The worst experince I ever had and the rudest people i ever met

I booked a room for one night for today 21 of February 2024, and my booking confirmation number was 4191773226. I arrived at the hotel around 03:00 pm and I stayed downstairs trying to contact the reception through the telecom but to no avail. I waited for 20 minutes in the rain and sent several messages through the app until a resident of the building entered and opened the door for me while the receptionist responded to my messages through the app After I made my way to the hotel at the 5th floor by myself. And after I finally managed to arrive at the reception desk, the receptionist asked me to pay 6 euros in cash for the city taxes. But I did not have any cash in Euros, so I offered to pay him by credit or debit card. He refused, saying that his manager would not accept that. So I offered to withdraw some cash later and pay him after i enter my room because I needed to use the bathroom since i’m a colon patient and I had an emergency. So I asked him to allow me to use the bathroom and change my clothes that were fully wet because of the rains, and then go down to withdraw some cash to pay him the 6 euros, but he also refused, saying sorry it's my boss desecion. So I offered him 10 dollars instead of 6 euros, as I happened to have some dollars in cash with me since my last trip, but he also refused that and called his manager and explained the matter to her, but she in turn refused to give me the room key before I pay the city tax amount in cash. But he passed the phone to me so I could talk to her, and I offered to pay by any means other than cash, and they actually had a debit machine. I offered to go into my room and pay later, and I offered to leave my passport with the reciptionist until i pay him this small amount of cash, but she refused and insisted and did not give me a chance to speak and startedshouting at me saying “Let me speak.

Отель расположен на 5 этаже здания, в котором ремонт, сразу и не найдешь . Внутри все обшарпанное, старый лифт. Номер среднего размера, кровать была ужасная: соединенная из двух односпальных, на ней был одет только наматрасник, без простыни. Постельное ужасное, тот самый наматрасник темного цвета, вообще не понять стирали его или нет, настолько колючий, что всю ночь не спали. Был сквозняк из окна - надуло ухо за ночь. Администратор ушел в 20.00, и делай что хочешь сам, никого нигде нет, чужая страна . Вечером у ребенка поднялась температура 38 и пришлось самостоятельно пытаться найти чайник, чтобы сделать ребенку чай и приготовить лекарства, но найти его так и не удалось. Пришлось взять горячую воду из-под крана, так как лекарство разводить нужно в горячей воде. В общем, если вечером у вас что-то, не дай Бог, случится, выкручиваться прийдется самим. Естественно, шумоизоляции никакой, на улице ездили трамваи/скорые с сиреной. Короче, поспать ночью у вас вряд ли получится, и из-за того, что вам дует в лицо ветер . Завтрак отвратительный, вроде как и выбор есть, но все не аппетитное, семга не первой свежести, колбаса вся липкая, на сыре и дыне волосинки. Я, как бывалый путешественник, такого треша уже давно не видела. В ванне помылась один раз и геля для душа уже не было. Просто не могу понять: ну что, нельзя проверить есть ли гель или нет? Мыла, ничего нет, про тапочки и халаты можете даже не думать. Заплатила 87 евро за ночь и это вообще не оправдано. Например была три недели назад в Кракове, и там заплатила 80 евро, но за эти деньги получила королевский номер и шикарный завтрак, ванна была просто абалденная, не то, что тут. В общем, ребята не советую, мы бежали от туда настолько быстро, насколько могли.

Very bad

Couldnt check in

I called the receptionist several times to wait for me 5 minutes. He said that its fine but when I arrived he wasnt there. Why would you leave a hotel in the middle of düsseldorf without reception? And why didn’t he wait for me 5 minutes? Traveled a lot and never seen such a thing. Hope to get my money back somehow.

Yeşil renkli konsepti. Daracık odayı nası güzel yaşam alanı haline getirmişler. Trene 350mt idi. Rewe, Lidlve birkaç markete yakındı. Erkek olan çalışan güler yüzlü saygılıydı. Sabah kruvadan kahve ikramını sordum gecikti dedi. Kahve ikram etti soğuğa yakın ılıktı ama gülen yüzü içimi ısıttı. Odaya eksikleri koydurdu ona gönülden teşekkür ederim. Oda bakımlı güzel. Kaloriferi açınca saunaya dönecek kadar sıcaktı. Yatak yumuşacık hamak gibi içine gömüldü yastık kare gibi dikdörtgen aşırı yumuşak. Normalde sevmem ama güzel uyudum. Odadaki süsler eşyalar çok hoştu. Banyodaki paspas çok hoşuma gitti.

Solo gezgine pek uymuyor. 6katlı bir iş merkezi sadece en üst kat bakımlı boyanmış giriş şantiye ve inşaat alanı gibi. Ama önünde tramvay geçiyor. Ana trene çok yakın. Bayan eleman çok sert çok kırıcı konuştu. Burda elli tane otel var sen çok uyguna kalıyorsun İnternetten bile aslında gecelik 15euro almam lazım dedi kavgacı saygısız despot. Odada terlik yoktu. Resimde vardı. Sıvı duş sabun erkek parfümü gibiydi mavi boyuyordu. Pencereden hava üfürüyordu. Kettlın içi kireçliydi plastikti. Kaloriferin altı hiç silinmemiş el kadar mayt çıktı ben sildim. Banyo peteği soğuktu açılmadı. Duş alamadım. Çıkışta zemin kat kilitliydi anahtarı dolaba bıraktım. Demir eski ağır tip bi anahtar verdi kart plastik şekilde değildi. Karşıda o kadar çok otel vardıki pencerelerden içeriler görünüyordu.

