No food available when we entered room , scrambled egg very white sausage undercooked, bacon greasy , had to ask for milk. Only one of your ladies were very amenable, so breakfast was poor.
Better prepare breakfast time.

It was clean, bedding, towels, bathroom and skirting boards! Location for us was great. Parking.
The main light in the room had gone, only a light over the tea coffee making table and the 'glow' strip at the top of bed were working, reported at reception and got told there is no maintenance on this weekend. Didn't look like the carpet had been hoovered. Only one mug for tea and coffee but it was a double room with 2 guests, asked at reception for another cup and they said house keeping had gone so couldn't get one so gave us some paper cups. Asked for another towel and got same answer that house keeping had gone so couldn't get any, and same again when asked for an extra pillow. The bed (mattress) was very soft (no support) and bed was very low. No hairdryer but it was listed in the facilities in the room. Also said it had a restaurant, there was no restaurant, only a 'cafe' which was not manned, and a very small food menu, sandwiches and jacket potatos.

The location. I stayed at the hotel as I was attending the Wolves v Newcastle match at Molineux. The stadium is literally a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is very dated and showing signs of wear and tear.
The room was ample in size, however the facilities in the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress smelt of smoke and the pillowcases had marks on them. Even though it was a double room, there was only one mug with the kettle and tea/coffee. Very limited storage/wardrobe space and apart from the bed there was literally a plastic chair and table. Only two plug sockets in the room, neither of which were near the bed.

Staff were welcoming and polite.
Bathroom was clean.
. The room was clean with an old Tv set.
The bed was comfortable, however for my other family member the bed was uncomfortable with a deep in the middle.
Location very noising due to busy road and car park difficult to access and quite small. My car was parked on the street.
There was a lot of noise as one entered the reception.

Wasn’t a 7 star hotel but in terms of value for money it was a neat little place
Rooms where quite cold if I’m gonna be honest and noise ain’t the greatest but not much to not like as it was my first time there it was okay

I have numerous complaints and will be talking to the manager for a full refund. I have took pictures of the issues and poor levels of service and will be taking it further. Very disappointed

Fantastic location.. I was greatful to be on the ground floor
Check in, easy.
Bedroom bext to a busy road, walls are quite thin so can hear guests in and out and walling up and down. Decent staff
Quite pricey for type of room and location.

Proximity of Molineux ground.
Early check in fee at 1PM fee of £10. Room was ready before 1PM but was not allowed check in until then. Plates and bowl for breakfast plastic and paper cup for tea + toaster was broken. Ordered a pizza for lunch was waiting best part of an hour. Stayed in 3 different hotels for weekend and this was by far the worst and dearest.

No water pressure so couldn't shower

Cheap drinks
It smelled like a pool when I walked into the area with the rooms, and it felt like they just kept on finding new ways to drum money out of Us - leaving past 10 a.m. requires an extra £10 to be given, and and even with that my card was still disabled and the cleaners were still hustling us...
Also, half the lights didn't work

We live in Wolverhampton and we booked the room overnight because we have anti-social behaviour at home by our immediate neighbours overnight and we booked the Hotel to get at least one good night's sleep
I requested a quiet room and we stayed in room 5 (we were on the ground floor) and went to sleep at 10.30pm, but we were woken up just after midnight by 3 rowdy youngsters right outside our window in the yellow chequered no parking zone and so I lifted the blind and knocked the window and they moved further down the car park, although we could still hear them in the distance, but we managed to get back to sleep.
However, about half an hour later we heard something hit our bedroom window like a small brick or something similar and woke us up again.
Now considering we booked the room overnight because we have anti-social behaviour at home by our immediate neighbours overnight and we booked the Hotel to get at least one good night's sleep and to be woken up needlessly was very disappointing to say the least.
We did complain when we checked out but the receptionist didn't seem that bothered or offer an apology and we could see where they would have been standing on your cctv monitor behind the desk, so it could have been checked by playing it back, but that was that.
