on top of his game and is immediately responsive to any inquiry or concern. We certainly hope to return to this gorgeous property and would really recommend it to anyone that is considering a trip to this area. Thanks again Mike, for a truly wonderful month, and hope to do it again in the future.

There is a reason this property has all 5 star reviews. This is probably the nicest rental property we have stayed in. Perfectly clean inside and out, even in the back yard/pool area, which is hard to do this time of year with the wind. Communication was great, everything was very clear in advance. Front patio area was awesome in the morning for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay again when in Havasu.

Very clean. House is beautiful. Nice neighborhood. Good communication with owners. Pool takes a bit to heat up since it’s solar so when we were there in mid April the water was too cold to use in the AM. Heated up by the afternoon usually.

My granddaughter and I met there to spend time together. It was a perfect time of relaxing, watching movies and enjoying the sparkling pool. The home was stocked with everything you would need plus a welcome basket. The pictures do not do the home justice. Absolutely gorgeous and in a wonderful location. The owners were helpful and instructions very clear. I would rent again. Looking forward to it.

Clean home, in a quiet part of town. Plenty of space in the house for 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds and couch were comfortable and the pool was a hit with the kids after getting back from the lake. Boat parking on the side of the house is awesome. Not our first stay here and we'll be back for sure.

We loved our stay at this property. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Easy boat parking, plus two cars fit in the garage. A "peek a boo" view of the lake from the front patio was a nice place for our morning coffee. The pool in the backyard is lovely. We hope to return again next year to this lovely home.

The property is exactly as listed. We enjoyed 3 nights with friends and a 6 week old baby with absolutely no hiccups. Never needed to contact the owner for anything. Check in/out instruction clear and easy to adhere to. Nice corner lot with no noise from neighbors. Pool/backyard perfect for relaxing and bbq while enjoying the views. Can’t wait to book another stay here!

I read all the reviews on this property and I was so impressed we choose this as our get away. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. I was surprised when I found they even had suntan lotion available for guests. My grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the interior for playing games, while be able to see the kiddos in the pool. I give it a 10+. We will definitely be staying here again. We absolutely loved this home. We spent all our days in the pool. So awesome to have umbrellas building into the pool. We also enjoyed the tables with the fire pits. The home is spacious and our entire group was comfortable. Very clean, and the hosts were easy going and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

We have been coming to vacation in Havasu for the last 5 years and staying at rental properties. By far this was the nicest and great entertaining location for families with kids. The only thing is that the pool was over 98 degrees and not really refreshing but that can be fix with an easy not turning on heater in summer time. Would definitely recommend this vacation home to family and friends!!!