Gemischte Eindrücke. Aus den Gegebenheiten wurde das Beste rausgeholt.

Das Frühstück war super. Im Bad wirds kuschelig warm. Es ist sauber.

Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen: an den Fenstern hats gezogen, der Aufzug ist wenig vertrauenswürdig.

Für 1-2 Nächte ist das Hotel okay.

Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles da.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und die Fenster waren nicht schallisoliert.

Het hotel heeft een check in tijd van max 22.00 uur... Ik had snel geboekt om 19.00 in Zuid-Holland omdat ik graag met mijn zoon iets leuks wilde doen op de bonnefooi. We gingen rijden en halverwege de reis kreeg ik de bevestiging. Het ene regeltje waar ik overheen heb gekeken was die 22.00 uur. Die ik ook niet gezien heb tijdens het boeken van de kamer. We kwamen om 22.20 aan, het was totaal niet duidelijk waar het entree was met een afgebrande gevel aan de voorkant. Toen we de deur eindelijk vinden, was er niemand meer te zien.. Telefoonnummer werd niet opgenomen. We hebben gezocht en gezocht naar hoe en wat er gaande was. Totdat ik de mail goed las en in het hoekje van de deur een a4 geplakt vond door het rokerige glas dat de check-in niet mogelijk waren na 22.00 uur in het Duits. Geen engels... Niet geheel duidelijk. We hebben uiteindelijk een dubbel zo duur hotel gevonden om in te overnachten. Als ik goed had gezien dat de check-in max 22.00 uur was, had ik dit hotel niet gekozen. Al had ik het gewild, had mijn reisje van +- 3 uur met mijn zoon het nooit en te nimmer gered om er om 22.00 uur te zijn. We zijn teleurgesteld is het feit dat het niet terug te boeken is, maar ook geen flexibiliteit of werkend telefoonnummer te vinden is. En teleurgesteld in mezelf dat ik dat ene regeltje me niet opgevallen is.

Gerne wieder !!!!

Nachdem ich das Hotel gefunden habe, alles top!! Super nettes Servicepersonal, Zimmer gut und der Balkon ums Haus ist galaktisch. Zunächst war ich total unsicher vor einer Baustelle zu stehen? Wie sich rausgestellt hat, sind nur die oberen 2 Etagen bereits renoviert. Beim Checkout kam der Fahrstuhl nicht und die Rezeptionistin hat das Problem gelöst. Für die Dame 5 Sterne + !!!

Für mich war es schwierig, dieses halb renovierte Haus als Hotel zu erkennen.

It's quite nice place, not far from the train station.

Assisting from the staff. She helped me to solve Wifi problem. Provide luxury room instead the old room due to Wifi problem. I could check in earlier.

Construction in the ground floor and don't provide much information at the ground floor about the hotel. Made me confused. The building looks abandoned building.

the location and the and the teras are really good, The staff are very nice to us and the treatment it top .

there no mini fridge or other mini electronics, i didn't like the entrance it didn't look like an hotel , more like airnbnb or apartment

Short term stay close to the train station

Really clean room and welcoming staff. The proximity to the train station was the reason for which we chose the place, and we were not disappointed. It is extremely well located.

The place is located on a busy road, so there will be noise, inevitably.

Central location and good value

Very central location, easy to get to from train station, yet still quiet. The lady at the reception was very nice and offered breakfast even there was no option to be booked.

Could not find a hairdryer, otherwise perfect.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Great location and value.

Excellent location. The staff on the night were very helpful and knowing that we were trying to sort a room at short notice did all they could to help us. There was a little confusion with the language and so we thought we booked the wrong room. Great value.

The room was a little too warm despite opening the window.

Great location. Very clean. Very pleasant staff. It is a top floor restored into a hotel, not a whole building hotel, just a note. None the less, recommend.

The elevator glass door needs visual warning it is glass, quite dangereous as it is invisible.

I am not recommending at all

it’s the bad place ever to stay on it . all the stuff are unprofessional they are very aggressive and racist Specially because I am looking Middle Eastern

the first night I have a problem on the room windows it’s not close properly and bring very cold air . I went to the reception lady she speak and playing on mobile Without looking to me and say nothing we can do for this problem and I slept the night wearing all my clothes. second day morning I speak with another old lady she say ok we can change the room and give me another room .

good for one or two night stays close to central railroad station.

Friendly staff, room in upper floor

very small room, no desk, no place to work. Bathroom with only ventilation by opening window. In winter time not very comfortable.

Avoid by all means!

Nothing.

This is not a hotel. Its the top floor of a dodgy building that looks abandoned. Reception barely spoke Engish. She mentioned that on the top floor there was no wifi working. The radiator in the room was not working, very cold room. No working plugs to charge mobile/laptop. Very tight room. No lights except a simple bulb on the sidewall.

Great find near to central station.

Clean & comfortable room close to the train station. I left my earbuds in the room after check out but the Friendly lady on reception delivered them to me with a little chocolate bonus gift via the elevator on my return🥰

Not big deal but even though the Rooms are on a high floor you could still hear the traffic.
