Newley renovated 2 Bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house with a fenced in yard for the dogs, 1 block to the Beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE

There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS.

There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit.

We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay.

Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.

We loved this stay. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The location is everything. Short walk to beautiful beach, short walks to great dining, a grocery store less than a mile down the road. Very residential, walkable neighborhood feel. Small fenced yard was great for our dog.

House was as advertised. Well kept, cozy, excellent location, and perfect size for the three of us. Back yard was great in the afternoon with a shade to hang out with my dog and smoke a cigar. This was the vacation my wife and I needed and truly enjoyed.

This place is amazing! This was my third time staying here and I always hate to leave. It’s always spotless when we arrive. There’s everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or several wonderful restaurants close by. The mini golf was also fun just a couple of blocks away. Lisa D Is a great host and communicates very well.

Lisa was awesome to work with and this property is really nice and super convenient to the beach and plenty of places to enjoy. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and this beautifully decorated home has a lot of nice little touches and amenities. We will be back.

This property is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house has all the essentials you need for your stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and this home met those expectations. Our family and dogs had a lovely trip this week even with the rainy weather. Hope to book again in the future. This house was wonderful. It was exactly as listed on the VRBO sight plus included many thoughtful extras by the host to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was definitely dog friendly from the dog dishes provided to the outdoor dog wash. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine. Thank you to the host for a great time.

This was a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, There was only two of us with our small dogs. The yard is fenced in with a nice deck and sitting area. It was nice not to have to walk the dogs every morning just let them out in the yard with plenty of grass. We were traveling from KW and had a lot of gear. The garage was perfect for the bikes and luggage. Thank you

My recent stay was either the 3rd or 4th time at the Cstreetrereat. It now feels like a home away from home. The house is perfect for my girlfriend, me, and my dog. When we walked in…my girlfriend immediately said “This is great”. We felt so good and welcomed as the house was clean and comfortable. We just felt at home! The location is perfect as the beach is an easy walk (beach chairs and an umbrella are provided) as well are several restaurants and bars. The only problem….my excellent reviews make the house more popular and more difficult to rent!!! By the way, the owner, Lisa…is terrific.

We stayed at Lisa & Tony’s house for the month of Feb. each of the last two years ('23 & '24). The home’s location is its biggest selling point. The beach is a block away & several good restaurants are nearby. When we had the need to contact the hosts, they were always quick to respond to our inquiries. It was nice to see the year-over-year improvements (new fire pit, deck furniture, landscape pavers). Despite those improvements, other known issues hadn’t been addressed (screen door that doesn’t seal, ice maker that doesn't shut off). Also, there were other things that could have been addressed proactively (unmounted full-length mirror, worn master bedroom mattress and sheets, rusted cutlery set, etc.). The cleanliness of the home is good, but we did find sand & hair in the bedroom dresser drawers. Rather than bother the hosts, we cleaned the drawers. We’ve enjoyed our stays at C Street and would stay there again. During our '23 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for '24 and she replied, “I have had 10 inquiries for next Feb but I always offer it to my existing renters first,” so we booked it. Near the end of our 2024 stay, we messaged Lisa regarding booking for Feb. '25 and she replied, “sorry the house is booked for Jan/Feb/March of 2025 already.” Her change in protocol without communication left us with little time investigate other properties. We understand business decisions, but we believe how you do business & communicate with your customers is important.

This house was more than we expected in terms of awesomeness! If you have dogs and struggle to look for a place to take them with you on vacation, look no further! The host, Lisa, has made this a home for the whole family. The beach is very close. Historic Downtown is a short drive. The house is VERY well kept and extremely clean. Also, her “Checkout” instructions were very simple.. Lisa, on behalf of my family I would like to say THANK YOU for being such a gracious host. We truly felt at home. We will definitely be back.

We loved this house. It’s perfect for 2 couples or a small family. While it’s dog friendly, we opted to leave the pooches at home. The house offered a cozy, intimate setting that’s close (1 block) to the beach path. Everything was clean and ready to go. Plus it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. The rear patio is ideal for lunch or a quiet evening around a fire pit. Since it’s dog friendly, we will definitely considering this house for future trips.

This was my wife and I’s second time staying here and it was just as nice as our first time. House is perfect for us and our pups. The fenced in back yard is perfect for the pups and relaxing. Super short walk to the beach and a few of the local restaurants. Only thing that I can complain about is the king mattress, feels old and worn out and super bouncy. Can feel every little bit of movement. Not going to stop me from giving it 5 stars but a new firmer mattress would be nice!

We absolutely loved C Street Retreat! The location was excellent, just a block off the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants on A1A Beach Blvd. We really appreciated the dog friendly fenced in back yard that included a grill, fire pit, and patio furniture. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The walk to the beach is short, and there are several places to eat within walking distance. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. The house is a gem, and we definitely will be staying there again!

Just spent a fabulous vacation here, a pleasant five-minute walk to a pristine and usually uncrowded beach. Easy walks to restaurants worth repeat visits. House was clean and well-stocked with a well-equipped kitchen. An especially wide driveway comes in handy for parking a boat or a visitor's car. Lisa was immediately available and responsive the couple of times we called during our three-week stay. A gem of a vacation spot!

This is my 2nd stay in the house. It is perfect for 2-4 visitors…2BR and 2 baths. My girlfriend was impressed with the cleanliness and also the small touches that Lisa…the owner…provided such as hand lotion at the sinks as well as a well stocked kitchen. We used the grill to do steaks one night, had dinner on the deck while the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The location is actually perfect…actually a short 1 block walk to the beach and restaurants, bars, and brewery in short walking distance. Lisa is also very easy to work with and a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend.

Communication with the owners was excellent, our stay had to be changed at the last minute due to a hurricane and they were very accommodating and gracious. We will be back!

Property was extremely clean and well maintained, Met one half of the husband and wife team that own the property. nice guy wanted to see how everything was going. We stayed 10 nights and is one of the best places I stayed I can recommend it highly, only issue that ruined our vacation was the neighbors across the street playing baseball football basketball and the balls constantly hitting the house and my vehicle, I rearranged my time at the property leaving eveytime this was going on finding different things to do in the area until they we're done. I would of enjoyed it more if I could of took advantage of the back yard more and the fire pit if I didn't have to keep an eye out for my vehicle getting damaged. It's too bad because this is a very nice place to stay if that problem wasn't there.
