clean home. lower level 2 BR with one queen bed each. good condition, curtains almost blackout capable. informed manager of 2 following: Master BR bed slumps in middle, can opener in kitchen pierces but not opens can.
suggest more eating plates, utensils, etc…minimal kitchen equipment present.
good volumn of towels, etc for family of 5.

A group of 6 people stayed at this place. The host was very responsive, and everything was according to the instructions and description. There's a gas station right across the street, and a grocery store like 2 blocks away. The Anchorage downtown is only 15 minutes away, and the airport is only a few minutes away. The airconditioning did not work well and was a bit noisy.Other than that, everyone in our group was quite satisfied.I would stay at this place again.
4.7
Nice place to stay with our family and babies! Very accommodating and easy to find and get into the home. Close to the airport.
4.7
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very clean and nice area. We enjoyed the walk to the park/lake and just minutes away from Carrs/coffee shop.
4.7
House was well kept and this was the 2nd time we have stayed. The other time was in May 2022. There was not a padlock on the dumpster.
4.7
This townhouse was a great place for my family and I to stay as we visited family in anchorage. The place was continently located and was easy to take off to go do the activities we had planned!
The disappointing parts of the house were that the photos on the listing are not up to date. The furniture in the living room was replaced with what I would describe as looking furniture. It was enough seating but not very comfortable to kick back and watch a movie. Secondly, there was not a single sheet pan to be found, it made it difficult to cook full meals.
Overall we enjoyed our trip, and again this place is a great place to make you "head base" as you explore the local attractions!
4.7
Very clean. Spacious. And easy to acess the property. We loved the layout and everything you may need was there. Including baby items, toys and games.
4.7
The unit is spacious, parking is no problem as the garage accommodated 2 cars, and the from could accommodate additional 2 cars. We used only the garage! The contact person is just a phone call away and very responsive. My only complaint is the squeaking on the other bedroom’s beds and the shower in the 2nd bathroom. Aside from that, recommend this property, close to everything, grocery stores, urgent care, etc,

The home was very clean, Big Rooms for the kids, A little noisy being so close to the road. I wish they had a few more kitchen items like a cookie sheet to make biscuits and a few more towels pot holders in the kitchen.
4.7
Loved the heated garage and the ability to use it unlike many other VRBO properties.
Kitchen was not fully stocked / set up as far as equipment. There was nothing to use for flipping bacon. The dishwasher did not work well - had to run it at least twice and even then it was no effective. There were no baking sheets or baking pans what so ever! Glad we did not get any cookie dough to make cookies. And, I was cleaning the side of the fridge and back of the stove splatters before I even cooked anything. Etc.).
When stripping down the sheets (which by the way - when you pay a cleaning fee, we should not have to do) - we found body (for lack of a better word) hair at the foot of he bed on my side of the master bed - I'm barely 5' tall and I do NOT reach the bottom of the bed. Only conclusion - the sheets were not changed from the last people. My daughter found a stain on her bed that she said was gross - I did not have time to take a look). Owner did apologize but it did no get the creepy feel out of my system - we stayed there a week!
Bathroom rugs looked old and grungy and the towels were super small. Master closet was nice and roomy with shelves but also cluttered with random things that families with kids may need/use.
Rug at the top of the stairs had a corner that was curled up and we kept tripping over it.
Almost forgot - went to do a laundry and not only did you have to step into the room and shut the door to use, but there was a small strip of wood with a couple of nails sticking up that I ALMOST stepped on - glad I spotted it.
Overall, it was fine but it could have been a better stay and had it not been for the dirty sheets I would have rated it higher.

It was everything we needed. The place was so clean and easy to get to. Could not ask for anything more. The only issue was we didn’t read the book when we got there and didn’t know we should have took garbage to road on Friday.

Traveling on vacation and the house had everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable, would stay there again if we get back to the area.

The house served our needs perfectly.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was nice to have a master bedroom upstairs and have our kids downstairs with their own bathroom. The layout is pretty good with stairs involved but not many. There are no chairs on the back deck or anywhere outside which I understand but would’ve been nice. The laundry machine is pretty noisy next to the master bedroom and so is the street outside. That was one of the downfalls for sure was it was so busy and noisy. We did open windows at night when it was cool out but the blinds in the master bedroom kept clinking together and would drive us crazy. Bathtubs are super tiny for anyone larger than 200 pounds and over 53 maybe. I was in love with the coffee machine and super thankful for access to fridge, cooking utensils pots and pans etc. Tons of places to DoorDash from which is nice. Small garage underneath home and has a garage door opener that you can take with you when you leave that was a bonus. Nice living room on the top level with comfy couches and blankets for cold mornings/evenings. The master bedroom was super large and had plenty of plug-ins and side table access. Also had a nice sitting chair that was super comfy. My husband and I loved the mattress and it was on the firm side. Large walk-in closet to hang all of our stuff and shelving units. Really enjoyed staying here!

A great space to spend a few days in Anchorage. Only a 10 minute drive to Kincaid Park. The property was very clean and well presented. It was good to have a garage to load the car when it was wet.
4.7
This place was really nice and cozy for our trip. We had great communication with the owners and they were very helpful getting us fans to cool the place down on the hotter than average days we stayed. Finding the house and getting checked in was very easy.
The house could benefit from some more blackout curtains to make sleeping easier in the summer months and also some screens on more doors/windows to let air in.
We loved having the garage and parking available for the rental car. Location-wise for this area you need a car. It was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown and other places and had good access to the airport and highways. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a park. If you won’t have a car you may wish to stay elsewhere.

No thanks
Good.. Need better blackout shades. Need AC

Good location, only problem was no air condition and temps were in high 80’s and could not get windows open in master but fan was available.

Everything was perfect except for the communication. I email the host several days before our reservation so ask about check in process since this is my first time. I didn't get a response until later on in the day the day of check in and vrbo didn't email me the info and I had to call to get the info needed to know where to go. Positive was they did answer and get me the info right away. It was a fun trip with family.

The townhome was in a great location with easy access to jump right on the main highway. Easy walking distance to jewel lake. Condo was nicely furnished, kitchen had all the basic dishes, clean linens and towels. We would happily stay here again!

We visited Anchorage with a total of 5 family members ranging in age from 22 to 77. The accommodations were exceptional. The house was clean, comfortable, and very close to meeting places for excursions. If we had a problem (and there were no significant ones) the owners were very accessible and quick to respond. We had the time of our lives with a great place to retire at night. Thanks for everything!

We stayed in this home for 10 days. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. We found it very convenient b/c it was a short drive from downtown, while being within walking distance of a very nice grocery store, a liquor store, a great coffee shop and even a bowling alley, which we enjoyed. We did quite a few day trips and it was always nice to come back to this townhouse and be able to relax in the living room, watch TV and make a good meal. The beds were so comfy that our sleep was never interrupted by the "midnight sun". We all slept great every night, so we could really enjoy our wonderful days in Alaska. I would highly recommend this property.
4.7
Was very clean. AC was broken and the downstairs bedrooms were warm but with an open window they cooled off. The Apple TV did not work and there was no response from the owner. There could have been a few more towels for a 3 night stay with 6 people.
4.7
Great location, very clean, had everything we needed. Overall great stay.
