We arrived late after a ridiculous day of travel, and the door code did not work. It was 11:30 pm and being completely exhausted, it took everything we could muster to not have a meltdown. We are so thankful that the owner was available by messaging at that hour, as she easily resent the door code for us. (Learning opportunity- always have the phone number of owner before arriving!). So thankful for her prompt reply! House was great, as usual!👍👍🙏🙏☺️☺️

Decent for the cost. A few things were off when we arrived that made it a little less than enjoyable but it accomplished the goal of a place to sleep for a night. The host took feedback and hopefully it’ll be even better for the next guest :)

Short commute to LU for CFAW. Laundry close by, along with maxway if you need stuff you firgot, or an umbrella:/ Nice walking trail clise by as well.

This is our second time staying here and we really do love the close proximity to Liberty University. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was extremely responsive and kind. We look forward to returning several times this year and next!

We would definitely stay here again and have it bookmarked for our next trip to visit family. It's comfortable for a small family and a quick trip to all of the people and places we visit when we come to Lynchburg. As with any vacation rental, there are little quirks - we forgot to pack garlic powder for a recipe and found that the host had stocked the basics (yay!). Later, we had to get creative (we went to Goodwill) to cook bacon as all the pans were too small for that particular breakfast plan, but otherwise we had everything we needed for preparing meals, a place to play board games in the evening, and comfy beds to sleep in. It's a charming old bungalow with beautiful (and sometimes noisy) old floors and doors. Our stay coincided with an exceptionally windy week in Lynchburg, so there was a lot of creaking, rustling, and other unexpected noises that are normal for an older home but still take some getting used to. It didn't bother us at all, but I would recommend ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper.

Home was clean and as described. Area is a mix of residential and commercial. Home was less than 5 min to LU, very convenient.! Bedrooms and living area were comfortable and spacious.

Perfect little house near Liberty University. Close to campus. Very clean and nicely furnished. Perfect for elderly guests as it is all one level. Would definitely visit again.

The place was nice and cozy but it was very dusty and white people hair was all in the sheets and couldn't take a bath had to take showers but overall I'll rent again I'm just gone charge them a cleaning fee for wiping down everything that was full of dust because the windows didn't open

We had a wonderful stay in Lynchburg. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We would definitely rent this space again.

This house was a perfect “home base” for us as we visited our daughter who is at Liberty. The location was great. All places we needed to go to were under 15 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors I did see were friendly. Tiana was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall I was extremely pleased with this house. I hope it is available in the Spring!

At first I wasn't sure how quite the house would be given that it is on a corner, but it was pretty quite. Very close to the highway to get to Liberty University. Beds were comfy, rooms are decent size, bathroom was nice and clean. Lower shower fixture could use some attention, but shower head worked just fine. Kitchen is a nice size. When using fridge, we had to make sure that the door was closed as it would open if it wasn't pressed closed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed the property and our stay! We were here for the start of our daughter's freshman year at University of Lynchburg and the property was very convenient and way better than a hotel as we had much more room. The owner was great to deal with and was very responsive!

My granddaughter is a Jr. @ Liberty in the Theater arts program was the female lead in the production. Excellent show also was her 21st birthday which we celebrated. House was clean and well taken care of will probably stay here again if avliable.
